Owner really needs to improve after sales service....Else would have been an excellent experience
OT (the owner) was extremely responsive to our needs before I booked the trip. We went for a 10 days Safari covering Tsavo, Amboseli, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Nakura. Due to flight delays, we had to make some changes in the itinerary and that is when the problem started. Although he tried to be flexible, he did not talk to us directly to understand if we were satisfied with the change. He was just not responsive. He did not remember the extras we booked, did not instruct the driver about the plan properly, gave a different hotel name to the one we were originally booked for to the driver in one occasion and so on. The trip was excellent but these things and the fact that for 2 days out of the 10 days trip he booked us in sub-standard hotels really spoilt our mood. On one occasion we had to wait for OT to give the driver the money for the park visit thereby delaying our visit.
The driver-guide (John) was excellent and did his best to cover up for these short comings. I think OT has a good team of people but due to mis-management he will start getting not so good reviews.

An amaizing experience
The service was very nice from my arrival in Nairobi to the end. Erick tried really hard to make me go through the itinerary even though I was the only person for the Lake Nakuru and Amboseli National Park. I did have a good safari tour and hope to have another one soon.

Mikumi and Bagamoyo Trip
We had a wonderful visit to Mikumi it was 10 of us we really enjoyed and had fun the driver was Mr Deo who really took care of everything for us......
we had an opportunity to visit various attractions such as, the Snake park and the national park it self
We had a chance to stay at Morogoro hotel which was an outstanding hotel but those the food wasn't that bad at all
even bagamoyo was wonderfull we experienced the historical site and the crocodile park where they keep crocks
overall the tour was so awesome. JJ tours and Safaris was in every way they really took care of everything for us I would recommend you to visit JJ tours and Safaris

Dreams come true
Palm Travel were very professional in follow up and connecting us with our Camp in Bwindi. The experience was more than I had dreamed to be face to face with the gorillas. The guides were excellent and attentive at all times. Thank you

Great experience Serengeti budget camping with Big 5 and so much more!
Before the start of our trip I had good contact with Kanuth by e-mail regarding our itinerary, the down payment etc. which was very pleasant. Our driver Vumi picked us up at our hotel perfectly on time and even on our first day at Tarangire Park we were already amazed by the beauty of the park and all the animals we saw. Serengeti and the Crater were even more beautiful and Vumi showed us all the best spots and was very patient with us. He always made sure we had a good spot to take (amazing!) pictures. Our cook Eric made sure we were never hungry :) We saw the Big 5 but so much more! So many hippo's, zebra's, ostriches, all kind of gazelles, hyena's AND a lot of cheetah's! We really felt lucky, I can recommend this tour it was really one of the best things we ever did. Be aware that the camping is very basic but this didn't bothered us because we like to be in the outdoors and the nature and animals made it all so worth it. Thank you Vumi!

Superb 3 days Masai Mara safari
Grateful for this company for services offered; from tour van, tour guide, accommodation and smooth ride to game park and back to the city. My friends and I enjoyed this trip and planning to visit again.

Very special park with varying habitats. Really diverse wildlife and every corner reveals something new. Lots of trees and bushes.

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by loddeur
Beautiful park to drive through. In the season we went, most wildlife was not in the park so the density was not high. Nice views and a different feel than the serengeti but hard to find good sightings.
