Splendid trip to Sabi Sands
Overall rating
5/5

Our family group of six stayed at Jaci Sabi house in Sabi Sands and had a wonderful experience. Ralph, our ranger, and Nkosi, our tracker did a splendid job of finding animals for us. We spent more hours pursuing animals with Ralph and Nkosi than we did on our prior visit to Sabi Sands five years ago. We did more searching for animals in the dark on this trip than on our previous trip. Highlights of this trip included nearly an hour spent with a leopard including seeing the female leopard kill and eat a crested francolin; an hour spent with a pride of ten lions that included five females and five cubs, all in a lazy post prandial state. We saw bush babies, civet cat, genet using spotlight after dark. The birding was terrific with sightings of fish eagle, tawny eagle, Bataleur eagle, Verreaux's eagle owl, pearl spotted owlet, ground hornbill, goshawk, crested barbet, lilac breasted roller, ostrich male and female, oriole, go away bird, others that I would need to check my notes for. I saw many, many owls on this trip, which was not the case on my previous trip. We visited Sabi Sands five years ago and had a wonderful experience then as well, staying at Chitwa Chitwa. Jaci Sabi house is smaller, with a group size of six the usual maximum. The Jaci Sabi House household staff were wonderful and went out of the way to accommodate a wedding anniversary of our daughter and son in law that occurred during the trip. I am an amateur astronomer and visiting during new moon afforded terrific views of the southern Milky Way, southern cross, omega centauri, coal sack, eta carina, and before dawn the large and small Magellanic clouds were visible. I had no telescope but enjoyed binocular views of objects. Quite honestly, there were exquisite things to be seen around the clock, making it difficult to know when to sleep.

It was something beyond our imagination. The scenery, the animals, the Aruba Lodge with excelent food, and very nice and friendly guide Badry who did all he could to make our safari unforgetable. Tammy tours took very good care of us during our trip trying to do everything to show us as much as possible in Kenya

Well, we stay the 5th time in Africa. Our Tour operator was Grassroots safari. The organizing was perfectly, everybody was ok. We vistiting the south part of Tanzania, Udzungwa, Ruaha, Mikumi and the Selous. We see many life of the african poeple, so , for us it was very interesting. Also the Country short time after the rain season, Africa was green, see the bushes and the trees and the flowers. All accommonidations was very good, the breakfast, lunch and the dinner it was all african style because we have had an own cook with us and we only stay with 2 Persons. Every day it was a surprise to see other things, from the poeple, the landscape and the animals. Every time again.

Exactly what we wanted
5/5

Everything about Spirit of Kenya was fantastic. Tiago did a wonderful job of setting up our tour, answering our questions and booking the accommodations. When we arrived in Kenya, we were picked up by our guide, Charles, and he was absolutely fantastic. One of the first things he said to us was that his passion was nature, and it really showed. He did a great job of driving, helping us to manage a new culture (where we should buy things), and when we got to the Mara, he put together amazing game drives. Everything exceeded expectations.

Darren and the team helped us book a vacation of a lifetime. Listened carefully to what we wanted and set up a great itinerary. Fantastic guides on the ground. Wonderful recommendations for where to go, where to stay, how to balance out the trip. Everything worked flawlessly on the ground. It exceeded our expectations.

Thanks Darren and crew!

A once in a lifetime experience for all the family.

We spent a week with Wilson in Tanzania in 3-4 different locations. He was organised and friendly the whole time, forming great relationships with all five of us. He was brilliant at tracking down the big 5, especially leopards, and was really knowledgeable about all the animals and plants. I wish Wilson a great success with his new venture and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering a trip with him.

Awesomest tour guide In Uganda!
5/5

Bujo Safaris, Owner Johnson Burihose is the best!
I’ve hired his services for my two Safaris when I was leading, first a Sister Cities delegation of 13 people in 2015, then a Rotary delegation of 4 people in 2019.

In both trips Johnson has been excellent.
All my delegates were very impressed with his quality of tourguide services for our Safaris. Uganda can be a complicated place so it’s essential to have a really good tour guide.
Johnson had plenty of communication with us to ensure all our members interests were taking care of, arranging our tricky scheduling and levels of hotel accommodations, He even did tough negotiations during our trip at each hotel to get us some very good prices for some really great places to stay.

Uganda has incredible people, wildlife and natural beauty. Bujo Safaris is the best way to make most of your trip.

Bujo’s prices are quite moderate and their service excellent— always on time, plenty of communication to make sure our schedule and interests were accommodated.

If you travel anywhere in Uganda you must hire Bujo Safaris to guide you!
Owner Johnson Burihose is the awesomest tourguide in Uganda.

Memorable safari
5/5

A fantastic experience! The safari was well organized and exactly what we expected from Bujo Safari staff. Johnson knew the Queen Elizabeth’s Park well and we were confident in his driving and keeping us safe at all times! We managed to see so many animals in the wild. It was a once of a lifetime visit. I highly recommend Bujo Safaris
