Prima onderneming goed en mooi georganiseerd
5/5

I was born in Congo and wanted to go back to Africa one day. Because Congo is not that interesting as a tourist, I chose neighboring Uganda and I chose jadore safaris. They organized an 8 day 7 night safari tour and it was perfect! The guide was very good, professional, and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip. I absolutely have to congratulate Koen & Katja, and thank him enormously for how they have organized everything. So I also strongly recommend booking a safari with JADORE.

reliable, flexible, friendly, helpful - Can only recommend this operator.
5/5

It was a unique and unforgettable experience to meet the Mountain Gorrilaz and to experience them in the wild. I will always remember this. The team is really great and flexible, like a second family. Besides the trip to the Gorillaz, I experienced the wonderful landscape of Rwanda and thanks to my great driver I also learned a lot about Rwanda and its history. A really unforgettable beautiful experience. I will be back

Update on My pervious Review - From bad to worse.
1/5

After almost 2 years of waiting for Opulent Tours And Travel to return our deposit, we decided to give Evans Kadzomba the C.E.O at Opulent Tours And Travel, a chance to redeem himself and his company. (Please read my previous review for the full story. ). This is what happened:
Opulent Tours And Travel kept telling us that they cannot return the money because they had already paid advances to the lodging (2 years ago). We told them that since they are not returning our money, how about we come to Africa this July 2022 to do the original tour? We then received a reply that was nothing short of a slap in the face! Although the original tour was 31-days, and the new one only 25, Opulent Tours And Travel demanded another ~3000$ for the tour. The best part was that they claimed that because we gave them a negative review, we had to somehow compensate THEM! Naturally, we declined the insulting offer and once again requested our money back. Since then, Opulent Tours And Travel have stopped communicating with us.
To make a long story short - Do yourselves a favor and find another travel company with some professional dignity.

Reliable, professional, and reasonably priced tour operator who tries to treat customers as family
5/5

Went on multiple weekend trips to various parts of Uganda during April and May 2022 with very good experiences. Team was reliable and professional. Found their recommendations for activities and itinerary trustworthy and on-point. We had a medium budget and the team was able to find lodgings that were largely high value for money. The team says they try to treat customers as family, and I thought they made an effort to do so.

Trust in their experience to provide exciting, positive safari stories for the rest of your lives.
5/5

Trust is the issue. How can someone in the USA trust some company they don't know to set up a family tour in Africa? In some country so far away? For a lot of money? And trust they won't get duped or be unsafe, or just not have a fulfilling positive trip? Trust Kiboko. I did and still do. John and Trina have owned this company for a long time. John (Juma) is from Tanzania. He grew up around Lions, seriously. I spent 10 full days in country on a Safari showcasing all different kinds of camping. Woke up in the Serengeti in a little tent. Saw Ngorongoro Elephants from the porch of an elegant cabin. The drivers have encyclopedic knowledge of the flora and fauna. My driver spotted 3 lionesses in a tree (did you know they sometimes sleep in low trees?) three football fields away - without field glasses. I trust Kiboko. They changed my life forever. I still talk about it and I went with them when they were first putting the company together. Imagine how organized and professional they are after almost 20 years in business! It just doesn't get any better than this. Email me. I'll back up my claims, send pictures, tell stories. [email protected]

Best guidance, Info, knowledge, and company to go with!
5/5

We had a ton of communication with our AKS contact, Steve! He always made sure to check in when we got A to B while traveling (even at 4am..). Our drivers always made sure to know our names, introduced themselves, helped with luggage and making sure we go into where we needed before leaving us. The service was undeniably the best! The value of the safari was unbeatable and affordable. We could rely on them to be on time to picking us up and dropping us off places. They dressed in ALS gear or had a sign so we could easily find them. The tour itself was beautiful and amazing. we got lucky and saw the Big 5 and more. Our guide could tell us so many things about the land, the people, animals, and more. We were lucky to have Bonaya as our tour guide. He had 1,000 questions a day and answered every single one. The Masai Mara Safari in itself was a beautiful place to tour.

Thank you to all the staff at AKS who made our trip one to remember and a hard one to beat :)

Kanyezi NAILED IT!! Magnificent!!
5/5

My Africa trip was very short notice, I had some unexpected time off and this was a bucket list trip I was to take with my daughter, who unexpectedly passed away. Kanyezi worked it out on very short notice and got me all booked to be able to use this time to go on what was a much-anticipated trip together. This was a very special trip for me and given the circumstances a very emotional trip. My flights were a bit all over the place and not the best most direct, but that was due to the last-minute booking by me, and I was just very happy to be able to go. Everything, I mean everything was top notch!! From my arrival in Cape town and Manie greeting me with his big smile and flowers everything was wonderful!! I stayed at an amazing wine estate, Lanzerac, and the staff was wonderful, rooms were comfortable. Manie was awesome and made my trip to Capetown just that much better!! He was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and even went out of his way to get me booked on an excursion that was not on the itinerary. We saw as much as possible in the short time I was there, and I felt like I made a new friend in Manie. Then it was off to the Safari portion of the trip and OH MY GOODNESS!! Amazing, life changing, beautiful, magnificent.... I could go on and on. From my pickup at the airport by my Ranger to the gorgeous Dulini resort and awe-inspiring game drives 5 STARS all the way! If I could give more stars I would! Dulini is a very special place, so beautiful, amazing food, wonderful staff and the GAME DRIVES, WOWEE!!!
Kanyezi arranged a most perfect trip and there was not a glitch or hiccup one, everything and everybody was on time and where they were supposed to be to greet me at every destination. This was important as I was traveling alone. There really are no accurate words to describe the safari, it was life changing and I can't wait to bring my family back someday!! THANK YOU KANYEZI!!
