Excellent
My experience was great and really worth the price. The communication with Coleb was perfect. He answered every question that I had and also went above and beyond to help with the visa process and money exchange. He is such a kind and professional person. The day of the game drive also went really smoothly. The guide and driver were really professional and kind. Lunch was included in the price and it was fantastic. The lodge where we had our lunch was beautiful. We were two females traveling at the end of October and every part of the experience was great. I recommend this company to everyone

A responsive, attention detailed & well rounded tour operator
I booked very last minute (at 9pm the night before) a 2 day, 1 night safari from Dar to Mikumi. Asante Bibi were attentive from the very beginning with clear communication and provided a safe yet secure form of payment via pesapal. The SGR train to Mikumi is a much better way of getting to and from Mikumi. The lodge they sorted was high end for a safari, no aircon, but otherwise it mixed the modern needs of a holiday with simple comfort in the bush really well. The lodge can vary, but the options are really good either way. I visited a Maasai place on the first day and had a full private game drive on the second day which is a rare thing to come across on a safari with the value of it. The guide/driver and Daudi (the owner) were attentive and knowledgeable throughout making sure I saw as many animals as possible in the short time I had. They will make sure you are looked after from pick up to return. I would highly recommend Asante Bibi as a family run, family owned and small private business that will make sure you have an ace time throughout. Asante sana!

An amazing safari with a wonderful team, it exceeded all our expectations!
I highly recommend Xaa Safaris and the “10-day classic safari tour with Victoria Falls” we went on with them in July. They were very responsive and more than happy to adapt the program to suit our wishes, and the team was really professional, attentive and gave their everything to ensure we had a great time. Our first stop was Victoria Falls, where we stayed at Pamarah Lodge (I really recommend it!) and had a couple of days to discover the area. The Falls were breathtaking, we had a go at bungee-jumping and we enjoyed cruising along the Zambezi river at sunset.
They then took us to Botswana, to begin the safari part of our trip, which was a once in a lifetime experience. We camped for 6 nights, first in Savuti, then in Khwai and finally in the Okavango Delta. Each area was very different, Savuti was quite arid, Khwai was much lusher and the Delta was a maze of canals. The tents were roomy and well set-up, with ensuite bathrooms, and you felt safe and cosy in your bed while hearing the lions roar outside at night. With that and the delicious food prepared by Kempo, we felt we were staying at a 5-star hotel, only better! Kempo’s food was excellent – tasty and varied, and it was all the more impressive for being cooked on a woodfire. I still remember the warm bread rolls, fresh out of the “oven”. Kenny and KB completed the logistics team and were really welcoming and professional. The camp was always set up when we arrived, they welcomed us with a smile, a nice chat and some warm water, and did a great job of anticipating and accommodating all our needs and wants.
The first 4 days of the safari we had the luck of having Titi as our guide. He was really knowledgeable, friendly and made sure to adapt the program of the day to our rhythm. Aside from driving around with him during the day, we also enjoyed great long conversations with him and with Gape at dinner time and around the fire. We had a great time getting to know them, learning about Botswana and talking about many different things.
Thanks to Titi, we learned a lot about the fauna and the flora of the areas we visited. Furthermore, he was very respectful of animals, he didn’t harass them and gave them their space, but we were still able to see many animals from up close. We were lucky enough to see a lion and a lioness sleeping under some bushes, only a couple of meters away, as well as a leopard, who was preparing to hunt. Thanks to his perseverance in tracking animals, we also saw a group of hyenas and another group of African wild painted dogs, both with cubs. Elephants, hippos, giraffes, buffalo, impalas, steenbok, zebras, coyotes, pumbas... and loads of birds, including the lilac breasted roller, the African jacana, the “go-away” bird… - it would be a long list if we wanted to name all the animals we saw. We did not only see animals during our drives, but also while we were at camp. We woke up to discover hyena tracks by our tents, an elephant passed by while we were having breakfast, we said our good-nights with many eyes looking at us in the dark (from a herd of zebras)…
We then switched the jeep for mokoros, and went off into the canals of the Okavango Delta with our mokoro guides, Freddy and Luke. Here we were also very lucky to have knowledgeable and friendly guides who showed us around, made sure we avoided the hippos and crocodiles and helped us discover the wonders of the Delta, by boat and on foot. It was such a calm and restful experience to glide silently on the water, in between the reeds. It was also great to be able to walk around with our guides and discover the area in a different way.
We then sadly had to part ways with the team of Xaa safaris, who dropped us off at Maun to continue our journey. We hadn’t known what to expect, as it was our first safari, but it surpassed our expectations. It was a definite luxury to have such a lovely and professional team taking care of the 4 of us and it was worth every penny. We would like to thank you all and we hope to see you again !

Excellent tour operator, especially request Mule Johnson as your guide.
My girlfriend and I are well traveled, but this is one of the most exceptional vacation we have had. I recommend going in September during the dry season like we did because 1) Avoids crowds of summer, 2) Most of the animals travel up to Kenya from the Serengeti along with the wildebeest migration so the area is packed, 3) Lack of bugs. We went to four areas so we saw everything including same rare species. If you can get Mule Johnson as your guide it will be even better. He knew where to go BEFORE other guides as he is an experienced 14 year local.

Fantastic
We were in a 3 days safari in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara starting from Zanzibar Island. It was fantastic. Brenda took care of everything and she was great. We had transfers to and from our hotels to the airport, plane tickets, transfers in Arusha, very nice accomodations in lodges, a small missunderstanding about the lodges, but we ended up in wonderful locations. Our safari drivers were skillful and we felt safe during the ride. We manage to see 3 from the big 5. Lake Manyara was a bit disappointing only because we couldn't reach the best part of it because of the water, the lake extended its surface, otherwise very nice views. In Ngorongoro and Tarangire the wild life was everywhere you turned your had. It was a very exciting experience. I would say that 3 days are not enough to see all the beauty of the african savanna. Definetily a reason to come back 🙂

Amazing wildlife and scenary
We stayed at lower Zambezi first and then moved to south Luangwa. The density of animals was surreal and guides and people where very charming and knowledgeable. Given it was end of dry season, it was quite hot in the afternoons.

One of the most diverse beautiful countries I have ever visited
The scenery is out of this world , from the beautiful beaches, Table Mountain, Botanical gardens, Boulders beach, Wine country, garden route, Safari in Kruger. each experience was unique and highly recommended. Cape Town itself was a very cosmopolitan area with some of the best restaurants and food I have tasted.
On top of all of this you get so much more for your money! We will be back!
A truly amazing experience!
Absolutely loved it and recommend it to anyone who's a wildlife-lover. Stunning landscapes all over, and friendly people. Take me back please!

Go with the Best- Ecological Wilderness Adventures!!
My family and I went on our third fantastic trip with Ecological Wilderness Adventures. We brought another family and their kids so we had a total of 4 adults and 4 teenagers!! Previously, I went with them in Dec 2012 and Sept 2016. I have also sent numerous other families to them and they’ve all loved their experience too!! I keep using them because they are the BEST!!
Brian and his team do such a great job and it is all customized to you. They know all the areas so well that you get to see everything from such great angles. This trip we did the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire!! We loved them all!! The guides are super knowledgeable but also very concerned with the environment - unlike some of their competitors!!
I highly recommend them and am happy to answer any questions that you may have- Brian knows how to contact me!! I have been during 3 different months of the year and can offer my thoughts on how those vary too!!

Thanks to our tour operator we had a wonderful trip with memories to last a lifetime 🦓🇰🇪🦏🦁🦒🦛
Our driver was very knowledgeable about the animals: where they were located, and why they behaved they way they did and patiently answered our numerous questions. He took care of all the behind the scenes things ensuring that all we really had to do was show up!
