Susan completely took all the stress and complications of planning a holiday away from us.
The trip was fantastic. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and was very well organised. Once the trip began and we were met at the airport with our detailed itinerary and vouchers and we were never left wondering what was going to happen next. The choice of accommodations were outstanding and we had wonderful experiences at each and every hotel/lodge that we stayed at.
Thank you Susan for planning such a wonderful holiday.

The perfect safari
We booked from France a 7 days safari in the north and 3 days in the Selous. The safari in the north was amazing, Denis (guide & driver) and Bruno (cook) are the best partners you can expect for a safari ! Denis knows perfectly his job and we saw so many animals, even leopards ! Bruno is an amazing cook, for sure you won't die of starvation in the savanna. These guys took great care of us, we had so much fun with them and they made our safari unforgettable. I 100% recommend to go for a safari with them, you won't regret it !
The organization from France was perfect because Mickie, the owner of Nothern Safari is very available and he answers all our questions through What'sapp. He also helps us to book our safari in the Selous, book our bus to go to Dar es Salam and our planes to Mafia Island and Zanzibar.
The only negative point was the safari in the Selous because the guide was very unfriendly and it was a bit expensive compare to what you do there. This safari wasn't done with Northern Safari, just book through this company.
To sum up: trustable and available owner, affordable safari, great guide and cook, amazing memories in the savanna :)
from pick up at airport..thru the whole tour and drop off at our hotel..it was amazing.thank u guys
Way beyond expectations.totally content and happy

Awesome experience, we made it to the top of Kilimandjaro
The staff (guides, porters) have been well chosen. They knew what they were doing and made the hike a lot easier ! The tents were set up and the food was really good. Great experience, I would recommend trek2kili to do it!

Beyond expectations
The best experience I have ever had in my life. Very professional, The staff are very helpful and polite, The guide knows everything about every tour attraction and we didn't even have questions to ask because everything was covered. I will recommend wildebeest safaris any day. Thank you for a wonderful time,

Great service and Great price!!
The level of service and value for money for The Luxury Safari Company was superb. I had various quotes before finding Rose and none of them were anywhere near as professional as her. She listened to what we wanted and put together a package which suited our needs and budget perfectly. All the information given to us for travel was spot on so we knew exactly what to do and when to do it. We had to call one of the emergency numbers in Mozambique on a Sunday as our helicopter was late (these things happen in Mozambique) and the call was answered straight away and our minds put at rest straight away.
I would recommend Rose and The Luxury Safari Company wanting the perfect safari holiday!!

A wonderful trip with a five-star guide
We three families from China experienced a memorable 10-day trip during Aug 8-17 with Thinus. This is our first time to Africa, so we did a lot of prep work by dozens of emails with Helena of Crisscross to confirm all details of the trip, she is a kindly Madam with quick response, never minding of any trouble we caused.
The whole trip is organized perfect by Thinus, our guide and driver, from the moment of picking up at airport to the departure. As a son of Damaraland farmer who once named Twyfelfontein, he is affectionate to the land and very knowledgeable about the history, nature of Namibia, as well as wildlife. As a pre-employee of the government organization, he is familiar with local society, economy, culture, we really learned lots of knowledge from him while enjoying the stunning landscape and diverse scenery. If not limited by our poor oral English, we must have a more deeply communication with him and learn more.
Our trip had a compact itinerary and almost each day had a long driving, from one place to another, Thinus spared no effort to ensure us safe and comfort, he always asked whether what we see meet our expectation and tried his best to find more animals in Etosha, to make us more time shopping in Swakopmund.
In a word, Thinus is such a kind, attentive, friendly gentleman that we can’t imagine if we could have a wonderful trip without him. He and his Crisscross are really the best.

An experience for everyone to aspire to.
We had intended to take our family of 16 but the logistical problems beat us. We eventually settled for only 6 travelers and were provided with so much help and encouragement that it seemed for us a simple Operation. Of course it was not and the end result was a credit to the knowledge and perseverance of Encompass Africa that everything went without a single hitch. The itinerary was well researched by Jonathon and his team and provided us with a comprehensive overview of the huge variety of flora and fauna in Kenya The guides at the three selected camps were of a very high standard and their knowledge was entertaining and educational. We were privileged to view a huge variety of game at Amboselli, the Mara and Lewa. The decision to return was an easy one to make.
