Its the Serengeti what else should I say. You should visit this park. You have the chance to see most of the large game, birds, the lot. The accommodations were great, people are wonderful. Take a morning ballon ride over the Serengeti it is worth the trip...

Excellent and the most memorable moments in my life. Thank you very much Oyamo Grand Safaris.
5/5

Oyamo Grand Safaris was the best thing that ever happened to me and my family. We enjoyed our safari with Oyamo Grand will very well trained driver guide. We were able to see all the BIG FIVE thanks to our driver guide. We picked a 4 days 3 night safari that is Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara for 350 per person per day private safari. Thank you very much Oyamo Grand Safaris for giving us a wonderful and memorable holiday.

About: Kenya
Kenya is an absolute dream come true!
Overall rating
5/5

Kenya is an absolute dream come true! Everyone should try to go on safari in the Masai Mara, it was a once in a lifetime trip. I was so impressed with the variety of wildlife we were able to see in only 3 full days. It was clear we were not disturbing the animals, as they were just going about their normal business. Going off-peak season meant there were fewer people in the park, but we managed to see all the big five and more. We went on a safari booked through Ramja Safaris who were really responsive, answered all our questions and accommodated our requests, and the guide they recommended was excellent.

Wonderful destinations, amazing wildlife, excellent accomodation, trouble-free organisation. Perfect!

African Encounter gave us excellent advice when planning our trip, with great ideas, website links to help us make decisions and prompt replies to emails. The written itinerary had lots of information to make sure we knew what we were doing.
The trip was beyond our expectations - each place we visited was quite different giving us a range of experiences. The tours were all amazing and we saw all the wildlife we hoped for and much more. We always had only 4 or a maximum of 6 people in a safari vehicle, making wildlife viewing and photography easy. Safari guides were all helpful and went out of their way to locate the more difficult-to-find animals. Accommodation and food were excellent everywhere. We enjoyed the trip immensely and it made us want to go back to see a lot more of Africa. We would definitely use African Encounter again & would highly recommend them.

About: Tanzania
Exciting Friendly Tanzania
Overall rating
5/5

I found the people very friendly and helpful, and everything was very well organised. The scenery of course was spectacular and the game parks efficiently run. The weather was perfect for the time of year, however, Kilimanjaro was covered by a lot of cloud so the best view was from the plane. I never felt unsafe as my guide from Dusty Road Travel looked after me very well. I really enjoyed staying in a Lodge and to hear the lion roaring at night and the food and drink was first class. It was a really enjoyable holiday and fully recommended.

Accommodations overlooking the great rift valley wonderful views. The park has the chance to see a lot of wildlife, and from a scenery standpoint is average. This was were we started our game drives. Worth visiting, but not my favorite location.

Gorrillas and the Great Migration
5/5

We had a ball, full days with so many firsts. This trip I really wanted to sit with the Gorillas, see a Rhino in the wild, a Cheetah and the great migration . We were so spoiled we did the lot and so much more, we were amongst the mega heard and there were so many big cats, Lions, Cheetah, Leopard and even the smaller ones Serval and Genet. The food was wonderful, the campsites spectacular with camp fires and the rawness of animal calls late in the night. The tents were large and all canvass and the mattress comfortable after a warm shower and three course meal. All the Safari guides were friendly and knowledgable as were the camp staff, we have all exchanged email addresses and communicated since. The vehicles were cleaned every day and were reliable and comfortable, we had plenty of fresh water to drink during our Safaris. The entire trip was well organised, we were able to meet every flight and check in point on time which can be hard in Africa sometimes. Jamie's skill as a professional photographer means you do come home with some very special photos, he provides the patience to sit and wait for the right moment and when that comes WOW! you have a classic memory for life. Also some very nice candid personal shots of us, very special. My second trip to Africa with Jamie and wont be my last!

My Favorite park in Tanzania
Overall rating
5/5

This park has a great scenery, and wonderful wildlife. I would have enjoyed spending more time in this park over a few others we visited. Our group also visited Serengeti, Lake Manyara, and Ngoro Ngoro Crater and thought Tarangire was our favorite. The accommodations were very nice, and our guide Alfred was the gem of our trip. He was very knowable on the wildlife and was a part of the family by the end of our 7 day safari. In Tarangire were able to see the leopards very close up and that was quite a treat. The elephants on the plain were wonderful against the back drop of great mountains and Boabab trees. I would recommend visiting Tarangire to anyone traveling to Tanzania.
