Lovely holiday in a SUPERB country
5/5

We learnt so much about Tanzania on this trip but through our experiences as well as learning some new things about ourselves, it was a great family bonding experience. We were privileged to see a real life lion kill in Tarangire and it was a welcome relaxing break to chill in Zanzibar after 5 days on the bumpy roads. The only issue we had was the shower was not working in the lodge during our second night, but were swiftly moved and upgraded to a deluxe room.

I have a fantastic experience with this fantastic company!!
5/5

The first contact with Abdallah was so nice and informative that we soon decided to book our Safari with Fantastic Safari.
The day we arrived we've been picked up by our guide with a huge smile on his face and immediatly we felt welcomed.
The organisation was fantastic, the guide was fantastic, and we were so lucky to see the big5 making the whole trip be fantastic. We will probably organise another safari with them in the nearer future!

The Best tour operator in Kenya
5/5

Our tour experience was much more than what we expected. Paul is excellent planner and flexible. He placed our comfort ahead of his profit. All booked resorts were high quality and rated ones. The driver Francis is a fine driver on Kenyan roads and in game parks. His experience and knowledge helped us see all that the parks had to offer, much more than BIG 5. We would certainly like to return and travel with KET. Highly recommend to any one coming to Kenya.

Wonderfull experience in East-Africa
5/5

When you book a safari tour in Uganda/Tanzania with Matoke Tours you can count on their enthousiastic employees who are very professional and offer a personal service. We had very knowledgeable local guides, both in Uganda as in Tanzania. They had great eyes for spotting animals and were very helpfull to accomodate our wishes.
Uganda offers beautiful landscapes which are very green with a varied wildlife and friendly people. Meeting the gorillas was an exceptional expierence. Tanzania is the safari country par excellence. Never in 1 trip we were able to see the Big 5, but this time we did! And we saw so much more, we were really impressed.
The lodges were good, clean and lovely located. We also enjoyed the food, which was excellent.
If you are interested in going to Uganda/Tanzania, I would highly recommend booking with Matoke Tours.

Nepeleke Africa -- Amazing Family Safari with Exceptional Guide
5/5

Our family traveled on Safari in Tanzania with Lazaro Karashi of Nipeleke Afrika and had a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The trip exceeded all our expectations in terms of the wildlife we were able to view, the incredible knowledge of the guide, the comfort of the accommodations, the delicious food, and the opportunity to spend time in several primary schools.

We visited five national parks on our safari: Arusha NP; Taringire NP; Serengeti NP; Lake Manyara NP; and Ngorongoro NP. Each has its own magic and unique wildlife. We stayed three nights in a tent camp in the Serengeti, which is money well spent as you are able to spend a lot of time viewing the animals -- even from your tent!

Our guide and driver, Lazaro Karashi is an encyclopedia of Tanzanian wildlife, especially the amazing and numerous birds. He would notice an animal off in the distance while driving, stop the jeep to peer thru his binoculars, and then quietly turn to us to point out the leopard or lion or cheetah that he had found in the distance. Our group included a very avid bird watcher and as a result we saw many, many, many birds. And again, Karashi identified them all, from the largest Marabou Stork to the tiniest fly catcher.

We had programmed a day of rest into our trip, which permitted us time to relax after the gravel roads and dust of the previous 6 days (especially important for the 80+ year old and the 11 year old in our group). On our rest day, we visited a local market and purchased staples to bring to one of the local orphanages that Karashi has a long-term relationship. This gave both us and our children the chance to see another reality in Tanzania, to appreciate what we have, and to reflect upon the capricious nature of our lives.

We would recommend Nipeleke Afrika without reservation. They are wise, honest, wonderful people. We look forward to traveling with them again.

We had a fantastic time!
5/5

We loved all the camps and the game drives and saw so many great things. Each area was slightly different which kept it interesting. We saw all the big 5, the ugly 5, most of the small 5 and a few other groups of 5 that we made up ourselves. We loved the private bush dinner for our anniversary and the cake for Brendan’s birthday. I think he was very surprised and touched. We did our hot air balloon ride which was magical (although I forgot to mention I am afraid of heights!).

Our only disappointment was not for us, but for the camp operators and staff, because even though it was low season there was practically no one at the camps! We were the only guests and at a couple of the camps due to the freak-out over the Ebola crisis. So sad that people are misinformed as you are probably aware. I am now telling everyone that they shouldn’t be scared and they should go. So all in all it was great and I still have post-holiday blues. I am now thinking maybe we will go to Tanzania next time and make sure we see the migration so I will let you know!

Thanks for all your help and organising, it was superb and I will definitely seek your advice for future trips.
