Mokoro ride was beautiful. We saw elephants, zebra, and giraffes on the bush walk. I felt camping there was unnecessary.

Elephants all over!!! My only complain was the bus used for safari, not a 4x4. It was very noisy with the rattling roof and the high seats offered poor visibility.

Beautiful park with lots of animals but crowded

Chobe is a beautiful park next to the river. I saw many animals including elephants, hippos, lions, anthelopes and birds. However, too many cars on the same route. We were like 8 cars chasing two lions and at one point the lion had to go around a car. I felt so bad that we were harrassing the lions...

We wasn't lucky to see rhinos close! And famous enormous herds of zebra and wildebeests migrated to Kenya. But we still have seen lions cubs!

5-days budget safari tour. Manyara, Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro, Tarangire
4/5

As I understand I had one of the cheapest safaris in Tanzania. So I think for $900 everything was really cool. My guide Com met me at the Kilimanjaro airport in the morning and we started the tour. If you chose the program I had be ready to spend 2 nights in the tent camps and 2 nights either in the tent or in the hostel for $20 extra per night. The tents were good, sleeping bags were offered. The meals were also fine (especially in the hostel). So if you are not afraid of bugs or sometimes the cold water in the shower, be sure, you would like everything! Thank you guys for your openness and kindness.

WS Safaris provided a safe, nice and priceworthy arrangement for the hike of my lifetime.
4/5

WS Safaris mobilised a service team staffed with competent, service minded, skilled, nice and helpful people. They took good care of our group from arrival at the Kilimanjaro Airport until departure one week later. They provided everything needed for the tour on Kilimanjaro, including good catering and water. The camping equipment was not the fanciest compared to other, more expensive, companies, but it was fully acceptable considering the price. WS Safaris also demonstrated credibility and fairness when calculating the final payment.

A great experience
4/5

Me and my boyfriend had a great safari experience thanks to Aardvark. We did a privat budget camping safari and visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ndutu, Serengeti, Ngorongoro (if I remember well, we did it in 6 nights, and 7 days). Definitely something to recommend if you are looking for a near nature experience! Our guide Godfreay was very knowledgable and made the whole experience even more interesting and fun. With him onboard you don't need a binoculars or to worry that you'll not see all hidden animals - he spotted animals from miles away! We could observe the nature and animals in our own pace, which we really appreciated. Our chef Moses was a real magician and made simple but very tasteful food.

An excellent value for money safari
4/5

We had a four day / three night safari in Selous Game Reserve for four people, staying at Hippo Camp. Although my wife and I had been on safari before and knew what to expect, my parents (who had never travelled to Africa before) were apprehensive. We selected Usambara on the basis of the best price being offered and equally importantly for the responsiveness of Alex at Usambara to the frequent questions and specific requests that we made. Usambara were very helpful and willing to make changes to suit our tastes.

The safari itself was well organisedand problem free. We had a full itinerary (two full days in the park, a boat safari and a walking safari), which meant that we were able to see a wide variety of animal and bird life during the time in the park. Hippo Camp was conveniently located near the park entrance and offered spectacular sunsets over the Selous river each evening. Accomodation was perfectly acceptable for our budget range, and the food and service were very good. The only downside was the fact that power was turned off at 10pm, making for a hot and sweaty night without fans. All in all, a very memorable holiday.
