A Life Changing Experience
5/5

My dream was to take my family of five on a Safari and I finally did it after doing researching on line and learning Tanzania would offer a better experience than Kenya. I made contact with Wildroot Safari company and was immediately impressed with their efficient communication and competitive price. Once arriving in Tanzania we were met by our safari guide, Matthew who was both polite and very professional. Matthew was a perfect example of what a safari guide should be. He remained patient and extremely knowledgable giving us a great deal of information on the safari national parks and all the animals within them. His calm and gentle character as well as his passion for the animals, allowed my family to feel comfortable asking unlimited questions about every aspect of the safari. My family were able to view the big five as well as many additional animals such as giraffe, Ostrich, jackal, and many exotic birds and creatures. We saw giraffe migrating, lions mating and a large herd of wildebeest being led by a single zebra - activities not regularly seen! Wildroot Safaris arranged a very good standard of accommodation as part of our package with the Serena and Sopa lodge chain as well as Planet Lodge. All three lodgings offered us service with a smile in traditional African style. In my opinion, this has been a trip of a lifetime and given my family an insight to the animal kingdom in the most spectacular way. Thank you Wildroot Safari!

I slept deeply in tent (single) feeling safe and ate delicious food cooked at the Moment.
The nature of Tanzania is amazing and looking for wild Animals was so exciting.
Thank you everybody for the great experience and everything was actually above my expectation!

Excellent service and knowledge
5/5

Because we travelled with our nearly 2 year old girl we contacted tailor made safaris to see if they had experience in creating tours that included a small kid. Although it didn’t happen often they tried to change the schedule and accommodation in every way we wanted, making proper suggestions along the way. They contacted the accommodation if it was possible to go on game drive and arranged what was within their limits. All the people contacted where helpful in creating our tour.

Because we did a self-drive we received a GPS, cell phone and a very nice tour book. Good service and useful. I don’t know what they could do more to provide excellent service.
Elephant Coast is an excellent destination for those wanting to keep travel distances between accommodations short and have a big diversity of activities as well as accommodation. The amount of game parks all different, kosi bay with its beaches and st lucia for a more touristy experience all within a few hours driving. If we go back we would definitely book with Tailor Made Safaris again.

I booked a last minute Safari with Safari Solo’s for a 5 day 4 nights trip which covered New Year in the Tarangire ,Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Even though it was a trip on a budget the whole experience excelled all my expectations.
I saw the The Big 5 and so much more

Dellago Tours organized the trip very well. Our driver, Joshua was exceptional. Juliette, the tour organizer was very wonderful, flexible and easy to contact. This was by far the best trip of my life to date. So many wonderful memories. We saw so many animals with their babies. We came home optimistic, happy and overwhelmed with the beauty of the world.

Lived Simba's dream!

Kenya was one of the best holidays we had. My wife Nikki and I love to travel and we have always been to the mountains and beaches. Masai Mara was a whole new experience and we loved every bit of it, the bushes, savannah, animal planet, travel, tent stay and hotels, food, hospitality, friendly people and best of all.. our "game master" - driver - guide: Khalifa from Jocky Tours!
Everything was perfectly organized, time-watched over, food and water in plenty, clean and comfortable-safe accomodation.
The weather in Kenya is perfect, if you thought Africa is hot and dry, you're in for a treat in Kenya. Nairobi has the perfect weather to walk around wearing your jacket, be greeted "Jambo" or "Habari" by friendly people!!
The game drives are amazing if you're a nature lover, have watched Nat Geo, Animal Planet as a kid. The experienced and professional drivers will take you in the "newly created" routes in the bushes and show you a magical world. We were lucky to get Khalifa's service as he's very passionate about the wildlife and knowledgable about their life. Also the group tours were a great time to meet interesting people, make new friends and have a great time. Kenya/Masai Mara is a lifetime experience one shouldn't miss.
