More Than We Dreamed
5/5

Wonderful. We could stop there as that sums up our trip.

However, there is more to say. If you are considering going on a trip to Africa, we believe there's only one company to do it with. I Dream of Africa. From the very beginning, Christopher and I Dream of Africa, were very pleasant to work with. It was extremely easy to communicate via email with Christopher. There were sometimes, that it would take a day or two for him to respond, but that was because he was out on safari during those times. And when he would respond, it was very professional and courteous, but most importantly it was thorough and would address all of our concerns or provide adequate updates about our upcoming trip.

It's been 6 months since our trip and we still talk about the memories or look at pictures when we were with Christopher. I Dream of Africa planned every detail of the trip other than when how to get to Africa. From the moment we stepped out of the airport, our guide was there to greet us and begin our adventure. Our guide, Christopher is the owner of the company and takes pride in everything that he does. He goes above and beyond to make the trip full of memories and a pleasant experience. In our opinion, having a local guide and local company made the trip that much more. We would see other guides and tours along our journey, and you could tell their guide did not carry the same appreciation for the animals as Christopher. We were able to see the things that we wanted to see and things that we had no idea even existed, and Christopher would take the time to explain their habits, names and other things we did not know about the animals. We shared many laughs with Christopher as he would never cease to surprise us with finding something new and having the patience as we would sit and enjoy the beauty of Tanzania.

Tanzania was welcoming and wonderful from the very beginning. Every lodge that I Dream of Africa booked for us, was extremely friendly and hospitable. The culture never stopped welcoming us and we always felt safe, no matter where our adventure took us. We had to go into town a few times to stop at a pharmacy, and we when we could not find the needed medicine, Christopher knew where else to go. He knew every area that we went to and with such ease, that we felt not only safe, but glad to have him there to truly guide us.

Since returning home, we have already discussed taking a trip back to Tanzania during another season to see what else I Dream of Africa could show us! We have not made plans yet, but know that when we do, there is only one company we will be in contact with. We highly recommend I Dream of Africa and Christopher.

Great first-time safari for a solo traveller
5/5

I recently went on a solo trip of the Northern Circuit of Tanzania with the Nature Responsible Safari Company. While this was my first safari and therefore can not compare NRSC with other companies I can't imagine having a more enjoyable experience.

Fransisca (company owner) was a tremendous help to me during the entire process. As I said, since this was my first safari I had many questions (big and small) and she was always prompt in her reply.

As any diligent traveller would do I shopped around and no one could match the great deal Fransisca offered me. She even met with me on the first day of my trip to see if I had any final questions and then again on the last day of my trip to see how everything went. I can't imagine someone at one of the big companies giving me that kind of care and attention.

I spent the majority of my trip with Emmanuel (tour guide) since I was on my own. He was incredibly knowledgeable and his friendly attitude made the entire trip a great experience. I learned a lot from him not only about the animals/parks but about Tanzania itself.

I thoroughly enjoyed my safari and recommend NRSC to anyone visiting Tanzania.

Excellent short break at the Royal Livingstone Hotel
5/5

We booked direct from the UK and our booking, queries and transfer arrangements were handled promptly, efficiently with a professional and personal service. Our stay was outstanding. The service, room, food and all staff were, without exception, friendly, courteous and professional. We booked a white water rafting through the hotel which was incredible. Probably the most exciting thing we have ever done. An unforgettable experience overall. I would highly recommend every aspect.

Amazing trip!
5/5

Awesome trip with World Tours. 4 of us booked with World tours for both our Kilimanjaro climb and also 3 days of Safari. Very professional, picked us up on time, carried us safely to our destinations. The porters and guides did an amazing job getting us up Kilimanjaro. They truly cared for our well being and did everything they could for us to be successful. We never would have made it to the summit without our guides help on summit night. I actually was able to go out in the city after our climb with a bunch of our porters and had a great time, I felt like we had really become friends after our time together on the mountain. The pricing was very competitive, and we stayed in first class safari lodges every night of our trip. Highly recommend booking with Richard and WTST....

Great trip to Murchison Falls, Uganda!
5/5

We had a wonderful experience with African Big Five Safaris. When ordering the trip, we were free to choose how many days we wanted to spend in the wild and which activities we would like to attend at what time. Our guide was professional, outgoing and spoke very well english. Everything went according to schedule without any delays. We ordered a mid-range tour, and the accommodation was great and the food even better. The national park with the Nile running through and its wildlife was amazing. All in all a great trip to Murchison falls, Uganda!

Review about Mr Otieno
5/5

I want to emphasize the great job of Mr Otieno in my family's trip to Kenia. He was always available for us, kind and correct. He certainly improved the quality of the safari and made all the arrangements extremely easy. If I book another safari in Africa, it would very probably be with you because of Mr Otieno's job.

A present for live
5/5

I still watch almost every day all pictures from our wonderful 12 days safari. I travelled with my niece as her 18th birthday gift and, given she is becoming a vet, Rose planned a very exquisite and vet-to-be focused trip. Guides were super professional and knew everything about everything...even if Carolina was very demanding. We saw all Fig 5 many times....and many other wonderful species, including whales. Thank you Rose...thank you Zambia...thank you Kwa Zulu Natal

Everything you think a safari should be but more!
5/5

From the minute we contacted Impala Tours it was an A+++ experience. Their attention to every detail of our experience was exceptional, from taking us to and from the airport (thank you Duncan and Sam) to Andre accommodating our need to pick up souvenirs in Maun (definitely beyond the call of duty). We absolutely loved the accommodations while on safari. The tented facilities were perfect. And yes it is a tent, but it was everything you come to expect from a regular hotel room with perfectly comfortable beds and fresh towels. And you don't get further off the grid than on safari. I wouldn't have changed being in tents because that, in my opinion, is what being on safari is all about. Being in the bush with the animals around you, and yes we had a hyena, hippo and giraffe meander through camp. The Okavango Delta was wonderful with Kenny, our driver, taking us on tours. The staff on the island were the best! Thank you Maria, School, Paco and Bennett for making our stay so comfortable. And the animals? Oh we saw so many it was crazy! Elephants, giraffes, hippos, impala, lechwe, baboons, crocodile, cheetah (and her cubs), too many varieties of birds to name oh and zebra, gnus, wart hogs.....well you get the idea. Andre was the best guide ever and his knowledge of the bush and the animals was incredible. I really did think safaris like this only happened in the movies. Thank you Impala Tours for the epic journey!

Wonderful trip!
5/5

We had a really nice trip that covered all our expectations. People from the Safari were really nice and friendly. We had a wonderful guide who explained us a lot of things from the country and his lifestyle. Accommodation was also very good and comfortable with all the necessities covered. The visit to the national parks were amazing and we could see all different type of animals from a very short distance. Highly recommended trip!
