First class trip
5/5

Our first time visit to SA we left everything in the safe hands of Simon and his team at Native Escapes. Communications were superb and the itinerary well planned to meet our needs. Organised accommodation throughout the trip was faultless and the driving notes provided between stops were extremely useful in judging travel times and linking with points of interest along our tour route. As our trip coincided with celebrating a big birthday and wedding anniversary all the hotels had been primed in advance and we were treated to bubbly, chocolates and birthday cakes along the way (nice touch and much appreciated). Hence the best thing of all about booking with Native Escapes is the personal touch, we really felt as if it was friends who had organised the trip for us not some sterile remote booking agent. We would highly recommend Native Escapes and consider using again if and possibly when we revisit South Africa again.

Rose Did It Again!
5/5

You really did it this time Rose! We had an amazing time from seeing two very small buffalo calves being rescued by Rangers from a watering hole to being chased by a very cross elephant! Firsts in both cases and the highlight of our holiday!!

Everything ran like clockwork as per usual! We have done quite a few safari's now with Rose and wouldn't dream of booking with anyone else!!!!!!

excellent service and keen to meet customer
5/5

We went on safari and the treatment was excellent, both Sammi the driver/guide as Nico, the cook. Wonderful people who made our stay difficult to forget. I can not thank the interest put that out of all our liking. Guys, congratulations!!!! We had a very good time with you that we will never forget.
My only recommendation is that if you go to Hippo Camp beware with river water and douche, there are schistosomiasis in the water (nothing surprising in wild places) and if you have a very itchy rush some days after the trip go to tropical doctor for treatment when you come back home.
The rest of the experience is amazing, 100% recommended.

First trip to Africa
5/5

I had a good time in Tanzania with this local agent. It locates in Arusha and knows very well about Safari and Mountain. They offer many plans which meets your budget so it is better to ask them first. I highly recommend this Agent.

Great tour
5/5

Our guide Vumi who was also our driver was really patient with us. He introduced us to the different types of animals and helped us spot the big 5. He never once told us to hurry up even when we are late. The whole safari trip was a wonderful experience. It was an unforgettable experience.

Holiday of a Lifetime for Family of Six
5/5

We are all safely home now following the most amazing family adventure. We owe special thanks to Paula at Let's Go Travel for putting together such a successful package. Here are a few comments about the trip:
Jimi our driver for the duation of the stay was waiting for us with a huge smile despite a delay obtaining visas. Jimi was a fantastic choice and by the end of the holiday felt like was one of the family.
Karen Blixen Cottages were a brilliant start with staff so obliging and sincere. On the first excursion after the Giraffe Centre and Kizuri Beads Jimi and I found the house where my wife and I lived 22 years ago which was an emotional moment.
On the second day Jimi worked late for us so we could return to the highly recommended Elelphant Orphange where we could visit Mbegu a young elephant our children adopted earlier in the day in private.
The next few days Jimi drove us safely to The Aberdares Country Club; Naivasha and the Mara. The Ark was very quiet which allowed us to see more animals. I must say Let's Go's choice of Ilkeliani Tented Camp was superb - brilliantly located with the most helpful stagg imagineable.
The balloon ride was the highlight of the holiday with the pilot steering the ballon over a giant herd of startled elephants! The subsequent breakfast on the African Plain was also second to none.
On our return to Nairobi The Fairview Hotel was located close to the city centre for us to buy gifts at the City Market on our final day. This place is extremely classy, has fantastic food and the pool was well used by our kids.
We owe Paula at Let's Go a big THANK YOU for her patience, understanding and skill in making our African Dream come true. Our expectations were certainly surpassed and our kids now have Africa in their hearts too , in addition to new memories and new friends – especially our Rafiki Jimi and our additional family member Mbegu.
Asante Sana for everything - a truly amazing experience

Great safari guide and wonderful lodging!
5/5

Great safari guide and wonderful lodging!
My best friend and I went on a 10 day trip- 5 days safari and 5 days in Bwindi Gorillas. Our safari guide , Joseph, was amazing! He was able to spot animals from a distance without even using binoculars and was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The lodging- hotels and tented camps were beautiful and the food was great. We liked our lodge in Bwindi - a lot. The only issue is that its far away (about 8hrs drive from Kampala) from most of the main attractions in Queen Elizabeth -lion'giraffe,elephant,boffalllo ect. However, given that there are many other great places to to visit, I'd probably pick a chimps in Kibale everything else next time. The only small complaint we have is that the gentleman who arranged our tour, Peter after we deposited first payment he took 4 days to let us know where he got the money on his credit card but later we knew he was in Nerthalands. All in all, great trip and would use them again!

An amazing experience with family and friends.
5/5

From the start the communications with Chris were helpful and friendly. A very personal approach which we valued. Chris arranged the tour and explained what would be happening. From the time Nicky and Chris arrived at the hotel to collect us we were made to feel like valued friends, with every detail being taken care of. The truck is so comfortable, with a lot of thought about small details. The meals were delicious, and the accommodation chosen was carefully thought out to meet our requirements. Every effort was made to show us what we wanted, and we experienced a wonderful part of the world in all its glory, both with fauna and flora. The knowledge Chris and Nicky shared with us was amazing, and contributed to our whole experience. Thank You does not even begin to cover it.

About: Safarihub
Tailor made Safari vacation
5/5

Our 12 day vacation to Tanzania and Zanzibar was overall excellent. Safarihub recommended us with a very good mix of lodges consisting of tented and permanent lodges which was an experience by itself. There were some small areas of improvement for the lodges which I have detailed on trip advisor.

Initially we had asked several tour operators regarding our trip and we were happy to go with Safarihub due to their knowledge and exceptional customer service and to top things off the price was good. The driver and guide was super and we enjoyed array of conversations from American politics to fishing in Zanzibar. All in all a splendid trip.
