It was an incredible experience. I strongly recommend it, I would book with them again. Great price-quality relation . Batho is very king and good professional, he organised everything for us, adapted to our needs and willings. We went for a excursion around Arusha (Materuni whaterfalls) and later a saffari including the car, driver-guide and cooker and lodge/tents (there is also a most luxury option) in the most relevant parks (Manyara, Tarangire Serengeti and Ngorongoro). Incredible experience, the guide knows the country and the environment perfectly, the explanations are very good and you can see that he is a true professional. We had some problem and the guide managed to solve it for us quickly, he was very friendly, we would repeat again without a doubt

Great service and professional operations
Had a great day in Dinokeng Game Reserve with a micro light flight over the reserve and an afternoon Game drive. Saw a wide variety of animals including buffalo and rhinos.
Would definitely go back for a few days again. It was amazing to experience wildlife so close to OR Tambo and big 5 in Gauteng.

Once in a lifetime, enlightening experience
Initially I had some issues with communication where my guides went to pick me up from the wrong accomodation however, it was easy to contact the organisation and find out where they were. The service was great, I was given additional help by the guides who were so friendly and was able to speak with them on a personal level and had an insight into their lives as Kenyans as well. The tour was amazing, beyond expectations and hearing the stories of the women I met were mind blowing, humbling and empowering. My life has been forever changed from this personal and enlightening experience. Thank you One Horizon for your important work and providing this opportunity for us. I hope to one day return to Kenya and be a part of it again with my son.

This feedback is long overdue and well deserved, I had dreamed of this trip for more than 2 years and it did not disappoint! We contacted Gilmag Safaris online and their response was prompt. Our emails were answered back in a flash, we wondered if the staff of this company ever slept . This gave us the confidence to book with Gilmag Safaris.
The trip was excellent and our jeep was in good condition and looked well maintained, our guide Nicholas was phenomenal. Besides his excellent driving skills, he was passionately talking about the parks, the animals and always looking for the best spots to see as many as possible.
The entire trip, we stayed at Serena Hotels in Arusha, Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Zanzibar.
The food and services exceeded our high expectations.
