A one of a kind experience in Tanzania, made memories I will never forget!
4/5

The most welcoming and warm people which made my trip such an amazing experience. Was able to go on magnificent walks up to a waterfall and to the first base camp up Kilimanjaro. The food, activities and overall experience was one of a kind and I will never forget it.

The trip to and from the safari was great and there was excellent service, we stopped to see some beautiful landscapes and during the safari we saw so many animals.

Such an unforgettable journey
4/5

Overall it was a satisfying journey. About the price, I cant say it is quite good but acceptable.

We started preparing for the trip a year ago, we planned to go to both Kenya and Zanzibar. It was not always easy to find Alex, but we confirmed the itinerary on time anyway. We discussed the itinerary together and Alex and Dennis did give us some useful suggestions.

About hotels: They helped booking all the hotels we asked for even the hotels in Zanzibar, really appreciate that. Also booked the balloon safari which is such a great experience. The bush dinner was not as good as we expected.

About game drive: The views were fantastic (except the tones of dust on the way). The animals we've found and met were so adorable and beautiful. Only there's something we didn't expect to happen. We met Dennis and Joseph at the airport when we arrived. Joseph is very nice and full of experience. But just the day we need to move to Masai mara, we waited hours at the hotel and then were told that there's some problems with his vehicle so we had to change our game driver. The new driver is Peter, he also has many experience but not the way like Joseph, we didn't have enough time to get used to his way. This is a bit regrettable, or we might have an almost perfect journey.

Quick and easy, clear communication throughout!
4/5

Booked a Tydon Safari Camp tour through Kruger Travel (who are a 3rd party travel agent). Had a good experience - very clear and prompt communication with Ruben, and had the best time on safari! For those who are wondering - you can also book direct, but Kruger Travel didn't charge any additional fees/commission. Only downside for me was not being able to pay by AMEX but that's minor. Also, they mixed up the name on my booking (didn't actually affect the safari tour itself) but caused me a panic when I realised on the flight over thinking that they'd mixed the booking itself up!

Wonderful Trip.Through Western Uganda with stay at Lake Bunyonyi.
4/5

We traveled through Uganda on 5 day tour with our dedicated guide/driver Rogers.
The tour organization was done by Derrick. At first we were hesitant to book because the company has no reviews but he was honest to say he just finished university and his relatively low price is what compelled us to book. We are pleased by his efforts and quick response to anything we wanted to add or change. The lodges were sometimes good sometimes not good but this is expected in a developing country like uganda. The food options are a variety. Route wild safaris is a reliable tour organizer, the queen Elizabeth, ishasha tree lions, Bwindi forest were really beautiful locations. Seeing the gorillas was the highlight but even without them I think Uganda is a good country. We really recommend RWS to friends and family.

It was a very good experience. We had a wonderful time at the park. Our guide was Fanuel, he was a very good guy. He gave us many information as we on our way to the park. Also, he helped us with anything we asked or we wanted. The car was good for two people. He showed us all the animals we supposed to see.

4/5

The crew was so nice. The guide and driver is always in a good mood, answer you any questions and you learn so many things from him. He is very professional even in the tiny details. The communications with Olivia was also perfect. She is very nice and clear since the beginning.

4-Day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru Safari
4/5

Initially, correspondence with the company was superb and we had all details about order of locations and accommodation confirmed in October 2019 (we were asked which accommodation we would like to stay at and after specificity were told they were confirmed) I had been emailed with a daily reminder to pay the deposit up until the day I actually paid it, and then I did not hear from the company/ receive a completed itinerary. We next heard from them in February 2020 on the day before our safari only to make sure we had the remaining balance.
On the DAY of the safari, we met up with an employee to pay the balance and were told that the proposed details had been flipped and locations were changed. We did the safari backwards and did not stay at any of the confirmed accommodation that was specified in our initial correspondence. We were in a van and whilst ours did not break down, there were a number of them within the park which did break down.
Despite this, our guide was spectacular!! Eric had extensive knowledge of all the national parks we visited and knew of all animals and their habits. We saw the Big Five as well as a number of different animals; I feel as though we did not miss out on seeing anything.
Eric would break down the course of each day the night before with locations, game drives and time allowances for each activity throughout the day. We also had people in our car that were on shorter safaris, so he had ensured their departures were sorted for all car pooling changes.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I loved getting to interact with the other members of our group. If anything, it would be nice if we were notified of changes prior to departure.
