Excellent trip, flexible planning!
This was our first trip to Africa. We stayed for 4 weeks, one of which was devoted to a 7-day safari to Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. One of those days was devoted to exploring the city of Arusha.
Philemon planned an excellent safari for us. The accomodation ranged from luxurious to very good considering the location when staying in the middle of the Serengeti. Most camps or lodges brought us as close to the local wildlife as we cared to be. The game drives allowed us to see all of the big animals one associates with these parks as well as allowing us to become familiar with many others. Our driver/guide was patient and accommodating and we also learned a lot about local culture in conversations with him.
Philemon made our trip easy by arranging airport transfer on arrival, accommodation at the beginning and end of our trip as well as the safari trip itself and he remained flexible to changes in our schedule. For example he provided support for an extra day in Arusha as we had an evening flight leaving JRO.
We happily recommend Aardvark Expeditions to anyone looking to plan a trip to Tanzania.

great experience to discover Uganda with Keneth and Amos!
We had a very good communication with Keneth and Amos (our drivers) and their services were great! They always were ready to help us and were very polite and correct!
Every day the little vans were cleaned by Keneth and Amos!
In the Safari Parks the driver Amos always found game, even when it was very good hided!
We also saw a lot of game, near our little vans.
It was a brillant adventure!!!

First and certainly won’t be my last experience
What can I say. From start to finish it was all fantastic. My friend booked the tour for us and we dealt with David originally. He then provided us with a driver called Harrison. He was a fantastic driver, took his time showing us the animals and spoke fantastic English. A great experience which I will definitely do again

Excellent Organisation
We get our car from Eric ,who pigged our up at the airport .
Very nice and good communication and introductions,also the information about the tour and the time we need to travel from one lodge to the next was excellent .
The lodges were all good , very bad was Dedza ,poetries lodge ,we did not get towels ,nevertheless we asked for .
The electricity war down , it was very cold ,but nobody told us anything about .
We know that this can happen ,but I prefer some information and help ,
On the other hand bua river lodge owners are very unprofessional ,the employees try to do their best.
It wasn’t allowed to go alone but it wasn’t also no possibility to call someone .
Flat dogs ,livonde and Majete were much better organized

Amazing 3-day Safari
We had a wonderful short safari in June with Soul of Tanzania. Thanks to our driver/guide Said who also did a great job making this trip funny, diverting and memorable for our child, all our expectations were met and exceeded - besides seeing all the "Big 5" we enjoyed so many fascinating animal encounters and wonderful scenery - the whole experience was informative and a lot of fun. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro Crater during our 3-days private tour.
Planning and booking supported by Helena was very easy, friendly and uncomplicated.
Highly recommended, professional and very customer-oriented company!

One of the best experiences I have had, delivered by a professional company
I have had the utmost pleasure of going on safari twice with Nodven Safaris. The first time was in Mikumi national park. Second time was a two-day trip to Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. The trips have been perfectly planned with very experienced guides, and the communication both prior to and during the excursions have been excellent.
Coming from Denmark I had my worries about pre-paying a percentage of the amount in advance, but my doubts have been put to shame. I have had unforgettable experiences, and I will give my highest recommendations to Nodven Safaris.

Another great experience with Tailor Made Safaris!
For the second time we booked a tour in the Northern part of South Africa. Together with friends, we decided to go this time for the 'Kruger Tour'. Two years ago, we did the tour in the north-eastern area (Durban region to Mozambique). Like two years ago everything went smooth; we had some extra requests in our trip and Claire took care of that in a wonderful way. We are very grateful for that. In almost three weeks we've been to nine different places and lodges or tents and they all were fantastic. We had a great time!

Great safari off the beaten track
Having had safaris in several other African countries this was our first safari to Kenya and it compared very favourably. Daniel arranged a luxury safari off the beaten track exactly as we requested. Rather than following the more common tourist routes, our safari was based around the central Kenyan parks covering lakes, highlands and semi-arid areas. A diverse range of habitats with an equally diverse range of mammals (which included the big 5) and birds.
Accommodation ranged from lodges to hotels to tents and all were very good to excellent. Peter was our driver/guide. He was extremely capable both as a guide and a driver, and very patient when we struggled to see the animals.
Overall an excellent, well organised safari. I would use Transtrek again if we visit Kenya in the future.
