a trustworthy company as they kept their words
4/5

Before safari trip me and my wife had some question marks in our heads regarding if everything will be done according the tour plan which is given by Wildbeest Safari LTD. But when we arrived and executed our trip we saw that everything was done as we spoke.. Safari experience was great for us.. We booked pop-up roof safari jeep land cruiser which was better vehicle when you compare with other ones.. It was strong and comfortable .. the only thing we were unsatisfied was the period of safari.. 3 days safari was not enough for us because we arrived to Nairobi and moved to masai mara by jeep which takes 6 or 7 hours.. This means the biggest portion of the day is gone on the road.. First day we arrived at around 3 to 4 pm to the camp area.. so we had to had our safari nearly 2 hours till the sun goes down.. The second day was awesome a full of day safari including hot air balloon tour which was fantastic.. and the 3rd day only in the morning for 3 hours safari.. Because we had to back to Nairobi and the way took again 6 hours at least.. If you will choose the 3 days safari we prefer you to go masai mara from Nairobi by plane.. You will have more time.. Otherwise at least 4 days will be good enough... Except this everything was great.. Thank you to Wildbeest safari company for their effort..

The arrangement is thoughtful and adaptable to different situations.
4/5

Overall the experience is good. We got prompt feedback in most of cases. The arrangement of hotels and safari trips are very thoughtful and meet our expectations. There was a same issue happened before we went to Amboseli as the vehicle was not the one we expected. We understood the reason but it would be better if we could be communicated earlier rather than knew it when it happened. Still it was a good trip and experience. Thanks!

Breathtaking safari in Serengeti: Excellent guide, beautyful camp sites and very good service!
4/5

Everyone should visit Serengeti, it is just like that. Our guide Zigi was very competent and friendly, and we talked about a lot of different topics, and he shared from his life, we truly appreciate that. He knew a lot about the animals behaviour and where to find the best view spots. He was also very observant and service minded regard to our needs. The car was a little bit small, and it would have been nice to have some fruit and coffee along with us on the quite long drives. The camps were just perfect, good service and ok food and the feeling of being in the middle of the home of the wild animals, that was fantastic. I will recomment this company and especially Zigi as a guide to my friends any time. Thank you so much for this memorable trip!

5 day safari experience
4/5

This is the first time for us to be on a safari trip. We slept the first 2 nights nights in the very basic, but comfortable shalet we had ordered in Skukuza, the "capital" of the Kruger National park. The crew took very well care of the group (about 20 people). The late breakfast (9 am. after the morning drive)and dinner (7.30 pm after the afternoon drive) were delicious. Before leaving Skukuza on the jeep at 6.30 am. we had just coffee and something small to eat.
Like for all partipants of our group, this was our first safari and we were fascinated each time we spotted an animal. The driver stopped each time someone called out which animal was there to see. He would explain about the animals lives and tell us interesting facts. Each time we encounterd an other jeep, the drivers would exchange information about which direction to drive to find certain animals, that we had not yet seen.

On the first day we started immediately after we arrived at 3 pm. with an afternoon ride till almost sun down.
We had been picked up from our hotel in Johannesburg at 7am. and were supposed to arrive in the Kruger national park at 2 pm. but we arrived 1 hour later.
We regret to have missed the "meet and greet" session, ment in the itinerary, for the start of our stay. Therefore we had no idea what we were going to do or where the different facilities were located. We could have used more general information and we felt a bit lost on the first day.

Altogether we had a wonderful time at the Kruger park and we saw and photographed many wild animals in their natural surroundings.
On the third day after breakfast we were picked up and driven to our next destination: Kapama private safari.
The luxury of the Southern Camp at Kapama was a complete surprise to us. We had no idea that such beautiful hotels do exist on safari grounds.
Except for the 5 stars accomodation and meals, also the drives on the open jeeps were more luxurious. For example, after 2 hours driving, the ranger stopped the car in a safe, open area and we were allowed to get off the jeep. A small table was set up with drinks and snacks and we could strech our legs for 10 minutes, walk around and enjoy the view from ground level, before continuing with the drive. After dark we continued for an hour and with a flash light we could see different animals, like hippos or an owl.
Besides those jeeps, no other cars are alowed to be driven through Kapama. The many driveways are unpaved and go criss-cross through the area. You can get closer to the animals than in the Kruger park, where you stay on the paved road and have to use more the binoculars. There we sometimes were waiting in line, like in the regular traffic, to get to a point where something interesting could be watched.

There has been a draught for over two years. The safari looks very dried out with not much green on the trees. It is hard to find grass and only under dry riverbeds there is some moist ground. An artificial lake is formed by a dam. Small lakes have dried up and when there is some water in a stream it is filled with islands that normally are covered with water.
It is easy to see what is going on from long distances through the dried bush without leaves. That is the only good thing about it. Piles of grass had been dumped on the dried out soil so the buffalos, zebra's, rhinos, etc. would not starve. The carnivores could take care of their own food since there are great numbers of small deer-like animals, who multiply fast.

Supersafari
4/5

We booked our 6 days safari through Foot Slopes. They responded very fast on every e-mail I sent. The feeling was just good. And ofcourse, they did offer the trip we wanted against a good price. Including airport pickup, hotelstay before and after the trip.
They hired another company (guide and cook) to organize our trip. They were absolutely fantastic! The best guide you can wish for. Very experienced and a genuine person. Our cook was great, he made delicious food.
Because Foot Slopes hired another company for our trip, there we no towels as promised and no unlimited water. This was not really a problem. We organized it ourselves. But is felt ackward towards our guide.
We had an amazing trip and saw the Big 5!

Beautiful trip around Uganda with very good, safe and experienced driver/guide
4/5

Safari tour was excellent along all highlights of Uganda. Though the Landcruiser was a bit old, it was foremost a spacious and strong car. Our guide/driver was very good and knew everything. Service was good, accomodations were not always to our expectatief, but generally good.

A reliable, well-organised, good-value safari company
4/5

KSA organised a two week safari holiday for a group of 4 adults in August 2016. We agreed an interesting visit programme in advance with modifications made to meet our budget. The safari coordinator responded quickly to emails and questions. Every detail of the arrangements was expertly handled. In particular we were very pleased that at every stage the drivers were there to collect us at precisely the time on the schedule. We were very happy with all the lodges and hotels where we stayed. The KSA drivers acted as guides at each safari location. Our safari in the Maasai Mara was particularly good with the driver demonstrating a detailed knowledge of the park and the animals. The experience at the Mara was amazing. We would highly recommend a visit to the Maasai Mara and we were also impressed by East Tsavo which, whilst another park, was completely different and was home to numerous herds of elephants which we had not seen at the Mara. The lodges chosen in both locations were excellent. The locations and accommodation did not disappoint. We did however find some of the distances travelled very arduous. Our only feedback to KSA following our visit was that realistic times should have been quoted for each section of travel. Due to the poor condition of many roads, the quantity of traffic and restrictions on the speed the mini-buses are allowed to travel at, it meant that we spent much more time on the road than expected. We may have altered our itinerary had these times been provided.

reliable, good service, good car
4/5

Before our trip we'd very nice contact with Moses; he gave me all the answers we needed. He was very patient.
On day one our first car was broke but in a few hours they brought us a new car wich drove us everywhere.
No flat tires!
The car was good for 2 adults ond 1 child and all the campinggear.
The campinggear was basic but enough.
