Fantastic tour by a knowledgable company
We toured the west of Uganda with Kombi Nation Tours and had an excellent, flawless tour. Rachel and Steve who run the company both live in Kampala and know the locations inside out so they can tailor the trip perfectly to your needs. We were travelling with a toddler and Rachel took our safety really seriously and found the best lodges, car, driver etc to suite our needs.
We had some excellent activities on our trip which were recommended by Rachel. The first was the predator tracking in Queen Elizabeth NP, where you have one of the research team join your safari drive and you track the lions by their collars. You're allowed to go off road with them so we saw 18 lions up close and learnt much more about their behaviour than on a standard drive. The second was the 'surprise' sundowner where we were met on a beautiful lookout in Ishasha with a full bar and canapés!
While planning the tour we had great information from Kombi Nation and tweaked the tour as we wanted. During the tour Rachel checked in with our driver Frank daily and they solved any minor issues (things like route changes due to the weather).
The lodges chosen were all brilliant. We were really impressed with the food and service, our highlights were Ishasha Wilderness Camp and Rwakobo Rock. Rachel visits them all regularly so knows which are run well and where there are management changes.
Overall a wonderful 10day tour!
Great experience
I booked the 2-day Safari to Mikumi National Park spontaniously for last weekend, since I was on a business trip in Tanzania. First I was worried to travel as a woman alone in Tanzania, but Daniel and Alico from Amani Tours Team organized everything so perfectly, that I felt very safe at all times. My guide Alico picked me up at the hotel early in the morning on Saturday and brought me to the airport again after the trip on Sunday evening for my local flght to Arusha. On the Safari, we got to see a lot of elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffalos and even a lion right next to the Jeep! I enjoyed especially the open roof of the jeep, since I had a perfect panorama view, which is just fantastic in the park. I was very lucky with my accomodation too, I got to stay in Mikumi Bandas/cottages, which is a really Budget tent experience. I met the manager of the place and the other guests in the evening when we had dinner together. I even got to feed the bush babies at night with bananas and got to see some wild cats which were around the camp at night. So overall the whole trip was a great experience for me, that I do not want to miss!
I wish I could have more time to stay in Tanzania and see more animals but Amani Tours has showed me a lot of animals.I can't wait to say thank you so much Amani Tours Team for your trustwoth, efficiency and reliability.I will always reccommend Amani Tours to all my aged experienced travellers in America to use Amani Tours when in Tanzania for 'Safari of the lifetime in Africa.

Best service!
My safari in Namibia and Zimbabwe was organized by "Southern Africa 360 - Luxury Holidays" from 26 October to 4 November 2015.
I would like to thank Nikki Reynish for her professional approach to business! Nikki was always in touch with me since the time when i sent her my request and till my safari was over! The tour was organized according to the highest standards and with very reasonable prices! When i came to know that my program in Namibia excluded visiting a colony seals, Nikki had done everything possible for me and i could leave my group and spent time with these amazing animals! It was quite complicated because it was a private tour, and I was traveling in a group. There were many difficulties with timetable and cost, but Nikki solved this problem and arranged this trip perfectly!! She was constantly in touch with me and we were exchanging messages all the time!
I am a Head of Customer Service Department in advertising agency and I know very well the price of such service! I am satisfied that i have chosen "Southern Africa 360 - Luxury Holidays" and i highly recommend to everyone this company! If i go to the South Africa i will prefer only "Southern Africa 360 - Luxury Holidays"!
Thanks again for the wonderful emotions and impeccable service!

Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by cyanocorax
A vast landscape with piles of bones a reminder of the circle of life. We followed vultures to a kill and eventually to the cheetah mother who took down the wildebeest for her cubs. Warthogs were comic relief. Lazy hippos and crocodiles in the river, a tawny eagle near our picnic spot. And yes, lions. A bit too many vans, some get too close to the wildlife for their comfort or ours.

Flamingos, of course, but also rhinos and baboons and an orange-headed blue lizard (probably a Kenya Rock Agama).

Amboseli has an amazing concentration of wildlife
Because so many animals are drawn to the extremely wet areas in an otherwise dry landscape, Amboseli National Park offers amazing opportunities to see wildlife. Elephants, zebra, giraffes, wildebeest, and various antelopes are plentiful and easy to see from safari vans. So are many birds -- we saw ostriches, bustards, and even a secretary bird. The noble Kilimanjaro presides over the classic landscape. While there are quite a few tourists, our guides from Safari Adventures International and our hosts at Kibo Safari Camp made us feel special.

So many elephants! Great guides and it didn't feel too 'touristy' or developed.
An Authentic Trip Through the African Bush
This trip was the highlight of my month of traveling through Africa. We were taken up the delta on traditional mokoro boats, and set up to camp in the middle of the wilderness. Our guides (members of the local village) took great care of us, and took us on multiple safari walks. these walks allowed us to see the animals up close and in their natural, undisturbed habitat. With such little alterations to the landscape, the Okavango Delta is truly a magical place. 100% would go back, and would definitely recommend it to a friend!
