Absolutely amazing!
5/5

We did a three days budget safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Charles as tour guide. The safari car was the best we have seen, and we had so much fun camping at the most beautiful campsites. Charles was an excellent guide, everything was so professional and he knew so much info about the animals and he spotted several cheetahs and leopards from a distance, it was an absolutely amazing trip!

Fantastic 3 day 2 night camping safari in Chobe
5/5

We would absolutely recommend Africa Zim if you're coming to Vic Falls and are looking for things to do and want to hop over to Botswana for a safari! We booked fairly last minute (2 weeks notice) and they were very accommodating and booked our safari with their Botswana sister company Kalahari Tours. They thought of everything for us (we took them up on their very reasonable airport transfers) and they always responded in less than 24hrs. Pretty and Harrison met us at the airport and also arranged for us to do the bungee jump (took us to the border, booked it for us, and handled all paperwork. When it came to the safari, Blessing drove us to and from the border and walked us through immigration and customs. Our safari guide Sinka picked us up from there and we were on our way to the river cruise. David and Isaac were our river guides and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Camping and the safaris were incredible and totally as described (although be prepared to only bring one small bag to camp, we missed that memo). Can't thank Africa Zim enough, we loved it.

Five stars
5/5

It started in africa were extremely helpful during the planning of our tour, always with great advices, suggestions and itinerary revisions. Our vehicle was in great shape, and did his job well on the rough roads. Driver was brilliant and we created a great bound. I didn’t want to say goodbye and go back to my urban lifestyle. He found more animals than all the four of us together and he was driving :) he stayed with us until the aircraft departed from Kogatende airstrip in Northern Serengeti.

3 day gorilla tracking in Uganda
5/5

I would definitely recommend Encounter Safaris - myself and 2 friend used them for the 3 day gorilla tracking in Uganda and could not have been happier. We had great communication with Chris leading up to the safari and were picked up from our hotel at exactly when they said they would - which having spent 2 weeks in Africa previously, was pretty impressive! Our guide Hasan was kind, polite, knowledgable and a very good driver. The cabins we stayed at were great and the food was fantastic. The trek itself was amazing and very well organised, we were really lucky and found the gorillas in under 2 hours. Would really recommend a porter though! We had a great time with Encounter and found it great value for money, could definitely use again!

Serengeti and Ngorongoro
3/5

The safari itself provides a great oportunity to see some of the most wonderful animals in Earth, unfortunately our experience wasn't perfect because of the schedule. We had dinner too early and waited too much until the dinner time had arrived, and our cook was extremely slow. A great experienced with some inconveniencies.

Adventure and fun!
4/5

The safari itself was a good experience, we lived the african experience deep and we enjoyed it. We would have liked another kind of timetable for meals, because we had lunch at 10 am and dinner and 20, so that means a lot of time without eating. Despite this detail, the safari was great, we saw many species and took awesome pictures. the volunteering program was the best of all, both medical and orphanage programs are a great , life-changing experience.
