The trip of our Dreams
thanks to the help of Fransisca we were able to make a safari trip which was perfectly arranged. Personal service was great. English speaking driver was great company and knew everything of the parks we visited and the animals we saw. Accommodations were perfect. Would definitely recommend Nature Responsible!

Amazing Safari!!!
We had a great time with Safarihub and our driver Sahiddi - not sure if that's the correct spelling.
We say so many animals. Lions, multiple leopards and a cheetah running after a gazelle. Luckily the gazelle escaped safely. We had a car just for ourselves (my wife, myself and our 8 year old daughter) which gave us a lot of flexibiliy.
Safarihub was great. They communicated everything clearly upfront and their were no negative surprises. We met with the GM Karsten in person who is a lovely chap.
I can recommend this tour provider to everyone!

Perfect
I have known Green bee eater safaris as a very good organizing company tour, i planned a tour for my nieces who were going to Zanzibar and it was well planned, they gave me both options from the minimal budget to the high budget and i had to choose from there, this was done this year in July. They replied me in good time and they could call the number which i provided just to ensure everything was intact. i recommend them anytime:)

Excellent
I had booked my trip thru Ms.Maggie and she was very helpful. The accomodation and other arrangements were really good. I was very much apprehensive and worried about the trip, but everything went off very well. It was well organized. The driver Mr.James was also very good.

Book at your risk
I booked and paid for a 15-day joint safari with Kapalondo Expeditions based on an itinerary and cost proposal received from them. Two days prior to my departure, I was advised that the the other members of the joint safari had cancelled, and that my itinerary would change. I did not agree to the revised itinerary, and requested to stick with the original itinerary or receive a refund. The night before my departure, Kapolondo Expeditions agreed to run the original itinerary at the original cost, with two accommodation changes. However, subsequent to my arrival in Africa, further changes were made to my itinerary (one destination was completely cut out) and my accommodation (downgraded from luxury to mid-range or budget) without my notice or consent. There were days during my safari when I did not know where I would be staying that night or in 2-3 nights' time, which was highly unsettling. Whilst I understand the economics of the situation (a joint safari effectively became a private tour, although at no fault of mine), it was handled completely unprofessionally, and at no time were efforts made to respond to/address my concerns or give me any options to change/upgrade my accommodation (even at extra cost). In addition, Kapalondo claims on their website to be a member of the Tanzanian Association of Tourism Operators (TATO), but when I called TATO to seek help during my safari, I was advised that they are not a member (you can verify for yourself on the TATO website). All of this trouble aside, the game drives were excellent and my drivers in Kenya and Tanzania were informative, friendly, helpful and made every effort to turn an unpleasant situation into a positive one. My safari would have been perfect, if not for the complete unprofessionalism of the operator. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Kapalondo Expeditions.

A salve for the soul
The trip was once again outstanding. The guides are of the highest order. The equipment totally acceptable. Nothing is to much trouble including dealing with the needs of vegetarians amongst other complexities. They are a joy to deal with and a joy to spend time with

Great fun
The trip was arranged quickly and the tour company tried their best to meet our expectations and budgets. This was a hard feat considering the size of our expectations relative to our budgets. When we got there, we were blown away by the service we received and the places we visited on our budget trip and the time we had available. The tour company communicated diligently throughout the trip and moved quickly to arrange the whole thing for four people in three different countries and time zones within 2 weeks.
The only negative I can say was the contractor the tour company used in country on Safari. When time seemed to be getting short he lost his temper and threatened to leave one of my traveling companions in a Masai Boma village. While it seems funny now reading it as I type, it did mar the trip briefly for all of us. Other than that, everything and everyone else went out of their way to accommodate us even leaving restaurants open hours after closing fully staffed to serve us a late dinner.
