Top Cream helped to organise a wonderful trip to see Gorillas in Uganda
Top Cream were very professional and hardworking. They helped us to organise a lovely trip to Uganda to see the Gorillas. We stayed at Maranda lodge which had the added benefit of being next to the lake and having lake activities. Other lodges are nearer to the gorillas but would have potentially more limited other activities. We also did a community walk which was a good way to see the local community.
Top Cream were able to secure gorilla permits and hotel even though we booked very late and in peak season. As compared to other travel agencies, they were better value for money as we had flights included whereas other tour companies were offering less for the same money (ie with a 7-8 hour road trip rather than flights). The flight is an experience in itself and worth trying because you are flying low and see amazing scenery. When I accidentally paid twice - Top Cream promptly arranged to refund the money. All the partners who did pick ups were really pleasant to deal with and showed up on time.
I would definitely use them again for a trip in Africa - and not just for Kenyan tours.

We found this tour operator excellent in communications and choice of services and accommodation.
Prices seemed to be reasonable and they were reliable and staff was very nice.

Perfect safari with the best guide ever!
Starting from the first contact by e-mail Godson Adventures surprised us with very fast and friendly responses to our inquiry. The offered tour was perfect for us and it was no problem to include our self-booked accommodations and the airport transfers we needed into the safari-package.
Godson picked us up from JRO and we stayed two days on our own spending time around Arusha. At the first day of our safari we visited Tarangire NP, which was a great start. Due to Godson’s driving and navigation skills we approached a water hole just one minute before three lionesses caught one solitary Impala buck and made him their lunch. Very impressive.
On the second day we drove into Serengeti NP, which was absolutely amazing. The overwhelming number of animals and never ending grasslands kept us standing up in the car for the whole day. Spending the night in a nicely equipped tented lodge made our stay in Serengeti NP unforgettable. After breakfast we drove through Serengeti NP back to Ngorongoro Crater, where we again had a nice safari day and completed the big five by seeing nine rhinos in total. Lake Manyara NP was the last National Park of our safari on day four. All of the four parks were different and unique, so our excitement level never went down.
Based on Godson’s experience and knowledge we saw the best places in and around the park and we made it to the right places at the right time. He is a very friendly and courteous person.
Godson Adventures is a very reliable and highly professional company that we would recommend to anybody looking for the safari of their lifetime.

Great & friendly service
Richard and Steven were great, and provided everything we needed for a fantastic one day gorilla trek. They allowed flexible pick up and drop off,which made it very easy to fit into our trip. Highly trustworthy and friendly, would definitely use again and recommended to anyone.

Fantastic safari experience
Two of us spent 9 days with our wonderful guide Roger. We saw a great deal of the Northern Circuit of Tanzania during our trip and finished with day at Lake Eyasi to see a local hunter gatherer tribe.
We spent a while researching our options and felt SoT offered good value for money with a good review history.
Roger was excellent. He loves birds and was able to offer a lot of knowledge about them, but was equally able when it came to the other wildlife too. His expertise was apparent when it came to busy situations - he was always a step ahead of the game and able to get us the best spot to view the wildlife before other cars moved into position. He taught us some Swahili and we enjoyed our long journeys with him.
The northern circuit is absolutely fantastic. We saw so much during our week there and I would highly recommend it. Soul picked out good lodges/tented lodges for us to stay in, and as others have mentioned, the hot lunches we had were the envy of other tourists everywhere! The car was comfy too.
The only thing I would mention is we had a day at Lake Eyasi at the end of our itinerary (as suggested on their recommended itinerary). It was certainly a worthwhile trip, but in hindsight very expensive - it was charged at the same daily rate as the rest of our safari, despite not incurring the same park fee costs etc. While worthwhile (and geographically convenient on the way home from safari), I'd consider looking at other cheaper alternatives to see the Hadzabe!
All in all, I'd highly recommend SoT for your Tanzania safari.

Wonderful and safe safari trip
My family and I value safety before all things. william was one of the safest drivers we had ever encountered. He always drove carefully and paid extra attention to my mum who had a bad back. He also made sure the car was safe to drive at all times. Our car never broke down during our journey and it saved us a lot of time and trouble.
william was also highly knowledgeable about animals. He was always able to explain the interesting facts about the animals to us, which made our trip a lot more insightful. He was experienced in finding the animals and we were able to see a great deal and meet our expectations.
We also appreciate yaneta safaris’ politeness and kindness (brought my camera and the bag which I forgot in the car to our hotel the day after we said goodbye and even gave us a lift to the town centre to run some errands). We really enjoyed our safari trip from yaneta safaris and we won’t hesitate to recommend our guide and his company to anyone who intends to go on a safe and enjoyable safari trip to Uganda.

Completely Satisfied!
I did a solo climb with Chacha and his team followed by a five day safari with my family in May/June, and from the start the whole experience was fantastic. Chacha is not only an experienced mountaineer, superb safari guide, and all-around good guy, he is the independent owner and operator of this company, which means he if fully dedicated to ensuring that his services will be to your satisfaction. From our very first email exchanges I could see that Chacha was sincere about providing the best possible experience at a very competitive price. He was prompt in answering all of my queries and extremely flexible in meeting my requests. He even provided me with some equipment I didn't have for the climb. Throughout our trip Chacha went out of his way to help make this one of the best vacation experiences I and my family have ever had.
Climbing with Chacha and his crew was a real treat. We did a 7 day Macheme trek. His whole team were positive and fun, and I really enjoyed interacting with them. The service and food were great, and I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Chacha's experience in climbing Kili was a bonus in so many ways. He got us up early (with breakfast prepared) so that we were usually the first to leave the camp in the morning. Not only did this mean I often had the trail to myself, it also meant that we would get to the next camp early, avoiding the afternoon rains that everyone else was hiking through and getting the best spots for our tents. He was also the only guide I saw on our summit day with the foresight to bring crampons, which made our decent through the snow so much easier, faster, and safer. Chacha clearly enjoys climbing, and his good nature and encouragement made the whole journey better.
After the trek we met my wife and 5yo son in Arusha for our safari. We did a five day trip through Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti that was far better than anything I expected. Chacha was very attentive to our needs, and great with my kid. The car, accommodation, and food were all excellent, and the wildlife viewing was incredible! Chacha has a great eye, and he spotted a lot of things that we (and other cars) seem to miss. Throughout the trip he was always pleasant, patient, and helpful.
In short, if you are looking for a fairly priced operator who is going to give quality personal service, then I would highly recommend this company. Thanks for a great trip Chacha!

Peter took care of all the details and was very concerned that we had a great experience.
This particular safari was pulled together at the last minute. I know that created challenges for Peter. However, provided excellent communication and flexibility throughout the whole process.
Peter and the guide also worked hard during the tour to give us the best experience possible. They answered questions and listened to our input. Peter worked very hard to get the best pictures possible. This was appreciated on multiple levels - 1) I did not have to worry about taking pictures so I was free to appreciate the experience and 2) All I had was a cell phone camera so Peter's pictures are of a much higher quality.
Overall - I would strongly recommend Ziklag and Peter in particular.

You have a good staff who understands Customer needs and try to satisfy them at any given point. These people are your gem Preserve them.
The best guide we got i.e Mr. Juma a man with eagle eyes and having a vast knowledge In animals and botany. The experience was shows the class of the man Cheers keep it up

Collins our guide was classic. He not only provided the essentials, he went the extra mile when it came to information, story sharing and was very experienced and took great care of everyone. The Kilimanjaro Lemosho route views are amazing and we ate real food the entire trip.
