The wildlife in this park was amazing. It was so diverse ...from the classic
plains to the wooded areas we saw animals in their natural habitat everywhere we went. The landscape seemed to be endless and transports you to a place on earth unlike any other

wonderful experience of the night drive and seeing some different wildlife
Overall rating
5/5

wildlife was different...have not seen wild dogs before: saw them close-range both day and night; scenery rather varied and provided many photo opportunities; weather was fine and clear...not too hot for us nor the game; accommodation clean and well-kept...excellent spot opposite waterhole on other side of stream so excellent viewing and photo opportunities; transportation was our own, except for night drive; guides were experienced and friendly; seeing Baraka was a bonus....meals were well-presented and tasty....all in all, a very enjoyable experience...we would go there again

Serengeti is just amazing!
Overall rating
5/5

Serengeti is so impressively big! There is so much space for the animals (and the tourists!) that at times you do not see any. This means that they have plenty of space and can live naturally. For the first time I saw a leopard as well as a lion up in a tree. We got close to many of the animals from big to small and saw a big variety. We asked our driver/guide if we could do a night game drive, but apparantly it is not allowed in Serengeti. At first it was a disapointment, but it is actually a very good thing! The animals are not disturbed by sharp light during the dark hours.
Serengeti is a great place!

Kruger Park has plenty of wildlife, and it's amazing and exciting to go finding it on your own in your car if you want. I would definitely go back to Kruger Park, it has been a wonderful experience.

We visited Masai Mara National Reserve with a skepticism of how the experience will be then what we all watch on TV. I was impressed by the scenery, weather and the people around us. At the same time thank full to our guides who took in extra efforts to find us every wildlife that one wish for watching in wild.

The Majestic elephants and the Majestic Kilimanjaro
Overall rating

What better way to start a safari in Kenya than to spot 5 cheetahs on a tree! That was what welcomed our group as we entered the Amboseli National Park. The entire experience at the Amboseli National park was excellent. We stayed at the Serena Lodge and the accommodation, food and the overall experience left nothing to be desired for.
The weather was very pleasant. The mornings and evenings made everything the sunlight touched, turn orange!
The guides we had were with us for the entire tour (before and beyond Amboseli) were well versed in the information about the park and the wildlife found here. We used Land Cruisers to travel around (these vehicles were with us from Nairobi till we went back to Nairobi) and had very comfortable travel.
The main wild life we saw at Amboseli were the Elephants. We were a photo tour group and the objective at Amboseli was to get an Elephant looking towards the camera, with the Mt. Kilimanjaro in the background. And we did manage to get it quite easily, multiple times!
Other than this, there were quite a few zebra, wildebeest, giraffes, gazelles, etc. Though not known for the predators, I got to see my first pair of African lions here. Hyenas, hippos, etc. too were seen, though not in large numbers. The park also houses a huge variety of birds!
The sunset over the distant mountains in the evenings is also a sight to behold. I would recommend this is as one of the Must See places in Kenya.

My favourite out of seven

We have had two safaris in Kenya and the Mara reserve is by far the best. The reason is that you are not totally restricted to roads as in other parks in Kenya and Tanzania. Being able to drive further into the bush, you are more likely to be able to spot and photograph the animals at a closer range. On almost every drive there were so many animals to see and the rangers keep each other informed. On occasions there may be several vans grouping round a kill or an unusual animal such as a leopard but more often than not we got to view one completely on our own. One day we observed a cheetah for an hour and a half and there were no other vehicles. She eventually got up, chased and killed a young Thomson gazelle. Unfortunate for the gazelle but great for our video. We stayed at the Ashnil Mara which was superb. The tented accommodations are unbelievably good and so was the food. Our guide was from Kenya Espresso Safaris based in Niarobi and I would highly recommend them. We had three guides in all as we travelled to Tanzania and then back and they were all good.

Review about Tsavo East National Park by Felix Kamami Charles
Overall rating
4/5

Tsavo EastNational Park is big and has a bigger number of wildlife. though most of them are hard to find. if you happen to be at the right place in the right time, you will be happy you visited. if you are lucky enough you'll find all the big five members in a day. There are good hotels inside the park incase one plans on staying for a fews days.
