The expert guide ensured our safety and provided insightful information about the wildlife and park's history.
The scenery was breathtaking, and we spotted incredible animals like lions, elephants and giraffes.
The accomodations were comfortable and the food was delicious,our guide, John went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience.

Trustable, efficient and reliable
It was september 29th my daughters birthday, my family and I decided to take asafari trip , since my 3 year old son and my daughter have awild life thing so we decided to taje them see real animals not on tv. Sumu safari gave us the best wildlife experience and yes we doing this again next year

the tour operator provided us with a very experienced manager to communicate with us about our itinerary,he patiently communicated with us about final journey.
We are all satisfied the itinerary in Kenya when we came here.he was quick to help us with the problems that aroused during the trip.and we were so happy to meet the final guide ,he is good guy.it was a amazing memory

Communicative and there for you
We had a 7 day tour with Bencia. Beach and safari. The hole trip was over our expectations. The accommodations were very good, we had some small issues with hot water in a couple of rooms, but it was the hotels problem. We wanted to do some extra trips, and Alfred helped us with booking, transport and everything. All cars used for transfers had working AC. The safari was great, the drivers do their best to find all the animals we wanted to see and to inform us about them. We recived water as promised in the safari.
All the questions we had, Alfred responded via whatsapp. Thank you for the good memories.

We believe this tour operator is bankrupt: do not book with this organization
We traveled to Kenya with Madukha, and while initially the trip started off great, suddenly our driver/guide started mentioning that he had not received any money for 2 days already from his boss to pay for fuel / park permits etc. Due to this we lost a full day of safari as we had to wait until he found a solution. At the end of the day, somehow the money did arrive and we where able to continue the trip as planned. I am now reading that many of the other guests here have not been so lucky and have lost either part or all of their money, which is absolutely terrible and unacceptable since the full amount had to be paid 2 weeks before the trip.
Either this company is bankrupt or has some serious liquidity issues but clearly you should no longer book with Madukha and stay away from this company. It is a shame because our driver was really nice, professional, knowledgeable and never even suggested that we pay for anything while he was 'trying to find money to continue the tour'. I hope the other 'victims' will somehow get refunded for their losses because this is truly unacceptable.

Very quick reply with friendly support
The agency itself was super nice. They answer all my questions and solve my problems in a proper way.
However, since drivers are from a different company, it really depends on how lucky you are what kind of driver you will have.

Simón was such a chill guy and excellent guide. We saw almost every anyone besides the leopard
We had such a good time with our guides simon and Joseph. We got shown everything we requested and when we needed to make changes to our trip Benson was able to accommodate us quickly. Make sure to double check all your details before you leave because sometimes things get lost in translation but that is to be expected. Overall 5 stars and will definitely be back to look for that leopard.
