A dream came true!
5/5

We had the time of our life. On our 18 day's tour we were in the good hands of our driver/guide Katembo who showed us the amazing wildlife (the big five). Everything was well organized: the lodges, the game drives, the visits, ... The driver/guide Katembo told us so many thinks about animals, birds, the people, the way of life, ..., we learned a lot
Uganda is verry beautifull with kindly and friendly people. We felt us welcome and safe.
We will recomend every person who wishes to go to Uganda, Around Africa Safaris!

safari begins with a description of gorgeous places you are going to visit
5/5

A safari begins with a description of gorgeous places you are going to visit, the guide will tell you that you will see animals depending on what nature decide to show, nature has been generous with us.

The photos are all made by us, and nature was friendly and showed us wildlife.

They are customer friendly
5/5

Communication - Effective and create time for their customers
Service- they are flexible and efficient in services offered.
Living to expectations- they were punctual, comfortable vehicle, staff members were friendly.
The safari tour was good everything went on well as planned.

The lodge we were booked in was good had adequate facilities, the manager on duty received us well, but there needs proper facility maintenance and cleaning staff needs to do their job well.

Serene, immersed in natural life
Overall rating
5/5

August is a prime time to go, as the animals come out in search of water. We saw lions on five different occasions, including right next to our car, twice! It is mating season for the primates, we saw a lot of monkeys and baboons - very cute and beautiful to see the similarity in behaviour, with humans. Many different buck/antelopes, so beautiful. Giraffes, zebras, hyenas eating, rhinos on the road, huge herds of elephants right beside us, so many hippos, crocodiles, buffalo and we even saw a wildebeest crossing of about 500-1000, all to ourselves on a side road! On the very last day, we were very lucky in seeing a leopard right next to our car, on the side of the road - they are extremely rare to see, elusive, and travel alone - so it was a spectacular and rare experience! We saw many birds too - stalks, eagles, hawks, etc... as well as smaller, prettier, colourful birds. The scenery is magical, a surreal environment, it is so utterly beautiful, you can feel that you're alive, connected to nature, a part of this natural space. You rise with sun, and sleep when it sets. The trees are like lightening, naked branches bolting in all directions. It is a truly beautiful place. The weather is a little windy/cold in August, but a fleece will do, not much else necessary, especially when driving with the sun shining down throughout the day. Accommodation options vary - there are camps situated throughout the park, as well as the Protea Hotel just outside one of the gates. Satara, Skakuza and Lower Sabie are three of the big camps, with nice bungalows - all always clean. Malalane is the most primitive of the camps, with only a few bungalows, and the rest camping. I found it the most beautiful camp, situated on the border of the park, with a view of local farming and mountains. Most camps now have restaurants and almost all have shops, which is partly a shame, as commercialisation is not really in line with what is meant to be an untouched, natural environment - this is especially in reference to all the mug & bean franchises that are there. Having said this, we still found food options to be pretty basic, especially if you're not planning on eating at restaurants for every meal. The shops (including at the main, big camps) have very little healthy food options. We found only a couple cucumbers, capsicums and tomatos in the fridge at Satara, which is a main camp. Protein options were also very minimal. I suggest taking your own food with you, if you are driving, unless you don't mind living off of packaged food. We rented a car through avis, which we picked up at Skakuza airport.

Absolutely awesome and fantastic 4 days 3 nights all inclusive safari adventure with family
5/5

1) Great help in the planning stage and good recommendations within our budget - was made easy since one of the locations for the operator was in Dallas, TX, USA. The operator understood clearly the holiday and vacation requirements and made it easy
2) Owner of the operator personally greeted us in Arusha, Tanzania and shared his personal experience
3) Awesome tour guides - knowledgeable and english speaking and able to explain details and the eco-system of the serengeti
4) Saw all the Big 5 of Africa, a lot of other wildlife and birds,
5) The Kisura campsite was a great place - stayed 2 nights in the serenora area of serengeti and the experience of hearing hyenas at night, and seeing giraffes near the tents and leopard near the mess just made us aware that we are the strangers and the animals own this land -
6) The whole game drive experience, seeing lions, lion cubs, elephants with their young, wildebeast and zebras together and the whole experience made the TV come to life in front of us.
7) Great advice was given to us on things to do before getting to Tanzania - like getting yellow fever innoculation, binoculars, cameras, deet, malaria protection, etc
Would definitely use Authentic African Safaris again and recommend to anyone thinking of safari to Tanzania

Outstanding
5/5

We (a group of 8) visited Amboseli with Africa Flash Mc Tours. They made all the arrangements including student rates for the park. Communication was clear, and their staff were polite and professional. This was not my first trip organised by the company, and as previously, they took excellent care of myself and my team. I would have no hesitation recommending them. Furthermore, I visit Kenya 2 to 3 times a year with groups and will use them with confidence on future trips.

Highly recommend Falcon Safaris!
5/5

Since our trip to Zimbabwe would be my family's first experience in Africa, I really wanted everything to go wonderfully for them. Lucky for us, I chose Falcon Safaris to be our guides while we were there.

I spent almost a year sending emails back and forth to Patrick, who was incredibly patient, kind and accomodating with all our requests. By the end of my planning stage, I actually felt terrible for all the requests, changes and ideas I brought to him throughout the year, but he was always professional and willing to address all of my concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better planning phase.

When we arrived in Victoria Falls, Patrick and Brian met us at the airport, and from that time forth (13 more days!), we explored Victoria Falls (amazing!), Hwange National Park (incredible!), Matopos National Park (breathtaking!) and Antelope Park (wonderful!). Brian was with us every step of the way, and accomodated all of our requests with a smile and a kind heart. Not once was he late in picking us up, and not once did we feel nervous about our trip. He (and Patrick) executed everything PERFECTLY. By the end of our stay in Zimbabwe, we felt like Brian was a part of our family. He is truly an exceptional person!

I highly recommend Falcon Safaris to anyone hoping to explore Zimbabwe. Their knowledge, willingness to accommodate, and their kindness impressed us deeply. We will absolutely use them again when we return to beautiful Zim!

Unforgettable trip to my roots with the personal touch of Flash Safaris and Photography
5/5

From the first contact with Magda to the farewell from Zanzibar, all was superbly arranged for our family trip to Tanzania. Being an emotional trip to my place of birth in Kilombero, a new experience for us on safari and to end it all a relaxing few days in Paradise, this custom made vacation was very well organised.

To start with, all mails were answered promptly, our wishes were heard. Upon arrival in Dar we were met by Edward and by our guide Abraham, which was very comforting because we had to change our schedule that day due to several delays of our flight and due to the fact that our suitcases were missing. They helped us organise everything, in cooperation with the people from the company that was hosting us for the first week.

Abraham soon became part of our family, good company, safe driver and excellent wild spotter on safari. During our week in Kilombero, he took us to Mikumi NP, Udzungwe NP to hike up to the Sanje waterfalls, and into a small local village. We felt safe with Abraham in our midst. After that week, we went to Ruaha NP for a few game drives. To end this dream trip, Magda booked us into a beautiful resort in Ras Michamvi, Zanzibar, where we were warmly met by the manager Charly and were able to digest all our new experiences.

All in all a very personal touch with a professional attitude. Magda, Edward and Abraham, asante sana for an unforgettable journey!
