Greatly awesome!
5/5

So, to make a long story short: Our trip was amazing! We did a stunning three day safari, organized by Charles. Saw Ngorongoro as well as Serengeti and were lucky with regards to the animals we saw :) Safari was awesome, food was very good. We felt very comfortable throughout our whole trip particularly thanks to Charles who took care of us and helped us with the bookings of our hotels, additional transports, etc. He’s just a great tour operator.

We’ll recommend him to our friends and – that’s for sure – get back to him as soon as we’ll be back in Tanzania! Asante sana, Charles for a lovely time!

6 day Kilimanjaro climb and six day family safari
5/5

Jackson Lyimo helped us book a successful Kilimanjaro climb for my two sons aged 18 and 16 as well as a six day game safari for my family of four. Impressed with the great people, quality of communication by email and in person. Prices were very reasonable. Offices located in the Moshi Ymca. The Ymca is basic but with gorgeous swimming pool and views of Kilimanjaro. You won't do better.

Amazing how far Brain went to fit my needs into the experience he whiched for me to have!
5/5

First of all I was a single Female traveling on a very low budget. Brain took care of me finding affordable lodging off the beating path but always looking out for my safety. Even set up meeting of friends to watch out for me when traveling through Cities. He changed my itenery 5 times to adjust to my personal tastes.
This company is the best and really takes care of you from planning thur all your travel need. Always easy to reach if you want help or a change. Has the best Private Camp in the Serengetti. Helped me plan a trip that far exceeded my DREAMS.

Great time with friends
5/5

I have been wanting to visit Africa for a while and narrowed it to Kenya. After corresponding with several tour companies, Expedition Kenya Safari was my final choice. We felt special and at ease when Patrick the company owner handled all our e mail and phone communications. Although it was a challenge for us to find a safari package that met our budget, he was patient enough to work with us. We ended up spending more than we had planned but it was worth it. On arrival we were met by Kuria who runs operations. A very entertaining gentleman who checked on our progress during our entire safari duration. He even joined us for late lunch before our flight home. Kenya beat all our expectations for its wildlife, scenery and hospitality. And yes we will be back.....

We have been taking safaris with EAWS for about 20 years. They are brilliant -- knowledgeable and great attention to detail and comfort.

The African Safari
5/5

Still recovering from an incredible holiday in Africa, and a week in Kenya that will be etched in our memory forever. Travelling with children, specially on a wildlife focused trip can be intensive and challenging, but courtesy Smita and her team at Chalo Africa, we had a schedule that was perfect and the right mix of fun and more fun! From home stays to small resorts and big establishments, we sampled a bit of it all, and every stage was as promised, most of the time even better. And not to mention the travel and safety tips, that were a huge help. A big part of the experience was courtesy Tony, our guide and friend for one week in Kenya. His insight, knowledge and gentle demeanour was much appreciated. Thanks all for a very very memorable trip, and hope to be back soon.

Helpful with booking and payment
4/5

I booked our hotel in Victoria Falls with Falcon Safaris and the online support I received both from the booking person and the accounts department was excellent as I wanted to book 2 rooms, one for my elderly parents with mobility difficulties and pay in SA Rands, which the accounts department enabled me to do, sending me not only the exchange rates but also the information that they used to do the exchange, which is very open and above board of them.

Great safari experience
5/5

We used KETS for a trip to Masai Mara in Sep 2013 with a family of 12. First, the drivers were very timely picking us up from our residence early in the morning. We stayed only one night so we had only one afternoon and half of the next day to see the wildlife. Right from the get go our tour guides Duncan and Nicky were very ambitious about communicating with other drivers on where the animals had been spotted and expeditiously getting us there. Besides making sure they knew which specific animals we wanted to see in order to maximize the use of our limited time, they were extremely knowledgeable about the layout of the park and simply do not miss a beat. They even reduced their break time when we arrived so that we can have more daytime to see the animals. The wildlife population seems to have diminished over the years in Masai Mara so if you are looking for a pragmatic no frills company to really get down to business in finding the wildlife, this will be a wise choice.
