Incredible Safari
We went on a safari to Selous and Mikumi with Otto and it was incredible. These parks are some of the best places to see wildlife in their natural habitat in the world. We enjoyed the game drives as we came from one great animal encounter to the next. We managed to see lots of elephants, lions, giraffes, hippos, a lot of birdlife and many other species of wildlife that is abundant in Mikumi and Selous.
The lodges were amazing, we enjoyed the first class service and staying in the tented luxury rooms. The food was excellent and they would pack excellent baskets for our picnic lunches. We also enjoyed the surprise candle lit dinner on our anniversary.
All in all we had an amazing time in Tanzania, thanks to Rama putting the trip so well, that it was flawless!

A fantastic all round experience
We did the 6-Day Hwange NP, Victoria Falls & Chobe NP package which was fantastic overall.
Our Zimbabwe driver, Simon (and his offsider), our Hwange safari guide, Bheki, and the Chobe safari guide, Figo, were all amazing as were practically all people who helped us along the way, those part of the tour and those who we met along the way.
The accommodation at Shongwe was a bit more basic than we're used to put certainly had great service and a very welcome pool and the cruise along the Chobe river was certainly more basic too...but once we got over the initial surprises, we had a great time. Thanks all!

Unforgettable Tanzania/Sansibar experience with Shemeji Safari
We got back from our Tanzania-Zanzibar round trip about a week ago keep thinking about it every day - so many beautiful memories remain, which is largely thanks to Shemeji Safari / Paradise Wilderness, with whom we carried out this trip. A year ago, we contacted Shemeji Safari and started to plan our individual trip together – we took some modules from their program one-to-one, others were flexibly adapted and added. We would particularly like to thank Tomas Vyvial, who took excellent care of us before and during the trip! We always had a competent contact person who was available per email and WhatsApp throughout our journey, and when we needed his help on-site (which happened only once or twice), he was immediately on hand and offered a solution so that we were able to continue without any problems.
If anyone is planning a trip to Tanzania/Zanzibar, we can highly recommend the team at Shemeji Safari/Paradise Wilderness, and if you work with Tomas, you will be in the best of hands. We have already recommended him to friends and colleagues, and who knows, he may well hear from one or the other... 😊.

Most memorable experience
We had booked our dream safari with Serengeti Wakanda many months back and were suppose to travel in July 2024, but due to some issues with my daughter's passport we couldn't make it in July. Wakanda were very kind and allowed us to change the dates for October of this year. Aishwarya who was handling the whole tour made sure of all the arrangements of our trip. Everything was meticulously was arranged which allowed for our special diet and also we need only one room with three beds which was also taken care of very brilliantly. From the day we arrived Aishwarya and Andrew, our safari guide, ensured we would have an incredible experience. What we experienced was beyond of what we expected in the safari. There was nothing that was disappointing. Definitely we made good friend with our guide Andrew and also definitely we shall use Aishwarya at Wakanda again for the safari to Tanzania.

Amazing
The safari was amazing, the guide was great and met our needs. We saw a lot of the animals from the national park and had fun with the guide. The accommodation was good, nice and clean rooms with good food and good lunch boxes for the safari. The car was also nice and clean. Overall worth the money.

Starting from sharing the quote till the end of service all were excellent. Ms Liz was too helpful and was always available.Her prompt reply was helpful to close booking on last moment. All the drivers were too polite and courteous. They were always eager to help. My customer has come back with a wonderful memory .

Excellent Safari advice and guidance
We booked a trip to Kapama Buffalo Camp through Devryn Panaino at Discover Africa. He checked out several options within our budget. He was very responsive or one of his colleagues (thanks Megan) replied to our questions. We booked directly from the UK but the whole process was very smooth. Would highly recommend and will definitely contact again if we are looking for another safari or other African experiences in the near future.
The safari itself exceeded expectation. We saw the big five on more than one occasion. The guide and tracker (Themba & Zakes) were very knowledgeable. We also were able to go on a bush walk and learn more about our surroundings. The camp itself was immaculate, all of the staff friendly and helpful. They have great chefs. One thing that was very helpful was a ‘suggested’ tip guide. Tips can also be paid via credit card should you prefer.

The trip of a lifetime organised by Katja
Namibia has been on our bucket list for some time. I can highly recommend Desert Africa Safaris to tailor a trip to your specific requirements. Katja took care of all the details including my request for horse riding. We stayed at the Namib Outpost, The Strand in Swakopmund and Mushara Outpost in Etosha. We found the lodges amazing. Boutique in terms of size and top class guides and chefs. We found the right balance of excursions and downtime by choosing to stay three nights in each location and by travelling the entire trip by light aircraft. Not only maximising time but getting the most amazing perspective of Namibia from the air. Vast and diverse! We watched people come and go for one night only and do an activity then rush off to drive. Not for us! I loved climbing Big Daddy dune in the desert as well as my horse riding at Desert Homestead. Just me and the guide cantering through the desert. Then the catamaran tour on the coast as well as being able to eat out as local seafood restaurants. The riding there with Okagambe stables was brilliant. Three hours of vast open space and fast paced horse. Then finally the safari trips from Mushara. We did two evening and one morning drive. Highly recommend using a guide. Overall this was a fantastic holiday of a lifetime and we have travelled to over 90 countries and stayed in many fantastic places. This ranks up there in the top 10.

Smooth and memorable experience!
Everything was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. Our guide and driver, James, was absolutely amazing—a true gentleman, kind, and attentive. He shared extensive knowledge about wildlife, the animals, and even the local culture during our road trips, ensuring we had a memorable experience.
The pick-ups and drop-offs were seamless, and the operators checked in with us throughout the trip and at the end to ensure everything was going smoothly. We were fortunate to see every animal on our list (which, we were told, doesn’t always happen—so we felt very lucky). While luck played a part, we believe James’ local expertise contributed significantly to our success, making the experience even more special.
Sarova Mara Hotel was an excellent choice. The hospitality was outstanding—I've never encountered such genuinely kind staff in any other hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience offered great value for money. Highly recommended!
