Exceptionally efficient and helpful
5/5

We didn't have to worry about a thing. We could just sit back and enjoy our stay in South Africa, knowing everything was taken care of.

Unforgettable journey
5/5

We had 4-days journey with Spot Kenya Safaris from Nairobi to Naivashi lake with flamingo and gippo and to Masai Mara with great variaty of wild animals. The group consisted of 6 persons and driver. We stayed in nice hotels for the night. And saw a lot of animals just in 5 meters from the bus. It was really great!

Elephants, elephants, everywhere!
5/5

I went on safari with Africa Flash Mc Tours to Amboseli, and it was lovely. The guys looked after us really well, knew the park well, and went the extra mile when there was a problem with our permits. Peter & Peter were friendly, helpful, and made the weekend feel like a properly relaxing break (with lots of animal-sightings thrown in).
Amboseli is very good for elephant (there are a lot of them), zebra, giraffe, wildebeest and antelope/gazelles. Sadly only 30+ lions in the park & we didn't see any of them.

Fantastic & dependable service from Encompass
5/5

My partner and I were so impressed with Encompass Africa's service we've already recommended them to a few friends! When we talk about our magnificent three week journey we also talk about that amazing service we received from EA. I'm not kidding! I loved that fact that we dealt with one person pretty much the whole time. She took the time to hear what we wanted to do and see. Every question was answered thoroughly-even the one about costs! I spent nearly 8 hours on the phone with my consultant over a 6 month period, each time receiving more useful info to consider about our impending trip. By the time we left Sydney I felt I knew exactly what was going to happen and I felt very reassured: the mobile app, the PDF itinerary, the on-line interactive itinerary...they were all very very useful. The service providers, the camps, the food, the transport all nearly exceeded our expectations. Our consultant checked in with us whilst we were travelling which was a very nice touch, and reassuring. A last minute change to flights during our time away was dealt with quickly, no fuss, and without a glitch. We will definitely use Encompass Africa again as we plan to return to Africa. I would gladly recommend their services.

A wilderness dream - MUST DO
Overall rating
5/5

The Mara is everything you always dreamed of! You will see so many wild animals: lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, antelopes, zebras, wildebeest, vultures, even rhinos and leopards if you're lucky... Definitely try to time it right to catch the Great Migration, but don't get frustrated if you don't. The place is gorgeous, plus there are a ton of tracks, not just a main one, do you will be alone surrounded by nature most of the time. Check out my blog to get an idea of how it's like and compare it to other parks:

Planned to Perfection
5/5

From the moment of the first phone call I can't speak highly enough of the Encompass Africa team, they were fantastic.
We sent 3 1/2 weeks in Africa through 6 different countries, had 16 different plane flights as well as several road transfers and not one hickup along the way.
From the driver/guides, the hotels and accommodation, the camps and safari experiences were first class.
Jonathon and his team planned everything down to the finest detail. It was amazing.
If your thinking of a trip to Africa don't hesitate to contact Encompass Africa, you won't be disappointed.

great experience Tsavo east
5/5

We are a family, two children, we organized with spot Kenya safari a private tour, two days 1 night.
The guide did his best to make my children happy letting them see the animal of their wish. We could not see the crocodiles and the guide stopped two ranger and asked them to guide us, we got off the mini van and walked close to the river ..... that's really suggestive!!!
This agency is professional, people very nice.. if I will need to book a safari in the future I will surely contact them!

A Memorable Safari
5/5

My two friends and I went with Sunny Safaris on our 6 day/5 night camping safari in Tanzania. We visited four parks: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The scenery and wildlife throughout this trip wowed us all.

The trip, logistics and customer service exceeded our expectations. Throughout the planning process, Jesca, the manager, was prompt and informative in her responses. She was very willing to cater to our requests. Moreover, we appreciated the fact that she would check to see how we were doing every few days during the trip. That is customer service at a supreme level.

We were also very pleased with our driver/guide, Abdullah, and our cook, Dogo. Abdullah always listened to our requests and made awesome recommendations on where and when to visit the parks. He is very knowledgeable of the flora and fauna in the area and was eager to educate us on them. Thanks to his instincts and experience, we were able to see wildlife that others may not have seen, including leopards, a rhino and a male lion. We thoroughly enjoyed Dogo's cooking. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety and tastiness of his food, especially since we were camping. It is always nice to have hot food and beverages and Dogo was able to do so with smiles.

Overall, Sunny Safaris delivers high-quality and value-driven vacations. As with every tour operator/vacation, you will need to do your research and ask questions during the planning stage if you would like the vacation to meet your expectations.

Big five safari!
5/5

Stayed at Old Vic with my sister for 2 nights. Very nice place, clean and safe. Had a great time and went on a safari with Kruger Flexi Tours. It was so easy, left right from hostel, sister and I ended up having a private tour where we got to see the big five plus just about every other animal imaginable. Would love to go back some day.
