Very good safari
4/5

Very good communication, private safari was nice. They try their maximum to find all animals. We week Happy to see girafes, éléphants, lions... during 2 days in Selous. They adapt to your request. Only negative point is the car very old : doesn’t have air condition during 7h transfer to Dar Es Salaam and we had a problem with one stucked window that stayed closed (solved after some hours). Otherwise I recommend this tour

Fantastic experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Maleng arranged the best resort.
4/5

Safari tour was good although roads were very rough. Tour guide was lovely man who was knowledgeable about birds and wildlife. Maleng met with us prior to departure to let us know what to expect.

Masaai Mara Park and Amboseli Park were awesome! Joseph was an excellent guide and driver-a star!
4/5

I consider myself the kind of customer that pays attention to details - Baboon was recommended by a colleague and I started talking to Denis who put me in contact with Susan for the reservations. She was very professional and understood my concerns about the itinerary and other things. The first part of my program in Kenya went really well. The driver/guide Joseph was really good, the Meridian hotel in Nairobi was quite comfy, Miti Mingi Eco Camp in Masai Mara was a fair choice as recently renovated and Kimana Camp in Amboseli has a nice crew and an astonishing view of Kilimanjaro when clear. Some improvements with communication along the way would even improve the experience. I do hope that my time in Tanzania will be as great as in Kenya.

Flexible, communicative and reliable organisation and a good tour
4/5

It was pretty good in all ways.

But one member of our group needed to go to the airport after the tour and not mentioning an extra fee, did the driver expect one of another KSH 1000.- after delievering her there.
Honest as i am is this a general phenomena in Kenia, which i really recommend everybody there to change immediately. It makes people just feeling tricked. And tricked people will usually not come back again. In whatever kind of case.
I told it to the driver (who otherwise made a great job) and Mr. Wilson already. I hope they will change that in the future. Being even there that communicative as they have been in any other case.
Otherwise, great job!

Well back to my experience, the safari was good, the accommodation at Lenchada was okay and for my part was everything done as promised.
I can and really will recommend Masai Mara Train.

Nice and very good experience with sunup Adventures
4/5

Communication with sunup was very good and fast . Chris was all the Time friendly and tried to make our Trip as pleasant as possible.
He was very cooperative and flexible even as we had to postpone our Safari tour by one week and switched pick up and drop off location. Everything worked out very well. Thanks again !!

The only thing I can say is, that he could have Pointed out more clearly the long distances between each park. We felt spending more time in the car traveling then being on safari.

Our safari was awesome. This is also because of our guide/driver .
Our guide Surat was great !! All the time friendly and a very good driver . He made our Safari tour special - thank you very much again!! We enjoyed it so much .

Also the car was very good- we chose 4x4 land cruiser and were happy about our decision. Especially due to the long journey the car was the best choice as it was very comfortable and we had enough space ( 3 people and driver)

Regarding accommodations and parks - we did a 5 day safari to amboseli, naivasha and masai Mara. Besides the accommodation and food in Masai Mara everything was really great. From my point of view the accommodation and food in Masai Mara is not worth the money and you can’t compare this camp with the other two. We spend two nights in Enkorok Mara Camp.
Nonetheless we enjoyed the safari !!

The Safari in naivasha was disappointing. We enjoyed our camp / accommodation- this was so great !! - but I would not say that naivasha is “safari”. The boat trip was really boring (ok, we also had bad luck with the weather as it was cold and raining at that day) and I don’t think that such a trip is expensive and the walking tour ... mhh... it was more a zoo walking tour .this was disappointing as we were really curious and were looking forward to this walking tour.
But, the guide there was very friendly and he explained us many things about the animals . This was really interesting !! He made the best out of this waking tour. Thank you!

All in all we enjoyed the trip very much and can recommend sunup adventures !!!

BEST experience!
4/5

We had the most incredible experience with Apodiformes Adventures! With a group of 5, it is hard to keep everyone happy, but Silas and Eric did! They accommodated us in every way and planned the perfect trip for all of us! The safari far exceeded my expectations. The driver(Eric) were so kind and knowledgable. The accommodations and food was good. They are also arranged a extra free boat tour in Lake Naivasha. Thanks.

Great Wildlife Experience, Good Company
4/5

Was an epic moment i had with my colleague during our Uganda vacation with the Avens Travel Company, it went all well for our time in Queen Elizabeth watching the wildlife on two game drive around Kasenyi and far remote Ishasha where we had a bewildering spot of the Lion king in the tree branches. The cruise at the Kazinga water channel was superb with sightings of enormous wildlife most interestingly the Hippos, wow!!!!
Our guide Peter was friendly from our first encounter with him at the Entebbe Airport and the great time we had with him in the wilderness, he made our Uganda vacation a success. Thanks Avens team.

Feels like the lion king in real life
4/5

Hi,
Last summer we went on safari with high peaks, it was wonderful!
In the morning they picked us up at our camping site with the Jeeps, we were immediately enthusiastic.
The seats were very comfortable, we had a lot of space, there were charge points to charge our cameras or anything and the roof of the Jeep could open so we had a great view during the whole safari. Our driver was also very funny and told us a lot of interesting information, he was good company!!
During the safari, the driver stopped several times so we could see everything, he also gave us a binoculars for the details and stuff. It was very exciting when an elephant walked by the Jeep with a distance of like 10 centimeters, the driver told us to be very quiet for our own safety. This was also when we saw a lioness, he explained everything very well so we had no problems or anything. We had a lot of fun and saw really great things. One life experience!! I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent organizing, professional staff, lots of different animals to be seen
4/5

We booked a day safari from Dar to Mikumi in advance. Mwajabu was very correspondive via Whatsapp and was professional, very well organized. We were picked up from DAR airport after arrival in early morning. We paid the tour in shillings (there was a working ATM at the airport) and we were driven to Mikumi in a comfortable air-conditioned car by driver Dhula. After a 7 hour ride, we arrived and were greeted by our guide Gilbert and we joined his group for safari. The animals were everywhere, especially giraffes were found all over the national park. The drive was slow so we got close to the animals. But there were no lions, we were told they are rare in Mikumi. We had a lunch at the park restaurant, the food was not very tasty but edable. After that we made another different tour around the park with the driver and then headed back to Dar. On the way we had a buffet dinner at a gas stop restaurant. I should have mentioned about my gluten- intolerance beforehand, it was difficult to find something to eat there. Luckily the waiter offered an omelette for me so didnt leave the place hungry.
Mikumi was quite far away from Dar so we should have booked a 2-day tour (which was recommended by Mwajabu but we were stubborn to book only a day-trip).
This safari would have had 5 stars if the food was right. This time it wasnt for us, but it’s partially our own fault. Going for a safari with Tanzania Mwangaza Safari is recommended anyway, this is a trip to remember! But make it longer than one day :D Asanti sana!
