Perfect Safari with a perfect and experienced driver!!
5/5

I've been on safari with my wife. We've had the bus just for ourselves. Our driver "Musa" was very very nice an he knew EVERYTHING about the animals... even everything about birds an animal-poo ;)
We've seen them all: on our first day a group of about 70!! elephants, wildbeasts, buffalos, cheetahs!!, a leopard walking along the road!!, rhinos, six times lions, even with little cubs, a lot of hippos (mara river lodge), few flamingos (lake nakuru) and of course lots of giraffes and zebras.
We've never been in danger, even as we've been right between the elephants, because our driver's had so much experience, that he knew, how to handle this possibly dangerous situation! I really really can recommend him and the lilac adventures limited!!! Book MUSA, he's the best!!!
Thank you very much for this wonderful, unforgettable experience (this was my first safari and won't be my last for sure!)!!! Sally and Natalie

Very impressed by the attention to details
5/5

My wife and I were concerned on how difficult if might be to plan our trip, from the United States, with an agency located in South Africa. Our agent, Kathi, quickly put any concerns we had to rest. The communications were easy and the response to our questions was quick. African Welcome Safaris went above and beyond what even our local travel agents would do to accommodate our wants and needs. My wife and I split out time between the Busanga Plains bush camp and camp Kapamba in the south Luangwa Valley. We both commented how the accommodation, and the food, far exceeded our expectations. Not to mention, the guides were extremely knowledgeable. If given the chance, I would return to Africa and would definitely book our trip with African Welcome Safaris.

Perfect Honeymoon Safari
5/5

We had a 4-day private safari trip to Mikumi National park incl. visit to Udzungwa waterfalls. The whole tour was arranged just as perfect as possible. Pick up at htl was in time, car was clean, comfortable & huge as for 2 of us :) Our guide Toni is worth of special attention. He is a great guy. Toni made his best for us to see 4 of Big Five (believe it's not so easy in Mikumi). If you travel to Mikumi, we highly recommend to stay at Angalia Tented Camp. Actually Kanuth Adventures booked it for us according to our special request (usually they offer Tan Swiss Lodge) , it was their 1st booking indeed, but now I think it's not the last :) This place if worth visiting- real nature at its best!!! Overall, it was awesome! Thanks to Kanuth Adventures for making our honeymoon safari unforgettable!!! Next time in Tanzania we will definitely book new trip at Kanuth Adventures.

Amazing hike with great people ! I will remember this for the rest of my life !
5/5

Kilimanjaro was my first hike ever. With little reserch and ignorant mind I desided to join my sister and three friends over new years 2013/2014. I was amazed how much east africa travle had prepared for our arrival. They are all professional, kind and caring who motivated us the intire way. The meals was so good, still impressed of all the big meals they would prepare for six days! I was the last og my group to make it to the top, but made it after alot of help and care from one of the guides (john) . He would carry some of my weight, keep me hydrated and reminded me what my goal was I am still so greatful for all the time and energy he used to motivate instead of letting me give up that easely ! Than you all for the amazing adventure and the fun we had playing cardgames at night. I will never forgt it :) lots of love from Oslo

Good times!
5/5

I was playing in Nairobi with Danish/Zambian singer Karen Mukupa and we had the pleasure of driving with Safaritrek. Moses, our designated driver for about three weeks, was a very thoughtful and professional driver who certainly knows his way around! His knowledge of both wildlife and general life in Kenya was impressive and he answered all our probably stupid questions with patience :) We had a great time with him and made a true friend! I would certainly recommend Safari Trek Tours to anyone who are looking to explore Kenya and seeks professionel guiding!

A friendly, safe and beautiful journey into the Serengeti.
5/5

The cars arrived on time in the two cars as agreed to pick the 10 of us up at the hotel in central Arusha, and from there on we really just sat back and enjoyed the whole 4 days with the friendly and knowledgable drivers. We had already booked camping inside Serengeti with another company, but our drivers worked seamlessly with the other camp and stayed there together with us free of charge on our part.
The guides were highly experienced and we saw almost all animals there are to see in the first two days. The guys knew their way around the plains very well, and always knew when we needed lunch - the food they provided on the way from Arusha was excellent by the way.
Highly recommended!

Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris provided my wife and I with a once in a lifetime experience.
5/5

My wife and I went on a 13 day safari with Kenya Walking Survivor’s and we were extremely happy with every aspect of the trip. Mr. Otieno is very ethical and will go to all lengths to make your trip spectacular. Our plane arrived and departed in the wee hours of the night and he provided transportation each time. We had such a great guide (Ochieng) who was focused on providing us with the best views and photos of all of the animals. He was very knowledgeable too about all of the animals and the country of Kenya. Our accommodations were top of the line. I know with Kenya Walking, you can choose to tent it, but we chose the tented camps and lodges which were very luxurious. We literally had linen table clothes and a 5 course meal out in the middle of the Serengeti when we went to Tanzania. Mr. Otieno is very accessible too. He couldn't be more attentive to his clients. The food at all of our lodges and tented camps included a wide variety of Western food and some African selections. It was delicious. They will provide all the bottled water for you on your safari. He really listens to the clients’ feedback too. I cannot stress enough how nice these tented campsites are. It was like we were the rich and famous on a safari. He said he negotiates rates, so he can get them much cheaper than if the customer books it directly. I was afraid since his rates were lower than the other companies that I would get subpar experience, but that wasn't the case at all. Overall, I would rate our experience as 5+++! You can’t go wrong with this company.
