So much beauty! Wildlife abounds! Each time you start to think the search for another animal is starting to take time, something appears!

Beautiful and lush, loved this park! Lower number of game to see, but we were never disappointed - still saw lots of wildlife.

From the moment we entered Tarangire NP, we saw more wildlife than we expected. In no time at all we were incredibly close to elephants, giraffe, and a number of other herd animals. This was our first park and the beginning of our trip, and it was a spectacular way to start!

Had a fantastic 2 and a half days in Etosha. Travelled as part of an overground tour. We saw lions, a leopard, rhinos, (black and white), elephants, giraffe, zebras etc!
It was amazing to sit by the water holes at night watching a group of elephants drinking and playing.
Beautiful scenery, salt flats were interesting to see. Not too crowded either, at times it was a bit busy around the waterholes.
My first safari did not disappoint!

Interesting reserve to see if you have been to other traditional reserves.

For us Selous Game Reserve had two major advantages compared to other more popular reserves: Less tourists and different landscape. Unfortunately we went there in january, so the animal life was a bit poor at that time. But that was okey, since we saw most of the animals we wanted to see, but not so many of each kind. For example, we saw three lions, not thirty.
The walking safari was very interesting, too, and we had a really good guide.

Not much wild life but was surprised to see a Lion with a kill and the a lone White Rhino being guarded by two rangers. As we were leaving the park what a surprised to be chased by a Rhino - that was the biggest highlight for me. Sad we could not see the famous Flamingo's as our timing was not the best.

The best was the hike through the gouge - loved every minute of it and the guide a beautiful person who explained everything through the gouge and put up with all our joke, laughter and good time we had at this special place.

Jambo - the safari was a dream come true. The scenery is something no one can explain until one experience it first hand. The food was great and so was the accommodation. Loved the tenting lodges at Masi Mara Leisure camp and the people - a few of the high lights were going to the Masai Mara Village and being chased by a White Rhino at Lake Nakuru National Park and seeing the Hippo's come to graze at night time at Lake Nivasha Lodge. The two guides Simon and Eratus were the best. Their patients and knowledge of the parks was great and fantastic driving as well. The weather was cool at night and early morning which we never expected, that was great. We went in late April and early May 2014.

Surpassed our expectations. Plans were kept on schedule by guides and operators, yet flexible and accommodating when we requested changes or lingered longer in one place than planned. No stress, no pressure, just days of adventures and evenings of relaxation.

Ok - the road to Masai Mara camp can get upgraded as that's a road that so many big vehicles use.
