He even checked the water levels to find a particularly attractive location, which was not easy due to the general drought. Edwin was always extremely polite, customer-oriented and took all of our wishes into account. Communication was very pleasant, answers always came immediately and the price was absolutely fair.

Recently, I visited the Nairobi National Park with West East Tours and Travel Agents and it was such an incredible experience that exceeded my expectations. They maintained clear communication from the time we made our booking, ensuring we get the most out of our itinerary.
My highlight of the day was Peter, our driver. He was timely, accommodating and friendly. He was patient enough making sure we saw various animals, especially the king of the jungle which took quite some time before coming out. He was knowledgeable about the park’s history and wildlife, enriching our experience. I learned from him about the hartebeest, which I had no idea existed.

Trip of a lifetime, amazing 5 day safari
Our experience doing a 5 day safari with soul of tanzania was simply wonderful and fantastic! Exceeded by far ours expectations. The itinerary was tailored perfectly by Hugo taking account our preferences and budget. The places, lodges, food and specially our guide Hassan were 10 stars!!! We really appreciate the luck of having Hassan as our guide, bringing 13 years of experience in driving, identifying animals and their behaviors very fast, showing his Great skill of explaining everything around (he was a teacher before being a safari guide) and big knowledge of animals as well as tanzania’s culture and lifestyle. Brilliant !
Mark was very professional . He ensured we all were safe and had a comfortable drive through the sanctuaries . He was extremely courteous and made sure we enjoyed all our sightings . We booked a 3 day private tour of the sergenti and ngorongoro crater and it was the most unforgettable experience! Flying in from Zanzibar directly into the serengeti, spotting animals from the plane is a rruly unique experience. Our guide Christian, or as we called him Lucky Christian, was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly made sure we saw all of the big 5 in just 3 days! The whole team really took care of us from ensuring all of the bookings were sorted with ease and everything ran smoothly. The accommodation and food provided was 10/10.
