About: Botswana
Botswana provided the trip of my lifetime, and I've been around the world twice.

My trip was an amazing adventure. Perfect weather, fine accommodations, good food and wildlife viewing that exceeded my wildest expectations. I would give you my evaluation of all the camps I visited.

Nxai Pan and Lebala were amazing in every way, the game drives, the food, the accommodations were all excellent, but the staffs at both camps were what truly stands out as outstanding. In particular the guides (Chester at Nxai Pan and Rodgers at Lebala) and trackers (Shoes at Nxai Pan and Seemo at Lebala) did an amazing job every day of finding animals and getting us up close. Should I decide to return to Botswana a stay at these 2 camps will be a requirement for the trip.

Kwara. There is nothing specifically negative about my stay in Kwara, it just wasn't quite up to the standards of the Nxai Pan and Lebala overall satisfaction with the staff and accommodations. The game drives were fine.

Bakwena. My least favorite of the camps, while I would give our guide Roni an A for his efforts, the rest of this camp,(accommodations, food , and camp staff) would at best receive a C. I would definitely rule this camp out on any future trip.

Botswana is definitely at the top of my must visit again list!!

Wildlife - amazing to see animals in their natural habitat. Sounds, scenery - magical Kenya. Camps and lodges great, very nice people, good variety of food and excellent coffee. My guide Eustus from Beacon Safaries, went above and beyond duty to help me see elephants, elephants, elephants and enjoy my 50th birthday. Unforgettable trip to Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East!

Incredible holiday that delivered all we hoped
5/5

We spent a week by the sea at Mombassa, then KET collected us and delivered a superb 7 day adventure that the three of us will always remember. Nicky our driver was brilliant, helpful, always flexible and a great spotter too. We saw everything we wanted (from leopard by the van, to stamping secretary birds and mating lions!). He handled tricky situations with ease - when we were charged by a rhino, for example! Brilliant stuff. Highly recommended. And if we do it again, we'll go with KET.

Within the first 5 minutes we saw a hunt between a lioness and a zebra. This happened exactly as our guide was telling us that it was very rare to see a lion, and not to get our hopes up. We also had a huge male elephant walk directly by our jeep. Our guide went above and beyond to make sure we had a amazing experience. Lunch was surprisingly good. They kept marketing it as a light lunch but it was wraps, salads and fries with options to buy soda, ice cream, beer. We had a great view at lunch with giraffes and zebras. Would highly recommend!

First of all we were 100% satisfied with Hello Tanzania Tours service from word go! They were nothing less than perfect right to the end and best priced in the market by a country mile! Tanzania as a country from the moment we landed at the airport and had to line up for visa, baggage collection etc was generally a struggle. The roads the heavy traffic, the culture shock, the poverty needed getting used to over the first few days and then the friendliness and genuine smiles and happiness of the people just captivated you and helped you ease into the vibe of the country. Jumbo and akuna matata two well branded words, went with the territory along with trying to avoid continuous street sellers asking for exorbitant prices for unwanted souvenirs and taxi rides.
A beautiful country in its own right, blessed with a heart throbbing wildlife and beautiful friendly and happy people despite their daily struggles, I felt however disillusioned by the exuberant prices tourists were expected to pay for services that might cost less than half in other more developed tourist destinations. I don't care how high the season is, the prices being asked by hotels, some in Zanzibar were well above $1,000 per night, very nice granted but not any nicer than any hotel you might find in Dubai or Greece at high season.
Personally I was humbled how happy and genuinely positive and cheerful Tanzanians seemed in the face of abject adversity and poverty! That for me was priceless and something everyone in the developed world who correlates happiness with wealth and money should go and experience at least once a year as a reminder to themselves!
I hope to return and see other safari parks one day soon.
Thank you Hello Tanzania Tours for tirelessly bending over backwards to make this trip as memorable and accommodating as possible.
Asante!

Fantastic Experience ..Thanks to KET
5/5

I just came back from a 4 days 3 nights safari trip to Kenya. The whole experience was amazing, Thanks to KET.

I knew about KET from trip advisor and dropped an email to Mr. Paul among other companies. He was the 1st to respond with all details. He was very responsive and helpful.

My friend and I, visited Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara including one of the Maasai villages . From day one, we were very impressed with everything, the nature and weather were fantastic., the trip organization was flawless , the hotels were stunning and service was impeccable.Everything was just PERFECT!

Our driver, Francis, was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly .Thanks to him, we saw the big five and lot of other animals. He taught us view Swahili words.. Nashukuru sana Francis 

Asante sana KET safari for an unforgettable vacation!

About: Ethiopia
Ethiopia is an amazing and very diverse country with a rich cultural background.

Ethiopia is a wonderful country. I visited only the north, where the wildlife is not as spectacular as in the south (or other countries I've visited, such as Namibia). That said, the Simien Mountains is the only place where I've watched fauna without feeling like an intruder. As we walked among the monkeys, they slowly began to accept us. We had the impression of belonging to their community! Also, the scenery is very diverse, and great for hiking. I loved being able to combine physical activity with animal watching. In most natural reserves, we never got out of the bus. I strongly recommend combining the mountain hiking with a visit to Lalibela, a very beautiful place.

Amazing wildlife and scenery - Kenya's National Parks in December
Overall rating
5/5

Our family of 4 went on holiday during the winter school break - we visited 3 national parks - Amboseli, Samburu, and Mara, with a day in Nairobi on either end. Overall the trip was excellent and easy. As first time travelers to Kenya, we decided to go high-end and use a tour agency to book everything, but with some experience we could have saved a few dollars and put the pieces together ourselves. In Nairobi, we visisted the Blixen Museum, the Sheldrake Elephant Orphan Center, and the Giraffe Center - felt they were all worth it. In each park, we did a morning and evening game drive and saw lots of wildlife including 1 cheetah, a pride of lions, and luckily a leopard very close up in Samburu. The guides were knowledgeable and very attentive. Our 12-year old got a little bored and skipped a few game drives (in the mornings particularly), and the trip would have been just as nice doing just the evening game drives. In terms of accommodation, we stayed at the Amboseli Serena Lodge (excellent), Samburu Shova (lovely just next to the river), and the Mara Serena (amazing view of the plains). The Mara Serena had a water pipe break while we were there and our room didn't have water for 24 of the 48 hours. While the hotel was very nice about it and apologetic, they offered no compensation/benefit, which I found odd. We had to use bathrooms in the lobby and showers in the gym which were not so far away.

Amboseli safari with Beacon Safaris - fantastic!!!

What a great time! From the well written communications for booking the trip via email with Robert, thru easy online payment to a great driver in Kevin, we had a great time going on a three day safari in Amboseli National Park in Kenya, all organized through Beacon Safaris. They arranged to have the driver pick us up from our golf course hotel west of Nairobi and took us straight to the safari camp called Kibo Safari Camp, a luxurious tented camp that I highly recommend. The safari itself was excellent with an abundance of animals. Kevin definitely knew where to look and he is very knowledgeable about them. Overall, it was a great trip and I highly recommend Beacon Safaris.

My wife and I traveled to Tanzania for our honeymoon in August 2018. While we had high expectations for our trip, nearly every aspect of the trip exceeded those expectations. It’s one thing to read about Tanzania online, or view pictures of the wildlife you might encounter, but to be face-to-face with the animals on the Serengeti is indescribable. The people of the country were incredibly welcoming everywhere we went (not just in the tourist areas) and we cannot say enough about our guide. If you haven’t been to Tanzania we would highly recommend it. Shout out to Gosheni Safaris! They were amazing!
