Well worth two nights and use of the game drive to find way around.
We stayed at the main camp for two nights to get a whole day of self drive. Upon arrival we checked in ate at the excellent restaurant then booked an evening game drive. This gave me an idea of driving around. On day two we self drove all day, well after exploring the camp with my camera. For lunch we stopped at Jacks picnic site, which was well equipped. Self drive was a good idea as I could focus on what I wanted to photograph, not just seeing the Big Five. Loved the idea of the stop and get out spots, got some really good photos. All the staff were really helpful. Intend to go back and hopefully stay for more than two nights, maybe even do a 4x4 tour. Only down side was the accommodation was not warm in the evening this time of year, but other than that really pleased with the accommodation and the view, we overlooked the park right next to the fence.

Amazing!
Terrific time. The variety of animals seen was beyond our expectations. Reviews that suggest this reserve is limited were off. This was a great experience.

Exceeded expectations
Bigmac runs a professional and enjoyable safari. I went on the 3-day wildebeest migration safari in the Masai Mara. Anthony, our driver, went out of his way to give us the best photographic opportunities. We got close to a leopard, saw several cheetahs atop a photographer's van, and drove alongside herds of migrating zebras - and were often among the first companies to reach the scene. In addition to the usual lions, elephants and giraffes, the above shots really exceeded my expectations.
Given that I booked the budget option, the lodging was comfortable and the food decent. When one member of my group complained the first night about the bathroom, Bigmac rebooked us into a different camp for the second night. They were attentive to our needs. I highly recommend them to anyone going on a Masai Mara safari.

Very nice Safari-Trip with nice driver and a lot of African charme
It was an undorgettable and unique experience to go on safari! I especially liked the fact doing it with a Lokal agency and a very local driver. A highlight was the private cook who accompanied us some days During the Safari. Cook and Driver were very professional and a very humourous Company! All in all I would book with Kikwetu Cultural Adventures again!!

Memorable, Refreshing Wildlife Safari.
We had a memorable, refreshing vacation with Gorilla tour booking safari team. We (me with my wife and a cousin sister) chose 7-day gorilla trekking safari. Pre-travel communication and arrangements by their travel consultant was excellent. He is a real professional. He accommodated all our requests and provided necessary information and suggestions, we benefited from his insights. Airport pick-ups & drop, and hotel transfer were on time. Our driver/ guide, Peter was the best guide one can ever get on a safari trip; he is very knowledgeable & ensured we saw the gorillas as we wished, he advised us on which group was best for us to trek. My wife enjoyed the nature of Uganda. The country is blessed with green and hilly mountains.
All of us had different expectations. My wife likes nature and I remember her looking through the car window as we were heading to the park.Personally, I was more interested in watching these gorillas especially the silverback after having read so much about it. This was my moment when we were at the park. We went up to the mountains trekking the gorillas, and finally I saw this leader. I was so much filled with joy that I almost forgot all about the briefing that they had given us before. Sure, when I saw this animal, I felt like I had met a great friend whom I had to share with. It was a great experience for all of us.
We had enough time to visit several crafts markets where we bought several for almost every family member. I have pondered about bring a family of 12 next time. I know it shall be costly but the service is worth the value for the money.
I send my sincere thanks to all of you employees at gorilla tour booking safari limited. Thank you for making our trip so easy, enjoyable, and comfortable.

Trip of a Lifetime!!
My son and I went on a 5 day safari with ANDA and had an incredible time. After researching safari companies, I found a huge range in prices. ANDA was one of the most reasonable. Some companies were charging over $1000 per person/day. That seemed crazy so when I found ANDA I was thrilled. On the first day, we were picked up at the hotel in Arusha by our guide who greeted us with friendliness and enthusiasm. Over the 5 days, we visited spectacular sites and saw even more animals than we had hoped for. Our guide, Omary, was incredible. He knew so much about the land, the animals and the Maasai people. He was always happy to share his knowledge with us and it was clear that he is passionate about what he does. He encouraged us to ask questions and was always attentive to our needs. One of the most impressive aspects about our guide was that he just seemed to "know" where to take us to find large groups of animals. It made the safari so interesting. Definitely bring binoculars (although ANDA provided one in the jeep) and a great camera with a telephoto lens. The tented cabins we stayed in were all comfortable and had electricity (certain hours) hot water available. However, there are major differences in the accommodations. There is choice in where you stay so I recommend asking questions and communicating your needs/desires if you are picky in any way. You can go low budget, high budget or in between. The manager, Remsi was very helpful. I would recommend researching "fair" tips for your guide and the lodge staff and tipping within those guidelines. All in all we had the trip of a lifetime!!
Great Safari Experience
Hello to all the team Africa Remote Safaris,
We did a safari from 13 to 27 July, my son and I would like to thank you that everything was perfect. Seeing all these animals from their natural habitat was magical and proves that there really is very beautiful things to see on this planet.
Kenya is a beautiful country with diverse landscapes and Ken our guide was able to show different sides of the country. As for Brian, our cook,we say, it was perfect. And most importantly, no problem for us tourists compared to recent events in Kenya. Very nice holiday and hope to come back one day.
Thank you to all of you
