Pega tours provided us with experienced tour guides who speak fluent English since i was accompanied by foreign visitors.Good and modern tour vehicles were provided,all open roof.
Office staff well groomed and very friendly,ready to offer any assistance to their visitors.
We toured the rift valley and it was the best experience with Pega Tours and Travel Agencies.
I would recommend them to any other visitors.

Great tours!
I had such a wonderful time with Dahlia Tours. The guys were very knowledgable and it's a great deal! We did an all day tour and I thoroughly enjoyed our time. I would recommend Dahlia Tours to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Lilac Adventures represented by Mr. Daniel Njamewa is untrustworthy and NO ONE should use them.
UPDATE 9 MAR 2016:
Lilac states that they did what they could to help us thru our safari. The fact is they did nothing but take our money.
Lilac states that their financial problems are behind them and they will refund our money. The fact is that they have not refunded our money and it has been five months since they promised they would. We are still waiting. By anyone's definition, this is theft and they should be prosecuted. We are working with the US Embassy to see that this happens.
I strongly recommend that persons interested in a safari stay as far away from Lilac Adventures as possible. They do not honor any commitments, and are untrustworthy.
There are much better tour operators available that value their reputation and will not leave you stranded.

Worse than terrible. This safari tour arrangement did not meet even minimal expectations; in fact, left us to our own devices two days into the vacation, a tough spot to be in when you are in a foreign country. Lilac Adventures appears to have disappeared from normal forms of communication since about August 2015. I strongly advise against anyone contemplating using Lilac Adventures, or any operation fronted by Mr. Daniel Njamwea.

"They really made it unforgettable"
Our experience with Global Insight Safaris was wonderful, from our initial information request all the way to our airport drop-off. We were happy with the company's ability to accommodate our special requests, including doing a day tour of Kilimanjaro before we kicked off our safari. We loved our guide, who was fun and very knowledgeable. And we were happy with the professional and helpful way the company corresponded with us as we planned our trip, and then as they conducted our tour seamlessly.
This company is wonderful if you want a private small-group tour for a great price! My friend and I were happy to have a guide and jeep to ourselves for six days as we drove around, enjoying the wildlife and scenery, and taking plenty of pictures at our leisure. Itinerary, jeep, camps, food—all were fantastic, and the overall experience was unforgettable!

Incredible!
It was any experience of a lifetime. Even though we did not see any big cats, it did not take away that much from the experience.
I can't say enough about the entire staff being superb. Everyone was so accommodating. Being greeted by Denzel, who never forgot a name or what drink was preferred, was special. Being greeted by friendly faces by ALL staff members added to the wonderful experience.
Also our guide, Albert, needs to be given most of the credit. This man is incredible. His fund of knowledge on any subject is remarkable.
If there was any problem at all, it was the chef. All of the food was so succulent, my pants were getting tight. Wow! That man can cook.

Trip of a lifetime!
Where do I start? so many good things to report from our recent trip. Daniel the company director provided us with exceptional service. From the start I felt he really understood what we were looking for plus he was able to get what we wanted within our budget! He made some valid suggestions to our itinerary which in the end made a huge difference to our trip. The safari totally exceeded our expectations. The lodges and tented camps he selected had great food and facilities.
The wildlife, landscapes, people were amazing. I have traveled to many places in the world. Kenya now is my favorite place on earth! You can really trust Transtrek Safaris with making your dream safari come true, they are professional and offer financial protection, this was really important to us. I must not forget to mention our guide Peter who knew the parks and reserves like his own pocket. We saw all the animals we wanted and beyond because he knew where to look and communicated with other guides. Overall it has been a holiday of a lifetime! Great experience!
We went on a 11 day tour in Uganda this summer (2015). The service of Matoke Tours was above our expectations! We had a mix of budget and mid-range accomodations. Both were very pleasing.
We were on a private tour, so only me and my girlfriend on board, which was great considering the flexibility we had on our everyday agenda.
We had the best guide of all, Anatoli! He was simply great in all aspect: lots of experience, funny, great storytelling, etc.
You shouldn't be worried to go with Matoke Tours for your Ugandan safari.

Just Excellent
This safari was arranged for my daughter and wife from US. Their comment was "it was excellent and a great experience, the guide was just fantastic and we had lots of fun".
To add to their experience I felt very happy with the way the whole booking was held. The money transfer was easy, they issued a receipt promptly, the best part was they provided excellent service in picking them up from airport to take to hotel and then picking up for Pilanesberg safari trip in the morning at the agreed upon time.
I was dealing with Andre, he was just superb and very professional, he kept me informed about my family's whereabouts via emails and provided lots of information so they will have a good safe vacation in South Africa.

Great 4 days Masai Mara + Nakuru Safari
My wife and I have recently participated to the 4 days Masai Mara + Nakuru safari. It was an amazing experience and we got to see and experience lots. I highly recommend Terminal Tours who have been welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Nelson and Tatania took care of us from A to Z arranging airport pickup, stays and hotels etc. The safari drivers we got to travel with were top notch too. James and Martin shared with us their knowledge of Kenya and its wildlife and made sure we see and experience as much as possible. Thanks to them, we noticed a wilder beat crossing and once in a lifetime experience when a crocodile caught a wilder beast live... Amazing! I also recommend the visit to the Masai Village, really worth it and must do! Lodging at Rhinos camping site was great/clean/fun/exotic. Mind that the food was very average but hey that is to be expected when going for a budget accommodation. On our way to Nakuru, we spent an afternoon in Nivasha, a beautiful lac/wildlife and went on a boat ride, worth taking. The hotel at Nakuru is descent with wifi access, much needed after a couple of days in the wild. All in all, great experience with very professional and welcoming team.
