Professional
4/5

Interesting tour; professional and helpful drivers who also guide; good accomodation in lodges. Hotels in towns were too far from the centre (they should be changed) and for the city tour in Windhoek I paid 30 euro for seing and learning nothing (it should be done by a professional guide).

Stranded in Africa!
1/5

Customer service pre departure - atrocious. Information given re connections in Africa - atrocious. They failed to pay the camp operator in Selous so our booking was cancelled, despite the fact that we had paid in full weeks before departure, but they still allowed us to arrive at the airstrip with nowhere to stay. The security guard at the airstrip had to call the camp to get them to collect us or we would have been stranded there, and in some danger as a result. The manager of the camp saved the day by allowing us to stay but still had a lot of trouble getting the payment from Pure Safari, who just ducked and dived the whole time. Their attitude was arrogant and complacent throughout (one agent in particular has an unbelievable attitude to his customers). We have had no apology from them, despite sending in a written complaint, in fact they haven't even acknowledged it after three weeks. They don't seem to have had a good review for over a year, and the fact that they failed to pay the camp indicates that they are probably in trouble financially, so avoid at all costs, and pay them nothing upfront unless you want to be abandoned in Africa and told a constant stream of lies.

Amazing Kenya and Zanzibar honeymoon
5/5

My husband and I booked a 2 week holiday with Moureen which included a number of Safari parks - Amboseli, Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru followed by a few days in stunning Zanzibar. Moureen was very helpful throughout the holiday and during the preparation. She was very responsive from the start and put a number of package options together with different standards of accommodation for me to choose from. We picked a combination of midrange to higher end lodges and tented camps. On day one she met us at our hotel and introduced us to our experienced driver - Silas. Silas was very knowledgable and made sure we saw the big 5 and a lot of other animals, using radios to communicate with other drivers. Our accommodation was of a good standard and as expected. Moureen went out of her way to help us track our luggage that was lost by our airline on arrival and checked in with us regularly. Overall we had a great trip!

A truly perfect safari adventure!
5/5

From the minute James arrived to collect our group, we felt safe and well looked after. He was courteous, kind, funny and able to answer our millions of questions during our safari. He kept us well informed about everything and we were able to relax and fully enjoy this incredible country, it's wildlife and its people. James was very respectful of the wildlife and the surrounding countryside, which was very important for me. He used his extensive knowledge of the National Parks, animal behaviour and links with the other safari guides to ensure we had the best experience possible.
I would highly recommend Lion King Adventures to anyone interested in booking a personalised, perfect Safari.

Unforgettable experience!
5/5

Foot-Slopes offered complete solution: airport transfer, accomodation on the first and last day of our stay in a good hotel AND a 5 days (4 nights) safari with very good and experienced guide. We found it as a very good and uncomplicated offer for very fair price.
We were five days long in a magic word of animals, in the middle of happenning of the "Lion King" and so close to the animals that we felt there breath! We saw the big five and much much more! Our guide Marco was very good educated - he gave us a lot of information and interesting details, he found everywhere animals and spoke a very good english.

Very good experience at Murchison Falls National Park
5/5

We went last August to Murchison Falls National Park with Wild Jungle Trails and it was a great experience. The trip was very well organised and adapted to our need. Klaus was our guide and he was excellent in giving all informations about geography, animals and Ugandan culture. He could answer to all our questions. We strongly recommend his as guide.

Review about Chobe National Park by Kay Emblen

The vast number of elephants and hippos make a cruise on the Chobe River really special. There were so many animals and birds and they were so close I didn't really have time to take in the scenery.

The Okavango Delta is the most amazing experience
Overall rating
5/5

Staying in the Okavango Delta was the highlight of my trip to Bostswana. The amazing experience started with the trip to our camp site by mokoro (canoe) along rivers and channels which are home to elephants, hippos and a huge number of birds. The trip got better and better with a walking safari past giraffe, zebras etc., swimming in the delta, and stories and games with the local guides around the campfire. Sunset over the delta will stay in my memory for a very long time.

Spotting wildlife is easy, there are large numbers of animals and birds and they are close by. Walking safaris and wildlife spotting by canoe are possible.

A wonderful memorable trip
5/5

Tanzania Serengeti ..... places full of charm, a world to discover. It 'was a trip full of emotions for the places and animals that we got to see. The migration of wildebeest across the river Mara, lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards ................ finally chasing gazelles.
A safari trip and excellent in all respects, the Savannah Explorer organization was excellent, but above all, always present and available to listen and accommodate our requests.
Thanks to Robert for the availability and expertise in arranging a tour just for us. Thanks to Richard, a young guide, but of great always available experience and good at making us live fantastic experiences in extraordinary places.
It was our first trip to Africa and will certainly be staying in Tanzania and definitely with Savannah Explorer.
