stunning, trustful and affordable journey
5/5

This company is a local company. It mattered to me to get through a local one and not through another European swindler that would only make profit on the back of people of Tanzania for the same thing.

An outstanding quality of service and sense of taking care of the customer. Flexible company able to make up all kind of safaris according to one another's expectations (from the camping to the super luxury lodges, anytime from the reception of the program, anywhere in Tanzania with the possibility to get whatever you want to be happy,...).

They know how to analyze people. The guide, the cook and the director were always here for me to make sure that I had a safe journey and make my dream come to life. You have the possibility, as I did, to stay with the locals and have lunch, diner with them (they appreciate a lot and they share even more : Real priceless extra experience though) or just isolate and relax quietly. You feel like being a spoiled king with all the unspeakable landscapes, meadows, animals etc. For the rest, please go ahead, take a flight ticket to Arusha and then William will take care of you. You will have the same result for at least 30% less than a jumbo international company.

By my side, next time I do a safari I will for sure context them again wherever I am.

Thank you Bramwel really.

Fabulous adventure
5/5

Thanks to Nick for the most amazing adventure. Nick was fabulous, entertaining and a wonderful source of knowledge. He organised the most epic adventure that saw us travel over 3000 kms through Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. We climbed ‘Big Daddy’ the tallest dune in Sossusvlei in the Namib Desert, went on an amazing desert adventure with Tommy, safari’ed through Etosha & Chobe viewing the rich diversity of wildlife, in fact we saw over 46 mammals interacting in their natural environment not to mention the wonderful bird life, sipped cocktails on the banks of the magic Kwondo River, meandered through the Okavango Delta watching hippos, swam in the Devils Pools at Victoria Falls and so much more. We stayed in a variety of accommodation from glam camping to pole huts and a luxury lodge just outside Etosha National Park. The three weeks went so quickly it now seems a blur. Nick is a vet and a conservationist, plus a really nice person. We were two families with 8 in total. We learnt so much and saw so much because of his incredible knowledge and understanding of the wildlife.

Travelling in Africa now sets the new standard for flawless organisation
5/5

Travelling through Kenya and Tanzania seemed a big scary thing before we did it. By the end, we became completely accustomed to the smooth machinery operating in the background, the fantastic accommodation and seamless transfers that just seemed to happen as if by magic. After our initial meeting with African Ubuntu, Cuan was able to recommend and configure a trip that ticked all our boxes. Accommodation and style of travel was exactly as we wanted, and in terms of wildlife, by mid-morning on the first day we'd seen more than we'd dare hope for the entire trip, and it just got better from there (we'd safaried in Zimbabwe before). In this age when you can easily book for own travel online, Cuan revalidates the role of the travel agent by firstly listening to what you want, and then drawing on his deep experience in the region and knowledge of local operators. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend!
5/5

These guys were perfect! I was hesitant to pay over the internet for services in another country, but Richard and his employees are trustworthy and dependable, so do not worry. We saw Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara, and saw many more animals than we'd expected -- all very beautiful. Great fun, and for very reasonable prices!

We had the Experience of a Lifetime!!
5/5

My family and I Went on a safari tour with Open Africa Safaris January 2015 and we enjoyed it 100%! The communication and service was excellent! We were able to see the animals at a close distance and the tour guide, Tonny Montana was patient and made sure that we were able to get good pictures and videos. We were also provided lunches, which were fulfilling. We plan on going on another safari tour to Serengeti in December 2015 with Open Africa Safaris and I request Tonny Montana as our guide.I will definitely recommend Open Africa Safaris to my friends and anyone looking for an excellent safari tour! This was one of the best experiences of my life!! Thanks alot!!

Kosen makes you feel like you are the biggest VIP on the planet!
5/5

I went to Tanzania with Kosen Safaris last March, and had an exceptional experience. I have been on safari before, to Kenya, and certainly enjoyed it, but with Kosen it was totally different. Kosen Safaris prides itself on a customized experience and lives up to its promise. They will do everything humanly possible to ensure that you are happy - including finding elusive animals! (How do they DO that?!) They made me feel like the most important person in Africa; as if my comfort and contentment were their only priority. And every client felt the same way as I did!

Navigating the visa process, ground transfers, park entrance fees, police road blocks, et cetera is nothing short of daunting. Kosen Safari staffers are experienced and professional at handling all the details, making it seamless. I found our driver/guide to be knowledgeable and educated about the flora and fauna of the area, both is a :"bookish" way, as in higher education, and also in a personal, hands-on way, as in having had loads of personal experience and history with the wildlife.

I came away with lifelong memories, of course - how could you not - but more than that, I came away feeling like I had been treated to a safari designed exclusively and uniquely for ME. Africa has cast its spell on me and I'll be back - but only if Kosen is in the driver's seat!

Garden Route with Safari
5/5

We worked with Laurette at Pembury Tours, and had an awesome experience. We came from the US and the communication was great. A lot of planning and details went into our itinerary on their part. They also gave us great suggestions and advice. It really took all the headache and worry out of planning and booking. I would highly recommend working with them to sort out your trip plans!

About: Go2Africa
Your Adventure with Expert Guidance
5/5

I usually book my own travel for my wife and I, but I was so overwhelmed with options on this one I turned to Go2Africa, and I am extremely glad I did. The top three reasons why they are awesome: 1) It was my trip. I never felt like I wasn't in control of what I was going to do and they listened to exactly what we wanted to do. 2) They are experts both in the service providers and in Africa. The level of communication ahead of time and during was excellent. All my questions (even the crazy ones) were answered quickly and with an expert response. They worked with us to craft exactly the trip we wanted. 3) They really do want you to have a good experience and are available to make last minute bookings and help out if anything does go wrong. Having that resource really helped keep the vacation mindset going.

Suggestions for those considering booking a trip to Africa. 1) Use a travel agent, preferably a local one like Go 2 Africa. Having somebody to make the phone calls for you, and who knows the specific areas and operators is really beneficial. 2) Do your own research as well. Look into the details of the bookings, verify the locations and inclusions are in line with what you are expecting. Ask questions and be comfortable with your trip far ahead of time. 3) Make the trip your own
