Awesome experience!
We stayed at Kimbo Safari Camp just outside the Park itself. Accomodations were in tents (my wife would say we were "Glamping"). Food was excellent buffet style meals. Our guide were the best, Bya our guide was very knowledgable in both wildlife and plantlife. He was also very helpful in setting up photos, he knew his stuff!

Review about Kruger National Park by tobias.gebhardt
Have seen several lioness and a lion close to our car. That has been the highlight.
We have spent 2 days in that National Park but you can spend even more time because there is a lot to discover.

Great place to get close to several elephants
Visiting the Addy Elephant National Park has been my first safari.
After we entered the park and went along the road for a few minutes an elephant just passed by our car. That was pretty exciting because we did not if we just can wait or should leave. But the elephant has been really relaxed and just walked along the road. The highlight was the stop at a water hole during the midday sun. I guess that there have been 50 elephants close to each other. Watching this scenery for 30min has been fantastic.
Besides elephants we also saw zebras and warthogs.
Addo Elephant National Park is the perfect spot for a day trip.

Masai Mara trip
Spot Kenya was 'spot on' whenever I wanted some info about the tour. Even made some last minute changes which they readily accommodated. Very reliable and responsible. The trip to Masai Mara was excellent. Very good driver and guide. Reasonable price for tour with budget accommodation (hot showers and decent warm meals).
Downside: The vehicle was little cramped with 8 people with lots of luggage in front and trunk.
If you are not looking for frills and want to enjoy the nature Spot comes well recommended.

everything that rhymes with "safari" 15 minutes from the airport
I'm sure there are wilder, larger, more authentic safari destinations in Kenya and elsewhere in Africa. Nairobi National Park, though, offered a world of zebras, buffaloes, gazelles, rhinos, ostriches and lions (yes, lions!) all 15 minutes after landing in Nairobi. and seeing the wildlife against the backdrop of Nairobi makes for a beautiful sight.
The Nairobi Tented Camp was the definition of glamping.
Sunday was a bit heavy on visitors, but it did very little to spoil the experience.
Nice park, more beautiful then expected!
I'm not a fan of fenced in parks, they just feel like really nice zoos to me, but this one is very beautiful and does have lots of animals. I read online about the lack of flamingos, but I saw many of them on my visit, not the thousands you see in the icon photos, but enough to feel like the park had lots of them, so I wasn't disappointed. I'm not planning on going back anytime soon, the fence and town around the park killed this one for me, but if you can get past that, the park is stunningly beautiful and the wildlife viewing is top notch!
The mountain makes this park!
It would be hard to have a more picturesque park, Mt Kilimanjaro truly rises like an Empress over Amboseli! The wildlife is good, but the lack of rhinos and the African wild dog make this park less than idea for a perfect safari destination. The villages are starting to crowd onto the edges of the park which makes the bush vibe really lacking. It still is totally a must visit African location, but I wouldn't recommend in June, where the park gets very dusty and the cloud cover hides that spectacular mountain!

Personalised tour to Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda.
Matoke Tours were very helpful with our online booking of our tour and did all they could to meet our specifications. Our drIver Dan was excellent and drove us in a Toyota Landcruiser which coped well with some difficult roads. He was very friendly and good to talk to on the long journeys we took.
Once at Lake Bunyonyi we didn't need him much as we spent most of our time on the lake visiting Sharp's Island and other islands where we had gone on a family holiday in 1958 when we grew up near Kampala. However, he was very helpful when my brother decided to go gorilla trekking and obtained a licence at short notice and drove to the area and back. Many thanks for an unforgettable trip!

Addo is the Elephant Park
This was not our first time we visited that Addo Elephant Park, but this time it was special as family member joined us for a trip along the Garden Route. If there is place you can see elephants, Addo it is the place. We are especially fond of the very young once as they not only cute, but very play full. The park has partly very dense bush vegetation, but also has big open spaces. On hills, viewpoints offer good sights in to the surroundings, at some you are allowed to exit the car. At the Hapoor Dam we could see up 200 Elephants drinking and waiting their turn. But the park also has lots of antelopes, zebras, tortoises and a lot of Birds. Predators are rather scares, but we have seen lions on previous visits.
Good Operator
Although I ultimately selected another tour for specific reason of our party, Felix provided me with a lot of good information as well as a fair price. Whenever I queried his pricing for anything he showed flexibility in adjusting to a more competitive quote. I felt very comfortable working 2ith him and would highly recommend Unison for anyone that considers their services.
