Excellent value for money with local guides who are knowledgeable and customer focused
4/5

We were a family group and booked all our tours from abroad. On arrival we were met by the local guide and the chef who talked us through what we could expect on each day. They picked us up and the tours met and exceeded our expectations. The tours were affordable and the guides very knowledgeable. they went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our tours. I would highly recommend slow but sure as tour service providers, especially if you are staying in maun and want best value for money

just returned from a safari in Kenya and I have only words of thanks to Michael and his team. traveled with 4 kids and we had no problem backwards we have received a great attention from the agency and have made us enjoy this wonderful country, especially the Masai Mara that everyone would have to visit sometime. known sites and the first day we were able to see 15 lions and did spend exciting moments.
Thanks to the whole team.

Review about Ngorongoro Crater by Jeroen

The crater is a really beautiful natural sight. From the rim but also inside the crater. We saw lots of Lions, Elephants, Buffallo's, Zebras, Giraffes, Wildebeest and many other animals. It was a bit disappointing the Rhino and its calf were so far away though. But then the spoiled me is talking. It was great and everybody should go there if you have the chance!

About: Kenya
incredible wildlife in Kenya

4/5

I visited several national parks to enjoy wildlife which was incredible. They all had precious resources of wildlife which may be important properties of Kenya. Regarding tourism, the accommodation and access to the tourist attractive spots are very important. The quality of accommodation inside the parks should be improved as good as the one in Southeast Asian countries. The roads near the parks should be paved. I suppose there will be more and more tourists visiting Kenya, so we as the citizens of the world should keep these pearls of nature as one of the best parks in the world.

This was a fascinating experience, both in terms of nature and in culture!

The trip to Masai Mara was incredible, filled with amazing animals and wondrous scenery, especially at sunrise. The guide was conscientious about keeping us in the vehicle for our safety, but there were times when he would go off the trails, which did raise some objections among our group. I took the five day tour, but I would recommend a three-day safari instead. The only real bad part of it was the camp, and really only when we tried to sleep--the mosquito nets were ineffective, and on the second night, the power was out (I use a CPAP when I sleep, so this was a real problem for me), and as a result, I did not sleep well until the third night when we got to stay in a hotel.
I and other members of our group found the meeting in the Masai tribe very interesting but a bit problematic: When we were offered a chance to visit their village, we were charged a fee, which they told us was to support the village. We accepted this, but then we were confronted with peddlers in the village and railroaded into making a donation to the school we visited. This can strike a western tourist as dishonest, and it may help avoid awkward confrontations if these things are also mentioned upfront instead of sprung on us at different stages of the visit.

Well organized safari!
4/5

Well organized and planned safari. We had to change our pick up point just before we arrived in Dar es Salaam but that was no problem. The contact with Kanuth and his staff worked all the time.
Living at Hippo camp was a small adventure with monkeys jumping on our cabin roof and waking us up in the morning! The staff at hippo camp was nice and our cook made great food. Unfortunately we didn't see any wild dogs at Selous but one of the best things we saw was a big family of elephants crossing the river.

The parks are impressively beautiful and rich in wild animals, especially the Big Five. It is a unique experience to see the lions, cheetahs, guepars from two to three meters away. Security is maximum provided certain rules are respected. In end january weather is quite good.
We recommend Tanzania, for a unic experience.
