Good experience. Felix, always answer for all questions anytime. He is very disponible.
4/5

The communications were very easy. The safari tours also.
But tell to your customers the kandili camp is not in the national park.
The camp was perfect anyway.

Professional services. My experience to maasai Mara was unexceptional
4/5

We really enjoyed our Safari from the pick up at JKIA airport to maasai mara, samburu and Amboseli the tour guide was very nice and we'll versed with the wild.
I was also happy with the vehicles as most of them were new and upto the task. I would like to have the same service as the one enjoyed.

Good costumer service, but the guide they hired was mediocre
4/5

Communication was fast and friendly.
The service was great and we got picked up in a private car and driven to the pick-up point.

The Safari guide was a good kid, but his english was not very good, so we didn’t get much info of the animals due to his language barrier. But he was polite, and good at spotting animals. We had a three day safari, and got to see all the animals we wished to see.

I would book through Peofessional Safari again

Overall smooth experience
4/5

We booked Wildebeest Safaris after a lot of research and after talking to many different agents. Main differentiation was that they were able to arrange the camp that we specifically asked for (Entim) and the price was competitive. Also, before the trip we asked a lot of questions to Noah (the owner) and he responded to all of them with the requested assurances. We asked for a good guide and he allotted Dennis to us. We asked for unlimited Water and he agreed and he allowed us to pay balance on arrival instead of all advance (we initially asked for some payment at end of the trip which he refused)
We stayed at 2 days at Lake Nakuru (Flamingo Hill) and 5 days at Masai Mara (Entim Camp). Flamingo hill camp was very good whereas Entim was excellent. Stay at Entim was incidentless but the stay had Flamingo had a problem when we were leaving as there was some dispute between Wildebeest and Flamingo and they held us hostage till Noah went to their office and offered himself as hostage instead. It was probably a past payment dispute and we lost 2 hours while they were talking to each other. The good thing was Noah rushed to their office early morning so that we could be released and leave for our onward journey. Flamingo offered us a bottle of wine as a compensation for the inconvenience so it was good gesture on their part. So all in all it wasn't a very unpleasant experience and some glitches are a part of every trip.
Dennis was a great person to have as the guide. He was very patient, is vastly experienced with Masai Mara area, is a safe driver and is a fun person to talk to. He answered all our questions in relation to the forest or the animals and whenever he spotted an animal he knew which one it was. He also showed us the animal in his book which he carries with himself describing the animal and interesting facts about it. That helped in better understanding what I was seeing infront of my eyes. He also agreed to wait when we wanted to at a particular spot and was not forceful to leave unless it was dark and time to get back to the camp (we waiting 5 hours for the five Cheetah brothers to wake up from their sleep and he was waiting without cribbing). Even if we barely had little time left, he ensured we atleast got 5 mins with an animal sighting so that we dont go back disappointed. He was constantly calling his network of people on phone to ask for right places to visit and he wouldnt tell us what was there till we reached to create excitement and element of surprise. Probably just his style. We took bathroom breaks whenever we needed and ate packed lunch at whatever time we wanted. Even if we wanted to eat in the car, he didn't insist otherwise. He was very good with spotting animals from a far distance and he spotted some really good lions which anyone would have easily missed. Another good thing was that he was a keen photographer himself (we went there mainly to shoot) and hence he understood if we wanted some specific angles and took the efforts required for us to get the right shot. He was happy to take the car in any position we asked so that we could take satisfying pictures. He was always ready to leave on time and got us back only when it was time to leave. It was only once in Nakuru that he ended the Safari at 4pm instead of 6.30pm as he wanted to get his car fixed which should have been done before we arrived in Kenya so we lost about 2 hours there. But largely my experience with Dennis (as well as Wildebeest Safari) was a pleasant one and I recommend them to others as well.

12 day - private trip around the Serengeti and neighbouring parks
4/5

We booked a 12 day special trip with Anthony directly. As seasoned Africa travellers we knew what we would like to do and see. With Anthony we had a great sparing partner who understood our aims and wishes and tried to cater to all of them producing a comprehensive tour itinerary for us. From there we tweaked bits and pieces, which went well as Anthony was very responsive and constructive all along.

Once we arrived in Tanzania Anthony picked us up and took us to the Hotel in Arusha where we could organise everything and prepare for the trip ahead. As requested we spent the afternoon with our chef at the market and told him what we like and our food preferences. This was a great experience as the local market has this buzzing vibe to it (not suited for squeamish people). Our chef showed us around and gave us insights into the local food, we gave him hints what we like most.

The next day we set off on our trip into the wild, with our guide Ahadi, chef and Anthony. Our route took us through Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara NP, Lake Easy, Ngorogoro Crater, central Serengeti, northern Serengeti and lake Natron NP.

The route was well thought out and we managed to visited almost all planned sites, parks and tribes (we missed the occasional one due to exceptional sightings which we stayed with and watched on). The time and distance approximations given, where sometimes rather guesses than approximations, changing schedules a little during the day, but nothing serious. We took some "easier" routes or D-tours which in some cases felt like excuses to kill some time. Rather driving to the camp slowly instead of reaching the next camp early and doing an extra game dive around the area after we settled in. But nevertheless we saw everything we could dream of and more.

Ahadi did a great job driving us around and showing us the wonderful wildlife and nature, as well as being a great source of knowledge; telling stories all the way and sharing facts&figures. He did a great Job a spotting wildlife and sharing it with us. His driving was second to none, making it an agreeable journey wherever he took us.

Our chef had a hard time remembering what we told him at the market, but as we went along and guided him when he restocked supplies, he did a phantastic job feeding us well the entire trip. The African diet is usually very filling and heavy on carbs, which is normal - looking at the reasons for eating around here.
Although, if you spend most of the day in the car not moving too much, three full meals and loads of carbs are a heavy load to take in. With time and some guidance we managed to reduce on meal to a salad snack. In general he made awesome meals and varied them from day to day, we never got board of eating. The fresh popcorn after long drives and game drives where a treat :-)

What we haven't understood - it seems to be an African-thing (not only Tanzania) - why don't they appreciate the local produces. We drove by avocado trees, papaya trees, Banana and Mango trees, Corn and beans fields. But in our lunch pack there was an apple (imported from somewhere) and for breakfast or as a side it was canned (Heinz) backed beans (why not the local ones?).

For the immersive experiences Anthony organised some great local guides with whom we visited the Datoga tribe's blacksmith, the Hadzabe bushmen and the Maasai.
With the Hadzabe, what started as a leisure walk with tourists to show them how hunting works turned into a full blown hunt and kill of a wild boar. An experience that is not for the feint hearted but better than any BBC or NatGeo documentary.

All in all it was a great 12 days of full-on Tanzania wildlife and culture. Anthony prepared and executed a great trip for us with many highlights and some downs. When there was anything to talk about, he was open for it and took the feedback immediately acting on it if that was possible. Ahadi did a wonderful job and our chef never left us hungry during the trip. Ahadi was fully dedicated to show us the best his country has to offer, which occasionally was cut short by Anthony wanting to return to camp, for him to look after his business, instead of us pursuing a distant sighting or track we spotted. But we guessed this was due to Ahadi and Anthony joining the trip and jointly looking after us.

Summarising it; we had a great trip with cross to African and can fully recommend them for any safari first timer and repeat safari booker. Just let them know what you are looking for and they will cater to your needs.
