Wonderful family trip to the heart of Tanzania
5/5

We had a great trip. We are delighted with the services.
We visited the most beautiful parks in Tanzania led by our guide who spent a lot of energy to make us discover the most beautiful places and see so many animals. In particular
the big five! We felt safe and his driving was good (the roads a little less obviously). The lodges were sumptuous and the meals delicious. Special mention for the Signature lodge especially for the kindness of the hosts and the atmosphere. We loved being in contact with the tribes who welcomed us well and who shared their way of life quite simply. We liked less the visit to the Maasai if were quite cold.
We can say that it was a dream trip that filled the little ones (6 and 9 years old) and the big ones

Very friendly and helpful
4/5

Great tour, be aware that it takes hours to drive short distances in Madagascar due to the roads, however the untouched scenery is unbelievable.
Tour guide and driver were impeccable

amazing and awesome, the best trip of my life
5/5

We booked a 10 days safaritour to kenya and tansania. During this trip we saw a lot of animals: lions and leopards hunting, lion babies group and more... the hotels provided by the travel agency were amazing, and we could also see lions and elephants drinking water. the tour guide James is very experienced, we saw the great migration of wildebeast on the mara river, which was very spectacular! The guide Tumaini from Tansania took care of us all the way, the driving skill was very good and safe. He also did a great job explaining many facts about local culture, the animal natures and many more great insights! Highly recommended agency, tour guides, hotels and the entire journey.

In fact, that was the best holiday of my life, also thanks to the team of the agency and local guides.

Epic adventure
5/5

We went on a 4 days safari with Epic Uganda Vacation. The communication with Moses and the team was very smooth, we have been picked up by our super friendly and attentive guide Scodious at our base in Kigali, who drove us to Bwindi national park, taking care of all our needs and showing us the beautiful regions. We stayed 3 nights at Bweza lodge, which turned out to be a gem of an arrangement, with a magnificent view on the impenetrable forest. The staff there was also great: very kind and helpful. The gorilla tracking was a one-in-a-lifetime experience, unforgettable. All in all, an EPIC VACATION, 11 out of 10!
And Scodious ROCKS, she simply does!!

Most amazing guide
5/5

I cannot recommend Benji enough. He was excellent at getting us to where the action was without it feeling like a mad race for the Big 5, which wasn’t the approach we wanted. He listened to us and as per magic we found ourselves where the action was, almost every time before all the other Jeeps.
Benji’s enthusiasm is contagious, he seemed to genuinely enjoy the safari as much as we did, as if it was the first time he saw it all. He also had a lot of knowledge about the animals and their environment which he shared with us very casually, always with a lot of humour and an evidently genuine passion for it all. Finally his company and professionalism were top notch. Our family still talk about him! Highly recommend!

Safari line defenders, especially our driver, Freddie gave us an incredible experience!
5/5

Safari line defender tours were amazing for us. My husband and I did a 3 day private safari at Amboseli. We asked if they could pick us up from Diani and then drop us off afterwards in Nairobi and they were happy to do so! They organized every part of the travel, got us a driver, booked us train tickets, and had our driver waiting for us when we arrived to drive us to Amboseli. Before the trip, they communicated with us well and clearly and responded very fast. Safaris are just expensive, but we felt like this one was a little more affordable while still providing everything we wanted! We were more than happy.
We had Freddie as our driver and he was incredible! He helped us find everything we wanted to see and did an amazing job getting us to the front of the group when there was a crowd looking at something. He was relaxed and not stressful and helped us feel right at home. He was what made our actual safari experience amazing.
We stayed at Nyati camp, and had a great experience there as well! They were flexible to give us meals when we needed them and packed us lunches on our full day safari.
At Amboseli, we had a great experience! We saw every type of animal you could see there. We saw Lions and Cheetahs (and 5 cubs!) multiple times. We saw such magnificent elephants and giraffes.

10 Night Tour In Rwanda, Uganda & Tanzania
5/5

We booked this trip very last minute (1 week before starting) and Kubwa Five efficiently arranged the tour with no problem and even though they had such short notice were able to book some great hotels and lodges for us as well as two fantastic tour guides. Another stand out point of Kubwa was that they always kept in contact and kept us updated on everything we needed to know.

We started the tour in Rwanda, where we were picked up at the Kigali Marriott by the super-friendly and charismatic Smith (insta: Smithtourguide Uganda) who was always upbeat and forever had a smile on his face. SmithTourGuide gave us a city tour of Kigali and then drove us to Volcanoes National Park where we went Golden Monkey trekking.

SmithTourGuide then drove us over the border into Uganda and to Bwindi National Park. It was a long drive but SmithTourGuide made it so much fun and one of the best moments of the tour was when he stopped near a village where there were a group of children, turned up the car radio and we danced with the children off the side of the road. They were so cute, laughing and had so much fun (as did we!).

The following day we had an unforgettable time gorilla trekking and got right up to a group of gorillas. It was amazing and you should definitely do it if you get the chance.

The second part of the tour was a safari in Tanzania and we were met at Kilimanjaro airport by Alpha, our second wonderful guide who took us on game drives at Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti. Alpha is an experienced guide who knows the areas like the back of his hand and was often able to locate animals before other safari companies. We saw so many animals including the big 5. Although Alpha must have done these game drives countless times, he was still very enthusiastic and we could see he still very much enjoyed seeing the animals. He also had an enormous knowledge of the flora and fauna and could answer all our questions about the animals, vegetation and geography. Not to miss an opportunity Alpha unexpectedly even took us on a game drive in the morning before dropping us off at the airport and it was so much appreciated.

One unfortunate occurrence was that the estimate they gave us before booking was way off and increased by a whopping 34% when it came to booking. It was blamed on lodge rates and forgetting to add the park fees and VAT (even though they were shown as included in the estimate). I understand that lodge fees may have been more expensive as it was quite last minute but the rest was a huge error on their part.

That issue aside, we really enjoyed our 11 days exploring Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania and I would highly recommend Kubwa Five as a friendly and caring company who truly want their customers to have a great time. I researched a lot of companies before committing to Kubwa Five and I believe I made a really good choice.

Beyond Expectations
5/5

When I first planned this trip I was going with a partner. However, things had changed and I was going solo. A lot of thoughts ran through my head on how a solo trip to Africa for the first time would go. All these issues were pushed aside by Serengeti Clarity and more specifically my personal tour guide Abdul. Abdul made sure every day was filled with what I wanted to see and do. He’d introduced me to local and authentic foods which I became addicted to and went out of his way to get me into a few tours on the side around Mto Wa Mbu and with the Maasai. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to come back this way again but if I did it would be with Serengeti Clarity and Abdul especially.

Steve gave us a lot of information about the country, the people and the animals, drove carefully
5/5

The tour was very well organized and we had a really great guide in Steve. We visited four national parks and stayed in camps and lodges. Madukha Tours made our individual requests possible. We can only recommend Madukha and would book with them again.
