Peter is very hands on and accommodating in creating the itinerary; very competitive prices.
4/5

Very responsive in a timely manner. Always accessible if in need. They try to accommodate to our requirements. Peter is so nice and trustworthy. I find he will match any rate I get and in fact gets better rates. Highly recommended.

Tent safari in Botsuana- an very intensive experience of nature
4/5

Excellent guide and team (Spokes, Moses, Oti, Patrick). It can't be better.
We passed nine wonderful, exciting and interesting days with them.
Due to the flood in Moremi we need to avoid the campsite there and been sent to "Duncan's Camp", two hours away. These camp was unacceptable from location perspective, the more it was in a pitiable condition. You shouldn't offer this camp anymore, in everyone's interest.
That's the reason why the overall rating is only "good".

Great
4/5

We enjoyed the stay, and the choices that were made. Little mistakes, they did not take a good week off.

Great Experience!
4/5

We went on the 6-day tour of Northern Tanzania, which was incredible! Back of Africa had everything sorted out and were a great help in the booking-process. The only thing I would recommend is taking a shorter trip than 6 days as it is a long safari, but especially Serengeti and Ngorongoro were amazing and probably the most beautiful places I have ever visited! If I had to do it again I would definitely recommend the camping safari with Back of Africa as you really get to experience the nature up close, but 3-4 days is enough!

Very good value for money
4/5

The communication with the office was very good and quick responses.
The Safari Tour (3 days, 2 nights) was well planned and they were exact on pickup time.
We didn't upgrade car or accommodation, so we didn't get a lot of comfort in the vans - but for us it was totally okay in an old VW Transporter van :)
The accommodation was fantastic, cosy huts, high service, very nice food in the middle of the savanne.
We chose the chimpanze tracking and it was an outstanding experience.

It was a very good safari!
We were both my brother and I, and had a great time with Joseph and his driver Khalifa.
Absolutely awesome people. Next time I hope.

Great experience!

We were 4 family friends who visited Kenya in March. We got in touch with Kennedy in February, much before our visit to Kenya. He was very responsive right from the get go and gave us a very good deal :) We visited Masai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha for a 4 days and 3 nights safari package. At one point Kennedy was so nice to accommodate a boat ride. The driver who led us to the game drive, Joseph was very experienced. He knew the exact corners and places in Masai & Nakuru where we were fortunate to witness all the BIG 5 of Kenya! We got lucky :) I'd really recommend Kennedy for anyone who is willing to explore true wilderness of Kenya :)

Good first taste of a safari experience
4/5

Booking reservation communication was prompt and quick. Had no expectation as to what a Kruger Safari would be like. We did the 3-day Masango Camp. It was unfortunate that the first night, we were the only guests on the camp site; could not help but feel a little left out from the other group. We also did not get to experience a braai during our stay. Masango Camp would have felt much better had it had more guests staying with us. "Nyala" room was very spacious, with a private bathroom. In the morning we could hear lions roaring. Staff was excellent. Our caretaker at Masango Camp (Mama Pauline woot woot!) was more than happy to assist us. Victor was superb! Very warm and easygoing and attentive - he had no problems laughing at himself. Our safari guide, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and patient - we got to see 4 out of the Big 5 (no rhinos!). Errisson was very pleasant and funny when giving us the bushwalk tour. Hopefully this would be more safaris in our future!

Lovely trip to Mikuni and Udzungwa
4/5

Mwajbu was wonderful to deal with. Provided great support and even organised flights to Zanzibar. The process of booking and logistics was very easy. Really enjoyed Mikuni National Park and Camp Bastian. Opted for a one hike in Udzungwa Mountains and it was just spectacular. Our driver was very helpful and the guide in Udzungwa was fantastic.

2 days Masai Mara - road trip & safari experience
4/5

Initially while booking this trip i had requested for some changes in the itinerary as some of our friends were flying back early & it was planned accordingly with a reasonable price USD 200 per person (group of 5). Rose came to pick us up at the airport shows her dedication towards clients. Next day early morning we were off to Masai Mara in a VAN which was a bit old & you can hear the loud sound of shaky windows specially when the journey reaches the bumpy part, however it wasn't too bad if your not traveling with kids because you get to see nice views and animals even before reaching national reserve (6 hours journey). By mid day afternoon we reached our camp miti mingi eco camp, we were warmly welcomed by camp staff & get to choose the tents as we wanted. Lunch at the camp was a bit disappointing, no choices specially for those that doesn't eat red meat although the chef PAPA made it up for Dinner & next day breakfast. Its advisable to request the food preferences in advance. The best & most amazing part was the national reserve game drive, our driver James was the best loads of experience & all the requests were fulfilled as we saw almost everything with close encounters. We were very lucky that day :)

Overall good experience, dedication to improve the experience. It can be better the with few fixes.
I will definitely refer safari line defender to my friends.
