Fantastic company!
Had a really good experience working with Encompass Africa. My motivation for going to Africa was to climb Kilimanjaro, which I had already booked myself. Doing a safari while I was there was an afterthought and my problem with planning the trip was having ideas about where I wanted to go, but not knowing how to piece it all together. I spent a morning calling a few different companies and was getting quite frustrated by people not taking the time to understand what I was after or asking for money before they would listen to me. Speaking to Steph was like a breath of fresh air. Not only was she so lovely to talk to, but she took the time to understand what I needed and how she could make it work. It only took a few e-mails back and forth to work out an itinerary and flights and I was blown away by Steph's knowledge and expertise. Communication leading up to our trip was excellent and every detail was thought out and looked after. Every part of the trip flowed seamlessly and it was the best holiday I have been on so far. I would definitely become a repeat customer if I am fortunate enough to be able to travel to Africa again and would not hesitate to recommend Encompass Africa.

Our guide Robert spoke very good english, we learned so much about the animals and park from him!
Very well organized, smooth transition from the airport pickup to the hotel and so on. This was a once in a lifetime trip for our family, Robert met and exceeded our expectations. The accommodations had great food, clean rooms with spectacular park views. The guide makes the experience! Robert was funny, spoke English well, and taught us so much about the animals and their behaviors.

Review about Serengeti National Park by Jim and Monica
Serengeti National Park is great at this time of year. Without the crowds we were able to be close to the wildlife and stay a little longer to witness behaviours and activities we might otherwise have missed. The thundering wildebeest and zebra migration was a special hi-light and there was always some animal, bird, or scenery just around a turn that kept us engaged, and provided new opportunities for our personal education.
