All about us.
5/5

Having never been to Southern Africa before we were relatively clueless about most aspects of travel in the Dark Continent. Thankfully Tammy and Alex patiently and expertly guided us through making choices which ultimately led to us having the most magnificent holiday experience. They made themselves immediately available to answer our many queries and to accommodate our changes of plans. There was never any pressure about where to go or what to do. Their service really was all about us.
Our trip included Victoria Falls, three Wilderness camps and Capetown. Thanks to our very detailed itinerary, every transfer, every connection and every reception went smoothly. Not once did we have a panicky moment, wondering what was meant to happen next.
We were able to enjoy every moment of our African experience, being up close in the wild to over thirty species of land animal, a myriad of birds and a colourful array of plant life. We met some wonderful people, amongst the guests, but especially including the friendly, dedicated staff of the lodges, camps and hotels.
We unreservedly recommend Remarkable Africa to anybody considering an African safari.

Wild life as a best; jiraffes, zebras, wildbeasts and antilopes . Only place to see rhinos
Overall rating
5/5

Hotels are not prepared for kind services, specially in the restaurants.
The Park is a large one with more than 74 holes, manmade and naturals, where are the best places to see wildlife.
It was my first Safari, but I am looking to compare this one, with information in the web with Kruger National Park in South Africa and the Serengetti y Gorongoro in Safari of Kenya and Tanzania. All have its peculiar enchantments. If you are looking to obtain a real african experience in the wilderness, this is one of the places

This operator made a lifetime trip into Tanzania an unforgetable adventure.
5/5

We booked with Ecological Wilderness Adventure and have not been disappointed in any way. The accommodations were great and well cared for. The food was always good with only a couple of minor let downs in the box lunches we ate during the day while on the road. But I will trade a fancy meal for more wildlife time any day. They took care of all our needs and made good for any slight errors that were made.

I would recommend this tour operator to my own mother! That is how good they are. Our guide provided us with excellent opportunities to witness all the Big 5 as well as many more joyful encounters with all the new birds, mammals and reptiles that I have never seen in the wild before. Or in some cases never seen before anywhere including in all the nature documentaries that I have watched in the last 5 decades.

Close Encounters with Gorillas
5/5

We had booked a 5 day tour with Gorilla Trek to see Chimpanzees in Uganda and Gorillas in Rwanda. First off was meeting our Guide, Moses in Kigali. he drove us into Uganda to Kabale Forest where we stayed at Primate Lodge. Next day we were with a Ugandan ranger, who guided us to the chimpanzees which were at that time climbing high into the canopy. Later in the day, they came down where we were able to follow them to a new site. Their calls are loud and spine-tingling. We had good views of them and returned to the lodge to find another chimp grazing right there. Next day was a drive into Rwanda to le Bamboo lodge. Bright and early we were trekking up a volcano (10,000 feet), taking us over 3 hours of walking up the mountain, where we found the Gorilla family of Mufunza, an enormous silverback. We spent time with them, while they grazed, babies played, and they just relaxed at times just 5 feet away. Mufunza did 2 bluff charges to assert his dominance, which were breathtaking. A great experience. Final day, we did a morning hike to see Golden Monkeys, which we found on the forest floor eating bamboo shoots. Cute monkeys, and a nice short day after the big Gorilla experience (though you wish you could go again). Finally, it was back to Kigali to fly out again. Well run tour by a respected and solid company. Recommend Gorilla Trek Africa to others who consider seeing Mountain Gorillas.

Great Safari Experience
5/5

We booked a longer safari (8 days) through Good earth, and their representative Baraka was very helpful in setting up custom portions of our trip. They looked after us from the time we landed in JRO at 3 AM, maybe too well as with the excellent food on safari we were putting on weight, and looking to pitch in to get active! We did the comfy camping, in which we slept on cots in a canvas dome tent. Very comfortable, and it was great to be out where animals could travel by as you slept. Gerald, our guide, had an uncanny ability to know where to find game and spot it, and maintains high standards of conduct with respect to wildlife. He is friendly and knowledgeable, an excellent guide. We had our own cook / porter, Yusuf, who was a master at putting together delicious and nutritious meals. We saw the big 5, as well as cheetah, hippo, and crocs, wildebeest and zebras migrating and fording rivers, a lion kill right in front of us, and an epic lions vs hyenas confrontation over a kill. A lifetime of experiences in just over a week.

My lifetime experience thanks to Bison Safaris
5/5

The communication between myself and Bison Safaris was very smooth via Whatsapp. Maggie was very kind and she answered all my various questions about the tour. She was indeed very helpful.
The safari tour itself was just amazing. The guide gave thorough explanation about the animals, answered our questions in details and was keen to show us around to various spots with diverse types of animals. It was just slightly disappointing that we were kind of rushed on the 2nd day in the evening that we couldn't fully enjoy the view of the hippos and crocodiles and the Serengeti NR on the opposite side at the Mara River. But other than that I really enjoyed the safari tour.
About the service, the accomadation was better than expected and the food presented over the 3 days was all so good. But, it was a pity that they didn't provide us with enough water. Apparently one person is acquired with only one small bottle of water per day, which is impossible to depend on for a whole day! With a bit of a discussion our team managed to recieve more bottles of water every day but the primary rule was just unbelievable.
Over all, I very much enjoyed the 3day safari tour by Bison Safaris.

Unforgettable experience, 100% recommended
5/5

The safari with Chacha Tours was one of the best experiences of my life. They knew how to introduce us into the wild nature so well, that in lots of moments we actually believed we were in a National Geography documentary film. Amazing sensations, I would repeat without a doubt.

Awesome Safari. Very attentive owner!
5/5

The best part about this trip is the amount of attention to detail that the owner himself put into our trip. He came and met us the day of our safari and welcomed us to the country, and introduced us to our guide, Peter.

The second best part was our guide Peter. Peter is a walking talking driving telescope. He would point out animals in far distances that I don't even know how a human being can see, but because of his attention we spotted all the big 6 animals including Rhino - which is very rare.

Awesome company. Highly recommended. Well priced.
