Private tour to Kruger with my wife and a colleague. Great guide and so well organised.
5/5

Our trip with William exceeded all our expectations. He was patient, knowledgeable, extremely well organised and was a joy to travel with. William's selection of lodges was very cost efficient but all the lodges were very comfortable and food was good throughout. We toured Kruger in William's 4x4 - very comfortable. William is a very careful driver and our safety and well being were a high priority for him at all times.

We felt that the safari was great value for money and we would recommend William and his team very highly. We have travelled extensively and this was the best tour program we have ever encountered.

A big Thank You to Destinations Africa, our Africa Safari holidays were perfectly executed in every aspects. John, Hilary and Sandie were great even before we started our very first African Safari holiday. Their advises and accommodation recommendations were spot on and professionally organised. We look forward to seeing more of Africa in the future and have no doubt who’ll we be contacting to arrange our next trip! We highly recommend Destination Africa to anyone who appreciates great travel service and accommodation.

A wonderful experience, enjoyed by three generations.
5/5

Myself , my son and daughter-in-law and two grandsons age eleven and thirteen enjoyed seventeen days in Kenya and Tanzania, the itinerary was discussed and bookings made with "Destinations Africa".We had great value, accommodation comfortable and it had an African Ambience. Food was of a high standard and when wine and beer included in the tariff it was good. Tour guides were knowledgeable , most were multilingual and with fluent English. The game drives particularly in the Masai Mara were exceptional as the guides may leave the designated tracks and this allows very intimate viewing of the animals. It was a very memorable experience.

Very helpful company for very difficult customers
5/5

Destinations Africa were really helpful and understanding. Due to my partners work commitments we can't plan very far in advance for holidays. I found Destinations Africa via a google search, I entered in our requirements and DA got back to me within 24 hours. They were quiet shocked to realise we were planning a safari only a month out! And we changed dates a couple of times too. But they were able to accommodate us and were very professional and understanding of our situation. They really went out of their way to make sure that we would get the holiday we wanted. They sent us a full itinerary via email and also an app for the iPhone and the ground staff in Africa where great. They met us at Johannesburg Airport with all the required information and everything ran very smoothly.

We had a wonderful time! Moswari was amazing – we had the best tracker and we saw everything! The room was perfect; the food was amazing and so much of it! The staff were so helpful and friendly, I’d definitely recommend this lodge to other people.
Mozambique was beautiful, although the resort is definitely not a 4 star! It is in a serious need of some maintenance/a little face lift; asides from that it was clean, the staff very helpful and friendly and the food was lovely. It seems odd that they would build the resort on the side of the island where the tide is out for a large part of the day, but I suppose that is the side that you get to see the sunset. So you can’t have everything. With it being winter session it was also very quiet on the resort, at one point only 6 couples! But we had the R&R that we wanted – so ideal for us.

Cape Town is a beautiful city! We loved it, although the day we arrived it was torrential rain and very cold. But it was winter! We did the city sightseeing bus tour which was really helpful in getting the orientation of the city. Cape Town is a lot smaller than I thought, but still very beautiful. If we had our options again, I wouldn’t do the Cape Points tour as a full day; we would hire a car and drive ourselves. It was a very long day and a bit boring at times and not really the best tour guide. If we have known, we would have loved to have done a township tour – we heard about these tours on our way back to the airport for our flight home! It would have been really interesting to see this part of Cape Town as it appears to be a side that is hidden. We went up to Table Mountain, terrifying but very beautiful. We have the clearest day and got some wonderful photos. We also went over to Robben Island, although we nearly didn’t get a place as we didn’t book in advance. Would recommend this, but book in advance!

Thank you for all your help and advice – we had an amazing time. I would recommend your services to anyone that wishes to travel to Africa.

A perfect holiday organised by the perfect company
5/5

If you want a perfect and trouble free safari , book with Rose. We did not have to lift a finger to do anything and everything worked like magic. We had the most amazing 2 week safari in Tanzania - it was absolutely fantastic. To us it was the best holiday we've ever had. All the accommodations were excellent. The guides were very knowledgeable and caring. After each camp it was very hard to say goodbye- each experience was unforgettable.

The Masai mara is the real Safari experience. After more than 60 countries visited, the Masai Mara must be the location that impressed me the most. It is so full of wildlife and it is so authentic and unspoiled. Beautiful.

Incredible Experience!
5/5

If anyone plans on hiking Kilimanjaro or doing Safari, I wouldn't recommend using any company other than E-Trip Africa. We did Kili, Safari and Zanzibar and the experience was beyond anything I'd ever expect. They were easily available to us via phone and email prior to the trip for any questions/recommendations. They put together several proposals and quickly revised them as our group finalized our trip. The personal service was better than anything I'd ever seen with a travel company. The owners met us at our hotels before and after the hike (3 or 4 times total while in Tanzania). For Kili, they hand pick their guides and they all have medical training. Our vitals were taken every single day to ensure our health during the hike. There were no shortcuts in terms of gear or crew members. The entire trip was flawless and meticulously planned. And for added assurance, the company is registered in the US. If I could give E-Trip Africa 100 stars I would.

I <3 Kenya
5/5

I have traveled all over the world since young adult. With more than 60 countries in my curriculum, Africa was the continent I visited the less, spending most of my time in Asia and South America. It was time to visit Africa and do a safari in their most popular destination: The Masai Mara. I can only speak about my regret for not exploring Africa earlier. The people are amazing, the wildlife is just stunning, you have to go to know how it is, it is difficult to explain. It has absolutely nothing to do with a Zoo. here the animals run free and the circle of life can be experienced.
Our tour operator was It Started in Africa, chosen after careful consideration and analysis of reviews and forums. We're all happy with the choice as the logistics were smooth, the car (land cruiser!) was in great shape and never let us down and specially the guide, Kweka, provided one of the best experiences we could ever hoped for. Highly recommended!

breathtaking experience

Live this experience was lovely. As a professional in the tourism market, having the opportunity to experience the safari far beyond what the TV channels show is really enlightening. Witness the attack of the lions to zebras was positively indescribable as all the service you offer. Amazing! The experience brought me knowledge that I now share with my clients and friends. Its a full experience. You have to live it!

Excellent Safari in Tanzania
5/5

My girlfriend and I did a 4 day safari (Serengeti, Ngoro and Lake Manyara). Peter was very flexible and accommodating. We were under some time constraints and wanted to maximize what we saw. Also, because of flights, we had to start in Mwanza and end in Arusha. Peter was very responsive and created a great customized itinerary for us that made a lot of sense based on what we wanted. He also presented excellent lodging options and found a great substitute last minute when one of the lodges became unavailable. The guide (Godfrey) was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job trekking animals and told us exactly when to be patient, which paid off big time.

I have done several safaris in Africa and this was by far the best, in large part due to Peter's planning and attention. Would highly recommend.
