Gosheni -- providing an unforgettable safari experience
5/5

Gosheni made our bucket list trip dreams come true, providing a safari adventure that surpassed all of our expectations!! Their professionalism and attention to detail, clear coordination and communication, extremely knowledgable and hospitable guide, and willingness to personalize our safari was unlike any we’ve experienced before.

Everything started with communicating with Herman to plan and personalize our trip. He did a spectacular job at ensuring we’d experience the best of Tanzania while not feeling rushed. Herman even met with us our first day in-country to ensure we were refreshed on every detail of our upcoming adventure.

Our guide, Laban, became a fantastic friend by the end of the trip. He provided unparalleled service, knowledge, and was extremely welcoming, warm, and friendly from the moment we met. He truly made our experience unforgettable and a ton of fun. Laban was adept at finding animals and because of him, we were able to see everything we dreamt of and more. It was immediately clear to us why Laban has earned so many impressive accolades. Laban was very generous and excited to provide us with unique and personalized experiences throughout our adventure. Lastly, he taught us a lot about the language and wonderful culture of Tanzania, demonstrating his passion for sharing knowledge and helping to immerse us in the experience.

Gosheni as a tour operator also sticks out from the rest. Their 4x4 vehicles are in impeccable condition, extremely clean, comfortable, and reliable. You’ll enjoy the air conditioning for long drives, which most safari vehicles lack—and their specially-designed windows and pop-up roofs offer unrestricted visibility. Something else that stuck out about Gosheni is that our guide set up a full picnic lunch with a tablecloth, plates, and a hot multi-course meal, while almost every other safari group we saw had a paper box lunch. We felt incredibly lucky and this was truly a huge step above all other tour operators.

AMAZING
5/5

It was the most amazing experience in my life. The Serengeti park and Ngorongoro crater is just so beautiful. The trip was from other world. The guide Amiri was the best of all times! And the chef James was incredible. If I could, I would repeat next weekend as well.

Once in a lifetime experience!
5/5

Yesterday we returned from our trip to Rwanda and Uganda via Frena Adventures and hosted by Ronald (what a guy!!!). We spent the first day with Golden Monkeys and the second day with the Mountain gorillas. It was without a doubt the best trip of our lives (and we try to go away as much as we can). Ronald was an absolute legend, he made us feel welcome, comfortable and safe. He knew when we needed to rest and when we wanted a good chat. He also had some big tunes playing in the car when we needed it!!. It wouldn’t have been the same trip without Ronald and Frena. Our plan is to go back again when we can to see the chimps.

We had an unforgettable experience in the Serengeti with Ngao Africa.
5/5

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Serengeti with Mosses. He provided exceptional service. He contacted us in advance providing us with information we needed to prepare for the tour. He picked us up as planned the morning of our departure from Mwanza. We were a party of 3 colleagues working in a project together in Mwanza. We had a weekend available, so we took advantage of this and went to Serengeti with Mosses. We saw the migrating wildebeest, a cheetah that was eating a gazelle that it had just killed, a pride of 6 female lions, as well as 4 large male lions, plenty of zebra, giraffe, elephants, and a spitting cobra on the road. Mosses was patient and persistent in guiding us through the park to see these creatures. We arrived at our lodge in good time for a nice dinner together. We were up early the next morning for another full day of touring before returning to Mwanza. Mosses was kind and patient with our questions throughout the tour. I highly recommend this company to any visitors to Tanzania.

This type of trip truly unique and impactful
5/5

Our time with Ecological Wilderness was undeniably the lattervan immersive journey. The guides with Ecological Wilderness are not just seasoned outdoor adventurers and they are passionate environmentalists with extensive knowledge of the ecosystems they operate in. We paused at an observation point, where a field guide equipped with night-vision goggles pointed out the subtle movements of nocturnal predators. The trip offered ample time for quiet reflection in nature, whether it was during a sunrise meditation or sitting by the fire at night, listening to the sounds of the wilderness. The wilderness here is pristine and feels like an untouched sanctuary, making it the perfect backdrop for reflection and adventure.Ecological Wilderness had created a model for how humanity and nature could coexist harmoniously.

Dreamlike Safari with I Dream of Africa
5/5

„I dream of Africa“ is a family-run and local company. We did a private guided safari with Christopher and we couldn‘t imagine a better way to spend our honeymoon!
The organisation and communication in preparation of the safari with his son Warren was really easy and courteous. Christopher picked us up at the airport in Arusha and we started right away towards the first national parc. Christopher is a safe driver, speaks perfect english and knows everything about Tanzania, it‘s culture and people, it‘s animals and nature. He explained a lot, answered all our questions but also let us look around unhurriedly and enjoy the incredible views and sounds of the nature around us. He always knew where to go to find so many animals. And once on the ground we had all the time we needed to watch the animals and take pictures, he never hustled from place to place. One time we watched a whole family of elefants cross the street right in front of us. And while most of the other cars went on to the next spot, Christopher just pulled back a little bit and stopped again, just to see an other bunch of elefants crossing the other part of the street.

The lodges they booked for us were really beautiful and the food was great!

The whole safari was totally worth the price, we had the best time and will never forget this beautiful tour!
With „I Dream of Africa“ literally a dream came true!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience – 5 Stars!
5/5

I recently went on a safari to Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations!

1. Amazing Wildlife Encounters
We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos. The wildlife was absolutely abundant. I will never forget. Every game drive was an adventure, and I left feeling like I had truly experienced the heart of Africa.

2. Comfortable & Cozy Accommodations
The tented camps were fantastic! The tents were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we slept under the stars, surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness. Our chef cooked some of the best meals I’ve ever had—delicious, fresh, and flavorful! Every meal was a treat, and I really appreciated the variety and quality of the food.

3. Knowledgeable & Friendly Guide
Our guide Grayson was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, but he was also so kind and approachable. He made sure that we had the best safari experience possible, sharing his expertise and passion for the animals and the land. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail made our adventure through Serengeti and Ngorongoro even more special.

4. Professional Transfers & Seamless Service
The safari operator provided exceptional service from the moment I booked the trip. The transfers were smooth and professional—there were no delays, and everything was perfectly coordinated. I felt completely taken care of throughout the entire journey, and it was clear that the operator is committed to ensuring guests have a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Overall, this safari was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly authentic and well-organized experience in Tanzania!

Experience of a lifetime!
5/5

A couple of months ago i was on a 7-day safari with Ngekewa Safari, and I can’t recommend them enough! As a solo traveler, I had some doubts before leaving, but Lulu from the office patiently answered all of my questions, putting me at ease from the start. Our guide, Mali, was amazing—knowledgeable, fun, and incredibly skilled at driving. We had so much fun camping, and thanks to Mali, I got to see all of the Big Five!

One thing to note is that Ngekewa Safari combines travelers with different itineraries, which is actually a great way to let everyone customize their trip. However, this approach requires a bit of flexibility. At times, it felt like we weren’t entirely sure if certain activities would happen as planned, but hakuna matata—everything turned out right in the end. Just be open to the experience, and you’ll have an unforgettable safari!

After the Safari my tour included one day in Moshi, in the rainforest, at the Chagga tribe coffee plantations. It was amazing to change scenery and i was guided by Sam, that was so nice and explained to me everything about his culture and plants.

If you’re looking for a safe, well-organized, budget friendly and thrilling safari experience, Ngekewa Safari is the way to go!
