Personalised, relaxed, hassle-free, customer-oriented, great value for money safari!
5/5

We could not have asked for more. Felix at Unison is a knowledgeable and professional operator and guide, genuinely concerned for his clients needs and requirements but without being fussy or overbearing. We saw a huge range of wildlife, while managing to avoid the crowds. Reliable collection on arrival, good accommodation and food, and lots of help with onward travel arrangements to Zanzibar. All at a competitive price. Highly recommended.

5 day climb of Kili
5/5

My wife and I went with our guide John and his crew up the Umbwe route. It was beautiful, and definitely a physical challenge. John and his team provided us shelter, meals each day, and transported almost all our gear up the mountain. We also paid extra for our own private toilet which was definitely worth it! We thought the team did a wonderful job and would definitely use them again!

Amazing experience and great customer service!
5/5

My wife and I booked our honeymoon through Roho Ya Chui. Ute provided excellent customer service and gave us great recommendations on hotels and safari lodge. We ultimately stayed at Kirkman's Kamp for our safari and Royal Livingston for our visit in Victoria Falls. She also organized a day trip to Chobe National Park for us.

Ute customized our itinerary to our liking and was very responsive. Everything was communicated through email (I didn't need to call or skype with her) and everything turned out perfectly. Thank you Ute for an amazing experience!

AN excellent experience
5/5

We have used Kruger Flexi Tours on 3 separate occasions - and have been extremely satisfied with the nature of our experience each and every time. From the accommodations at Nelspruit to the guides and the in-park experience, everything was of an extremely high standard - including the food. Dave and Bella are wonderful hospitable people and we were made to feel like family. We would highly recommend Kruger Flexi Tours to anyone considering a safari experience.

Perfect organisation and great partner for travel and safaris
5/5

An excellent team with prompt & friendly service and communication regarding safari and travel proposals as well as after-sales service. Always accessible for any assistance especially post-sales. Safari itself and camp (Mara Explorer) was superb and exceeded expectations. Travel arrangements were perfect!

Very professional, fast communication, special attention to every customer
5/5

We chose Ancient Wild Safaris mostly because of fast and clear communication, flexibility and adaptation to our wishes. Michael is great professional with wide experiences. It is clearly visible that he knows what he is selling. Our program was implemented as planned. Drivers were very kind and knowledgable, especially Joseph is super! We had basic accomodations which were OK.
We chose 10 days safari combining Kenya+Tanzania. In Tanzania we had their partner agency which was not as good as Ancient Wild Safaris, but also OK. For us 10 days was a bit too much, but this depends on every person.
Overall I can absolutelly recommend the company. I am positive they would absolutelly do their best to make the trip great, give special attention to every customer and they will very carefully deal with your potential wishes and complaints.

In the end I would give an overall safari recommendation. We visited Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Hell's gate and Amboseli in Kenya and Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Manyara in Tanzania. While Masai Mara is an absolute must and highlight - especially during migration - I would very much recommend also Hell's gate (you can go with bike or walking) and Tarangire which are not on top list usually.. Manyara and Nakuru are similar, so both I wouldn't do again - here I would choose Nakuru. Amboseli was a bit dissapointing. Nature is not very nice and cats are hard to spot. Amboseli I would only recommend if you really like elephants as there are thousands of them.

Another wonderful safari with ET!
5/5

Extremely pleased and completely satisfied that we had made another safari to Ngorongoro and Serengeti with ET and Hamdani as our excellent driver/ guide. Hamdani brought us to place where no our cars where to be seen and where we could enjoy wildlife peacefully. He has a nose, ears and eyes for nature and is very good/friendly with children. We were like a family and departed with a lot of more knowledge of wildlife behaviour. Saving up for another safari with ET and Hamdani!!!

An intense, extreme and beautiful horse ride across the Namibia Desert
5/5

An extreme horseback ride but with comfort and in strict observance of safety of horses. A top organization, very good foods and beverages (Amy, the cooker, is a magician), luxurious (folding chair, folding bed, cold drinks , a very helpfull team...). Only for well- trained people who love the desert , long gallops and long distances (140km the last 3 days) with well trained and sure-footed horses through the Naukluft Park with its wild animals (Oryx, Ostrich, Zebra, Giraffe, springbok) . The guide is saying that this ride is one of the most extreme commercially sold (and I do agree with him). A very good physical condition and an excellent management of horses in the outdoors are required. With that in mind, you will have a "best of" horse ride through the Naukluft desert of Namibia is I lived and loved it.

The all trip was successful as it started with the director himself Denis meeting with us.
5/5

The tour its self was wonderful, the communication was very clear as we met sparkle safaris director the first day we landed at the Uganda airport who took us through the whole trip and the expectations and later handled us to the guide who did the rest of the tour.
The tour was excellent from the accommodation to the eats and description of nature which was done by the guide along the trip.
Well our expectations were more than what we expected starting with accommodation and an additional free tour to lake buyonyi.
