Remarkable!!!!
5/5

Our tour was beyond my expectation. Peter Magu was our tour driver, the knowledge he has of Maasai Mara was intriguing, he had a plethora of information. His professionalism, patience and hospitality are admirable. We truly enjoyed the two day tour I had a lot of fun. The package was prepared by our tour agent Alice Njambi, she was a pleasure to deal with. She was prompt, professional, courteous and always kept me informed of due dates and changes. I connected with her from the first day I dealt with her. I had shopped around and compared prices with other tour companies, Bonfire truly offered the best and a reasonable deal.

Yaneta Safaris is a reliable tour operator in Africa & has good customer service.
4/5

I booked a 21-day Uganda Safari with Yaneta before Covid. Since everything stopped due to Covid lockdowns, my trip was moved to July 2021. Uganda was still on lockdown but tourism was open. Yaneta had all the Gorilla & Chimpanzee trekking permits ready. Two weeks prior to my departure, Uganda required a visa prior to departure instead of visa on arrival. I had to hurriedly apply for a visa from the Uganda Embassy. Yaneta closely followed my application. My visa was approved day before my departure.

I had a wonderful time. The driver/guide was very knowledgeable. This was a private safari. We started in the north & worked our way down to the south. One time our vehicle had a mechanical problem. A replacement came at night so the trip went smoothly.

Yaneta is very reliable & has good customer service. They made sure that I was happy & comfortable.

Not just a safari. It was an experience.
5/5

Looking for a safari online was very overwhelming. There are many options that offer similar tour deals and packages. I spent some time reading at reviews. Mr. Wilson’s tour called my eye right when I kept seeing te ríes about his honesty and charm. I did contacted him. Got and replay a few hours after with a detail itinerary and the price in writing. I kept shopping around, but I got convinced with Mr. Wilson. I confirmed my safari date and time.
While I was planning my trip, I needed a train ticket from Nairobi to Mombasa. I learned that I required a local phone number or Mpesa system to pay for the ticket. I reached out to Mr. Wilson. He did not hesitate to help me out. I sent him my passport info and the itinerary for the train ticket I wanted. A few minutes after, I received a screenshot with my train ticket. Yes!, he paid that with his own money. I hadn’t even pay for the safari yet, it been in Kenya yet. His vote of confidence was extremely generous! When I met him in, I paid the safari and the train ticket (the original price). He didn’t even made a profit about it!

The safari in general was not just a trip. It was an experience. Jimmy (the driver) was patience, made sure we all felt good and gave us time to admire and take pictures. He was very knowledgeable about the animals. He gave us facts and made everybody in the group feel included. We were a total of 5. We were all solo travelers from different countries and languages. The culture mix in the van was amazing. There were Japanese, Danish, French, English, Swahili and Spanish native languages. Fascinating !

The lodge were we stayed was comfortable. We all had our own tent. To my surprise, each tent had its own bathroom with running water and hot shower.. yes! Hot shower !
The food was buffet style. It was tasty and had several options for vegetarians (like me). We (the group) agreed about the food being delicious and generous portions! We all took second rounds !
During the full day drive, I had the most memorable time during the safari. We had a picnic right under a tree looking at some elephants far away. This is the moment when this safari became into an experience. Jimmy had us lunch bags pre-made from the lodge. I also had to mention, there was plenty of drinking water at all the times.

I am very satisfied about the my experience. I feel it was worth every penny. I feel confident to recommend this to my family and friends.

Asante sana Rafiki!

Fantastic Safari Experience!
5/5

I can't say enough good things about DKS. I just returned from a 16 day trip to Uganda and Kenya. Mine was a private safari, which made it a little more expensive, but that almost meant I got to make it exactly what I wanted, and didn't have to deal with strangers. It was also super safe in this time of Covid. Keneth helped me arrange my trip and we sent hundreds of emails back and forth during the year it took to plan. He answered all my questions (and there were a lot!), and was always quick to respond. When Rwanda closed the land borders to tourists 9 days before my departure, he let me know immediately. He suggested an alternative, I changed my flight, and he had my whole itinerary rearranged in less than 24 hours. I was very excited when I got to finally meet him in Nairobi, and thank him in person, and he spent my last day on tour with me and my driver. My driver was David. He was with me my entire time in Africa. After two weeks with him, I felt like I made a friend. He shielded me from shady officials wanting bribes, knew the best times to go on game drives, introduced me to the most delicious spicy ginger tea, and even taught me some Swahili. David and Keneth took such good care of me. I can't imagine going back to East Africa, and not booking my trip with DKS.

Dancing Zebra was an absolute pleasure to work w/ & if I'm fortunate to go again it will be w/ DZ!!!
5/5

Before leaving for this trip of a lifetime, I was overwhelmed with the feelings of gratitude to be so fortunate and blessed to be able to experience such an amazing opportunity. Dancing Zebra and Tanzania did not disappoint!! I left this Safari and experience with even more gratitude and appreciation then I ever expected. On our drive to the Serengeti airport on our departure day, I couldn't keep the tears from falling as I reflected on my time on safari in Tanzania. Besides the beautiful, breathtaking and unique landscapes and most AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL animals, the people of Tanzania were beyond wonderful! For those who travel, we all know that it's the people that make the place. The welcome, the hospitality, the spirit and the smiles of the Tanzanian people were also a huge part of this special experience. And our most beloved Tanzanian....Ian, our safari guide! We were beyond blessed to have him guide us, teach us and share this experience with us. Thank you Ian for everything!!! We will never, ever forget you!!! You are truly the best! Although everything was beyond wonderful, this would all not be possible if it wasn't for our knowledgeable, caring and hard working tour operator Jessica at Dancing Zebra. Her passion for Tanzania and it's people shine through and her personable and thorough approach let you know you are in great hands. Jessica stuck with us through the trying times of Covid and delivered the most amazing, special and memorable itinerary one could ask for. I wouldn't have changed a thing and if I am so fortunate and blessed to be able to go on safari again, it will be with Jessica at Dancing Zebra. THANK YOU Jessica for your caring touch and your personable investment in making this vacation into what dreams are made of! I will never forget this one!!! MAHALO NUI LOA!!!

Excellent
5/5

What I liked most was the flexibility of the tour. After initially planning the tour only to Bukavu and Goma I asked for a small resheduling containing more attractions out in the nature surrounding lake Kivu. It was easily organized without any troubles! Thank you so much for this great experience!

I am really recommend Dendea Tanzania Experience. They have very nice service. We traveled with them to Serengeti. Unforgettable trip! We saw all animals, the driver has very good knowledge about all animals. We saw lions and they come even around our car. They drive very good, no stress and followed the rules. We use even them for Arushas city tour. They help us for transit to airport. It’s serious company which you can trust.

Amazing experience
5/5

I spent few days with them in Congo and Rwanda.
That was an amazing experience.
They know the job, they are involved with the local community and can show you all the real local culture and beyond.
We were doing the Gorillas trekking in Kahuzi Biega which was amazing and economic. explored Bukavu and Goma, and also the volcanos national park in Rwanda.
The guides were very considering and professional. The cars were very good and convenient and i felt very safe and comfortable during the whole time.
Will really recommend to use this company, and will definitely use them if i go back to Congo again.

Excellent driver guides and no hidden charges
5/5

We reached out to Paul at Tanzania Roadside Expeditions after being recommended by a friend who had used their services. From the start, they were prompt, professional and transparent. Comparing the many quotes for a private wildlife safari holiday in Tanzania and Kenya, I found theirs to be the most comprehensive and clear with no hidden charges. This trip was planned on an impulse and we had a very short window (25 days) to get prepared but Roadside Tanzania helped us get it done. They coordinated seamlessly with their partners in Kenya and we enjoyed a memorable trip in both countries. Their guides are courteous and knowledgeable, and we felt safe and well looked after in their care. Having found out that I was a birder, our driver guides Peter (Kenya) and James (Tanzania) made sure I had a great experience spotting birds alongside the Big 5 and other wildlife. We asked for a Zanzibar extension to our holiday, and they arranged that as well. In all, we had a splendid holiday thanks to Tanzania Roadside Expeditions.
