Great experience and perfect organization
5/5

Hello,
we went on a 5-day safari, organized by Wild Pride.
They offer standard programs which did not really fit to our needs (travelling arrangements etc). I just gave them what I wanted and needed and everything was organized in a perfect and easy way.
Communication was very easy - I had previously spoken with a different provider and they were incapable to react to my wishes.
Driver - we had Deo as driver - a very nice guy, communicative and with a lot of background information he could give to us and even more important an absolutely professional driver.
Animals - well, we saw them all, Deo knew the right spots, the Big Five of course and many many other animals and all close by. So really a great experience.
Hotels - we stayed at the Four Season, the Melia at the Ngorongoro and the Melia at Arusha - all were perfect choices. Not the cheapest ones, but that was our selection, Wild Pride took care of a smooth organization.
I usually don't write such positive reviews, but here really everything fitted very well and was adjusted completely to our needs.
Therefore: at least 5 stars for Wild Pride!

Guaranty for an amazing time in Tanzania!
5/5

What an experiences! We have had a great Safari en Lemosho (Kilimanjaro) tour with Kisaza. Both have been perfect for us! We have seen the complete Big Five and made it to Uhuru peak!

The services are great and the people really love their jobs and will do their utmost to take you on a unforgetable journey with them! This especially helped us reaching Uhuru Peak, which we never would have achieved without the team; one team, one dream!

The people, accomodations, great food and services have been really amazing; you will be taken care of as if you are family.

Price quality is really good and contact was fast and very easy as well.

Without Kisaza, we would never have been able to enjoy Tanzania to the fullest!

Anton is very straight forward , trustworthy and friendly person who understands game tour
5/5

Two consecutive years we have been to Kenya we have always used Antony and his tour experience in beyond our expectations always. He knows what time is best for game hunting, where is best depending on the time of the year and he makes sure you capture all beautiful memories, scenery and nature can give. Our first tour he took us to see the immigration of the wild beast from keringet Tanzania 🇹🇿 to Maasai MAra kenya 🇰🇪 that is something we will never forget in lifetime.Whatever recommendations he gave us was really perfect. His prices are also good deals you won’t get that price in most safari companies he is really good and he puts his heart in what he does.

I will always recommend him to anyone who ever ask me how they can go do safari.

Fantastic, friendly, organised and great value for money!
5/5

We were a group of 4 friends looking for an affordable and diverse safari which Kihindo tours managed to organise and execute perfectly. We had a private car and our driver-guide Wiliam was on point with everything: he was informative, funny, professional, spotted lots of animals, managed to get the car through slippery dirt roads and complied to our many bushtoilet stops. We did a combination of Mikumi&Nyerere NP which needed an adapted schedule due to the recent rainfall, but nevertheless we had 4 fantastic days of which seeing 4 of the big five was a highlight! The food was tasty and more than enough, the lodge in Nyerere was beautiful, and sleeping inside Mikumi park was fun. Would recommend Kihindo to everyone wanting to maximise their safari time for a great budget. Winnie from the office was a great help organising it too, and if you get Wiliam to accompany you, you can prize yourself lucky!

Exceptional Safari Experience with Kevic Tours and Truffy as Guide
5/5

I recently had the pleasure of booking a safari trip to Masai Mara through Kevic Tours, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by my tour guide, Truffy, and the entire team.

From the moment I initiated contact with Truffy via email, I was impressed by her professionalism and efficiency. Despite conducting all arrangements remotely, Truffy was incredibly reliable, responding promptly to all my inquiries and ensuring that every detail of my trip was taken care of. Her considerate approach instilled in me a sense of trust and confidence in the process, making me feel at ease throughout the booking process.

Moreover, I cannot praise the safari driver, Samy, enough for his expertise and professionalism. Under his guidance, we were able to witness a plethora of wildlife sightings, making each moment of the safari truly exhilarating and awe-inspiring. His extensive knowledge of Masai Mara and its wildlife enriched the experience, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the ecosystem. Truffy's passion for her work was evident in her dedication to providing a memorable and enjoyable excursion.

Overall, my experience with Kevic Tours, Truffy, and Samy was nothing short of exceptional. The value for money was evident, with clear communication, prompt responses, and a seamless booking process contributing to the overall success of the trip. I highly recommend Kevic Tours to anyone seeking a remarkable safari adventure, and I am already looking forward to planning my next excursion with them. Thank you, Truffy and the team, for an unforgettable journey!

The worst organisation of any company I've ever worked with
1/5

First of all, we booked a shared safari with Mousebird safaris, and we ended up joining a convoy of around 6 safari vehicles, each with 6-7 people in them, with unmarked or or unmarketed cars (I.e. they didn't have the mousebird logos on them). After speaking to several people in our tour, we realised that every couple or individual had booked with a separate and different safari agent. And we were brought together to join this trip.

This meant that almost everyone on the trip were staying in different places. This lead to us being picked up very early every day and taken to a meeting destination, often to wait for several hours before starting the actual safari, and spending much less time enjoying the nice lodges we had booked to stay at. (The meeting places were often very basic and not that nice to hang out in). The same was true for the evening, we would drive around after the safari ended, often for several hours, to drop people at their respective lodges.

The major consequence of this (not even considering all the time we wasted just waiting) was that almost every day, after collecting people and waiting for those camping to pack up, we only ever started our safaris at around 9 or sometimes even later. A far cry from the stated "dawn/sunrise safari" we expected.

We also never did any night or evening safaris, or any safari walks, which I have done on other safaris around Africa. Overall it was very poorly planned.

The drivers didn't even know where we were supposed to be staying half of the time, and we had to tell them, or keep an eye on Google maps to make sure they didn't go the wrong way. We were taken to the wrong lodge 3 times on our trip. Which was very tiring in the end. And during the drives to and from the lodges, it was not so easy to look for animals, as almost all the drivers had clearly learned to drive by playing GTA (they drove INSANELY fast and recklessly).

Speaking of driving, since we were driving in a convoy, there were over 10 occasions where one of our party (including our car at least 3 times), got severely stuck in the mud and/or potholes, and in some cases it took over an hour to get the car free. All the time we were all just waiting, with no wildlife nearby. We didn't see any other safari jeeps get stuck the whole time, only our group, which led us to believe that our drivers were not so experienced or trained in driving the terrain.

The days were very long, and we had no snacks or suitable lunches provided either. We are both vegan and booked this trip because the description said caters for vegan. We were told on booking it would be "easy". Most days we were picked up at 6-7am, waited around til about 9.30am to start, but only stopped for lunch around 2-3pm. And on every day we were there, we were given something non-vegan. Or there were minimal options for us. For instance the group would get meat, rice and some steamed veg. So for us, it was just the veg (usually just green beans and carrot) and some mildly warm rice, which just felt like they didnt even think about us at all. And we never stopped anywhere to get any snacks.

One day they almost didn't provide us with any water, but after a long argument, the driver finally took us to a shop and suggested we buy it ourselves... despite "free unlimited water" being written in all the contracts. We didn't agree and eventually, the driver got us water.

To top it all off, the contact we were speaking to before leaving specifically asked us to bring cash to do a final payment to "pay for some in tour activities", such as national park entrance fees etc. So we paid half on card in advance and brought the rest in cash as agreed. But the night before the safari, the organiser came to out hotel to take the cash and we never saw him again. So it mustn't have been for the entrance fees, in fact we never saw our driver exchange cash with anyone once, we believe it was just so we would pay them in cash instead.

I would not go with this safari company again, even if you paid me, as the hours wasted waiting have aged me by a decade.
