Kenya: Masai Mara National Park, Lake Naivasha, Lake Victoria
5/5

Kenya is a very beautiful and unique place on earth. People were welcoming, warm and ingenuous. The National Park Masai Mara was my first Safari experience and it was amazing to see so many different wild animals. In the same way a want to appreciate that the Buen Camino Safari Team hosted us for such a great tour. Every tour was full of happiness, tension of searching for animals in different locations in the park (and mostly it work out very well!!) and board and lodging. In between we often had opportunities to get to know the human side of Africa. During the trips to Lake Naivasha and Lake Victoria we not only got impressed by the beautiful nature side, we also met a lot of different people and stories. All in all it's a perfect place for adventures and relaxing moments with people and nature.

Adventurous wildlife experiences
5/5

With great pleasure I remember our short safari to NCA, spontaneously and perfectly organized and also accompanied by Frank Marangu. Not only that we could watch a multitude of animals, our guide also had an enormous knowledge about their mode of life and enabled us to study some of their habits. I'll never forget us following the cheetah to the hideout of her cubs or the secretary birds building their nest. Moreover we enjoyed the surprisingly comfort of the tented camp which complemented these unforgettable days.

An unforgettable adventure into the wild
5/5

It had always been our dream holiday, to visit Kruger National Park and see wild animals in their natural habitat. Well, this dream came true this July, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. We spent four glorious days hunting wild game-with our cameras, of course- and were one of the lucky 33% who spotted all the Big Five.
The four-day tour was well planned, with stops for breakfast and lunch. As our vehicle wound slowly through the park, we soon learnt to spot wild animals hidden in the bush and among the trees. My first sight of two giraffes standing together and gently nudging each other and the family of elephants- five babies flanked by a huge female in front and another at the rear- well, these are sights that will forever be etched in my memory. We were lucky too in spotting a lion sunning itself on a rock as well as two leopards at fairly close quarters. Both day and night tours were excellent, with many stops for photo-shoots whenever a wild animal had been spotted.
Our trip would certainly not have been so enjoyable if it were not for our guide, Liese. She was not just knowledgeable, but patiently waited while we had our fill of photographing or filming. There was a lot about the wild we learnt from her, foremost of which is to respect the jungle and the creatures. "Don't expect anything, and then it'll happen," she cautioned us. This seems to be true, as we sighted some of the more exotic creatures when we least expected it. Thank you, Liese, for being such an excellent guide!
The camps we were put up in were basic but clean, with running hot and cold water and comfortable beds. The restaurants were also good, but catered mainly to meat eaters. Since all four of us were strict vegetarians, we found the few vegetarian options on the menu not always to our taste. Well, we were here for the safari, not for fine dining! On our last night, Liese surprised us with a lovely vegetarian meal which she had prepared! That shows service that goes an extra mile!
If anyone reading this review contemplates a Kruger park safari, I'd say, just go for it! And I'd strongly recommend Wildlife Safaris for their most excellent service.

Made our 1st Safari in Tanzania Most Memorable...
5/5

From the time bookings we made, Elias Djenga from World Air Travel & Tours gave us the best recommendations and was very accommodating with all our changes & requests as we were a group of 8 going on a 7 day tight packed schedule safari. We were provided with 2 guides Focus Charmy & Madava, they made our 7 days entertaining, comfortable, friendly & warm. They were also very well informed about the animals and knew exactly where to go to get the best viewing / gaming experience. We saw the BIG FIVE and much more through our journey covering Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangire. In addition we made a stop over at a Maasai Village on Day 2 and the morning of Day 3 with a most memorable Hot Air Balloon Ride. On arrival & departure from Arusha town, would highly recommend the Mount Meru Game Lodge & Sanctuary. In the Serengeti the Kisura Serengeti Tented Camp is basic but with great service from very friendly & accommodating staff.
When i go back to Tanzania again, rest assured it will be with this company again !

Little piece of Home
5/5

Fast. Efficient. Knowledgeable. They were very responsive to my contact, informative on my stay, and made a new place feel like home. Tour guides were excellent and gear your rides to what the visitors want to see. I did a bush walk and wanted to soak in the morning sun rays while watching the hippos. Literally just sat and watched. Most magical moment of my life to date. The food and accommodation was beyond what I could imagine and that was due to the kindness of all the employees. They made me feel like I was part of their family as they had enormous hearts in making sure I was always comfortable. I would recommend this tour group to my friends and family.

Great accommodating tour group experience!
5/5

I found Hekima Safari while searching for a reputable safari company. With so many out there, it was difficult to pick. I'm so glad I chose Hekima! Mopoo and the team were amazing! It was everything we expected and more! We had a few out of the ordinary requests and they were all met without hesitation. They really want you to be happy and made the experience exception for us. We felt very safe the entire time and they fed us well! I would definitely do this again. We've even become friends. Very friendly staff. Communication was exceptional. This is the only safari company I would ever pick in Tansania!
