nice
We recently returned from a safari adventure in Tanzania, and it was an experience we will never forget! Our guide was friendly and had an amazing eye for spotting wildlife. We felt safe and taken care of at all times. The accommodations were excellent, blending comfort with the authentic.

Experienced, reliable, friendly
Would 100% recommend. Neither the first nor last time we were traveling with go self drive
This year we decided to visit Botswana and I am so glad we asked Mr. Sasha Klemm to take care of it.
It was a custom made tour - day by day we adjusted every little detail so it would suit us the best and Sasha could not be more helpful during the preparation.
The communication was perfect - he would always respond in minutes sometimes seconds. Even during the actual trip he was there whenever we needed him.
Everything that was important for us was taken into consideration, everything worked the way it was supposed to and everything was like we have agreed on.
We cant wait for next year to travel again.
If you are looking for a very realiable, experienced and friendly company, these are your people.
Thanks, until next time

Professional, prompt, attentive, thorough and friendly.
We had an outstanding safari organised through Delfin Tours. We approached 5 companies with our requirements, and Delfin responded quickly, having taken time to read our requirements in detail, giving specific answers rather than generic responses. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout .That is why they got our business and we will be recommending others to use them.
Pick up from our hotel was very smooth and Annalice and her colleague from Delfin escorted us at the airport through check in, right the way to the security checks at the gate. Pick up at the end of the safari and return to our hotel in Nairobi were equally smooth.
We felt we had excellent service and value for money, and a truly memorable holiday.

Grayson was a nice guy who had the mission to show us everything serengeti offers!
The Tour started with a get together in the car which was really nice because we got to meet the other ones. Then we went to Tarangire National Park. The Gamedrive there was amazing. Afterwards we selpt in a local place and the next day we went to sarangeti. Serengeti was amazing, our driver Greyson helped us to see the big 5 in one day. At Ngorogoro crater we saw beautiful nature and a good gamedrive as well. A real recommendation!

A Road never traveled twice
Our Travels with Terrain Tanzania Safaris.
Our 14 days in Africia was sensational and went seamlessly. From the welcoming pickup from the airport to our beautiful hotel. Well after long flight, we landed in Nairobi, Africia and a Terrain Tanzania Safari driver (Oscar 2) picked us up and we travel into the city to our hotel (Boma Hotel) for a relaxing day as we landed early morning. I will discuss the hotel near the end. Next morning our Terrain Tanzania Safari driver (Joy) came early morning. Fascinating road trip out of the city into the country. The first stop was a little tourist place which as first time there we paid a high prices. After this we learned hard to barter and stick to lower pricing.
Moving along across the country to Lake Naivasha we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Dove Nest Lodge, we were greeted with smiles and open arms. We got to our room and then ate lunch. Of a particular note, the food at Dove Nest Lodge was impeccable, fresh and dinner was the same that night. We are sure Joy was having a short nap before taking us to the lake for a boat tour for a few hours on Lake Naivasha. The captain was great and knew his stuff. Things got a little wet as the skies opened on us and the captain had umbrellas and found a spot out of the wind with the boat. We were asked many times if we wanted to head in but, being so excited to be there, we said no as it was not cold. Back to the lodge for a relaxing evening and dinner. The wheels are moving as we are off to Maasai Mara (Kenya) for two days. Joy followed Cheetahs and we got to see a kill. The AA Lodge Mara was very nice and packed lunches and dinners were great.
Then our journey along bumpy, dusty roads we travel across Kenya, to Tanzania border. This is where we met Oscar 1 who will be our Terrain Tanzania Safari guide. Oscar 1 was so friendly and open about discussing his experiences.
The most important thing for us to tell you is we had a fabulous time with Oscar 1 exploring Lake Victoria on a boat, with a nice sleep at the Serenity at the Lake and dinner, then the big one, two days in Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. We were told that Serengeti National Park is bigger than Alberta, Canada. Full of excitement we were off to the Fishing Village and little boat tour. Watching then sell fish was crazy. One woman wanted me for husband. I am sure she would make a good wife as she bought the biggest fish there. Then it was back to the camp, and we saw a loin kill feasting about three miles away from our camp. Funny after seeing loins feasting on a water buffalo 3 miles away, they insisted on escort to tents after darkness and told us to made sure zipper is shut so animals don’t crawl in with you. I slept well as I knew the loins were fed and I am sure that zipper is going to hold them out.
After two days there and many photos we took off to the Ngorongoro Cater where it is amazing to see this mass volcano heart that once was active. Now it is huge grazing, and these animals do not join migration as everything is here for them. There is so much more to share but I would need a few more pages. The hotel Boma Inn BB was comfortable for us and the food outstanding. At the end of the trip we had three nights’ stay to just relax and visit a firehall to give some stuff from fire fighters here my children. The GM of the hotel kept us in an eye for service as a very busy place. The head chef always came out and offered us soup or salad for the buffet. No charge and even opened early to feed us before we went on our last safari in Nairobi.
What made the entire journey so easily enjoyable were the daily itineraries and guides and the overall organization and attention to detail. George the owner of Terrain Tanzania Safaris and his team kept us on budget, fed us well and were fun. If you ever need someone to trust it is George and his team. Thank you George and team.
