Not a day goes by that I don't think about going back to Africa with Vundi
Vundi is an amazing guide. The best I've ever seen. By far. I was very excited about my trip to Africa. It was a dream of a lifetime. I had read a little and watched a couple of shows, to get an idea of what to expect. Vundi blew all that out of the water. He knows the animals and showed us the Big 5. (I later learned that not everybody gets to see all of them on the same trip). But Vundi knows so much more than that. He knows ALL of the animals, from the smallest insect to the largest elephant. He can read their tracks - calls it his morning newspaper. He can read their scat and will teach you things about the animal that you would have never thought to ask. He knows their habits, their patterns, their ways, their diet, their tendencies. He has almost a sixth sense for finding them, and anticipating where they will go next so you can watch them and get great photos. He knows the birds - by their sight, by their sounds, by their habitat. He knows the plants - the trees, the grasses, the flowers. He has an uncanny understanding of the entire ecosystem and will take the time to show you how it all works together. Vundi is a great teacher and he clearly loves what he does. He is a wonderful steward of nature and works hard to preserve it for all to enjoy.
Vundi is not only knowledgeable and a great teacher. He is an absolute pleasure to be around. I was thoroughly impressed with his insight to our needs. He welcomed every question and was a wealth of information, whether it was about the ecosystem, the weather, the history, the politics, the night sky, photography - he is an amazing photographer. I could tell that before I ever saw him with a camera in his hand. He would use all these skills - find the animals, predict where they were going next, drive to a perfect location, taking into account the direction of the sun and the shadows and the background... all in a matter of seconds - and position the vehicle - and the photographer - in the perfect position to get great shots, and with plenty of time to set up. It was amazing. Once he did have a camera in his hand, I got to see what he could do with it. He is a very skilled photographer in his own right.
We all felt very lucky to have Vundi guide us on our trip. He instilled a love for and an understanding of the Okavango Delta and its many treasures. I think every day about the day I will go back. And when I go back, it will be with Vundi.
Wonderful and engaged. Sello was very kind and provided great service and insight on the tour.
Sello was very hospitable and kind. He provided great service and was informative. He drove us around all day and made sure we had enough time to see everything we needed to see - given the tight timeline. He had cold water ready for us in the van which was a bonus. Thanks Sello!

This Safari tour was amazing even tough a few minor issues happened
We spent a Safari Tour with Wilson as driver and guide. He is very nice and he was great in making us see all the animals, just the leopard was missing unfortunately. He spoke in english every time. Quality was good for the safari price. There were some minor issues: our car nearly broke due to an engine issues and we lost some hours to manage the problem and the accomodation was not always the same specified in the program.

Awesome experience with an excellent driver
Awesome experience! Anaeli has been fantastic! We had 4 days (3 nights) safari in all the 4 parks and the driver (Anaeli) has been fantastic! We have seen all the big 5, thanks to good luck but also thanks to a very experienced guide! Moreover, Issa has been amazing in setting up the Safari, excellent communication!

Family-friendly trip of a lifetime with Blue Crane!
It's hard to know where to start but Blue Crane Safari consistently went above and beyond to help my family (me, my wife, and two young daughters) have a trip through southern Africa that far exceeded our (already very high!) expectations! From the initial planning phase, Jamie was super responsive, answered all our questions, made suggestions based on our interests, and helped us to secure bookings that seemed impossible to get from here in the US. She put together an itinerary through Namibia, Botswana, and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe that hit all the main highlights we wanted to see, and included a mix of kid-friendly activities. The amazing thing about the itinerary was that for 18 days, it never felt redundant. Every day built on things we had previously learned and then provided new experiences.
Me-Gusto, our guide, was phenomenal. His breadth of knowledge about flora, fauna, geology, astronomy, culture and history were incredible. He was funny, entertaining, polite, and he did everything possible to keep our kids comfortable and safe along the way.
I'd been looking forward to taking a trip like this with my family for as long as I can remember. The cost and time it takes to get to and experience southern Africa from the US really made us think of it as a once-in-a-lifetime trip so we wanted to make sure we did it right, and I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out!

Fantastic/safe safari tour with great plans
I am so happy I booked with Msangai. They are reliable and professional. Our trip went so smoothly and we didn’t have to do anything once we got there. Our guide Emanuel was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable/kind/attentive. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time from landing to when we left. He also speaks multiple languages which was very helpful. I would book with them again and again!

Patient ,careful and Pay attention customers experience.
Steve is the person in charge of our safari this time. He pays great attention to the customer experience. On the day of pick-up, he also appeared with the driver to receive us, which made us feel very warm, and the director Edison was very patient, especially for 6-year-old children. Every time I see a new animal, I will stop and open the wildlife book to explain it to the child. This time, Safari was very impressive. It's not very appetizing about the food in some hotels. Regarding accommodation, the first night of the tribe hotel was arranged on the negative floor, which is not very good. Other hotels are good. Overall, it's good.

Extremely professional operator that you can trust. I would use them again.
The trip was very well organised and we had full confidence in our guides. Communication was excellent and all shuttles and guides were punctual.
We took the 4 day package staying at the Raddisson. Having weighed up all the options this representante good vfm against our budget and we were not disappointed. The hotel was delightful and rooms and facilities as expected for a 5* hotel.
On the 4 day experience I do not think it is worth upgrading to a superior room as with full days you are never really there to see the view. You return afer sunset and depart at the crack of dawn. The rooms are identical and both have extremely comfortable beds. Invest elsewhere.
The sunset safari was superb and at a small reserve close by the hotel. Gift and Soloman were great guides and good company. Definitely shorts and t shirt as it was warm in the late afternoon.
The Kruger drive was good and very different. Stanly looked after us and we saw lots of great sights. The morning was cold until around lunchtime. You will need trousers and warm clothing. The Moafrika ponchos were needed as we did not prepare properly. The park is incredible and the scale needs to be seen to be believed. Lunches and coffee stops take longer than expected as every tour descends on the same restaurant. Quality is good though.
The Panorama day was needed as the team needed a gentle day. Safari is a real privilege but it is also a bit if a boot camp. The days are long and even though you are sat down they are still tiring. The panoramic scenery is stunning and we enjoyed sharing knowledge with our guide Sello. The day is worth it if you can spare the time.
I now look forward to our morning game drive back at Blue Canyon before taking the shuttle back to Johannesburg.
5* to Moafrika. Certainly add them to your shortlist.

Real lifetime experience
Amazing country, amazing safari we had. To see the animals in their natural habitat was an honour for us. Everything from day one was excellently arranged by Suricata Safaris. Food, accommodation was great. But most of all, our guide Freddie. We could not expect a better guide. Very informative and knowledgeable, he answered all our answers. His passion and respect for this place and animals got through to us and made us start thinking for our next visit.

Great experience with David!
We have a great week with our guide David! He did his best to track the animals and we manage to see 4 of the 5 bigs along a lot of other animals!
He was also super resolutive, secure driver and a great company during the long drives which was important for us.
For sure I will recommend him again!
The only thing I would improve is the communication with the company beforehand, as it makes you distrust because they don’t answer you even if you have paid. I recommend talking with them by phone instead of whatsapp. Even though the experience later is worth it!
