Spectacular and Superb - by far the best Safari trip we have done in almost 20 years
Fantastic Experience with Nature Travel - Namibia
When we finally decided to pursue an ultimate trip on our bucket list, Namibia, financially as a result of receiving a small family inheritance.
We contacted several Tour and Game Drive operators covering Namibia. We provided them all with a detailed brief as to what we wanted for this trip based on our numerous years of experience with safaris in Kruger, Botswana, Zambia, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Uganda etc.
We subsequently received a couple of positive replies but Nature Travel Namibia through Nicolette Muller, seemed to be the very best at understanding our requirements and tailored a 16 day trip accordingly, which other companies seemed to miss.
We therefore decided to go with Nature Travel Namibia and they then adjusted plus tweaked the itinerary to meet our exact requirements.
We did in fact ask for their best Guide/Driver. What we got was an absolutely fantastic 16 day trip far surpassing our expectations and the Guide/Driver (Marc Cronje) was nothing short of superb, almost a walking encyclopaedia on wildlife and nature.
Note: being heavily into photography this more than surpassed what I had expected in terms of photo opportunities, a selection of which I have and am posting on Facebook, both my own site and on the "Namibia Photographers Group"
In short without doubt the best African Safari trip we have ever had since 2001.
Not sure what else we can say except Nature Travel Namibia is by far our ultimate choice for any future trips and would 100% recommend them to anybody

Top Notch safari with African Starpal safaris
My husband and I just finished our 5 days Masai Mara lake Nakuru Tour which for sure exceeded our expectations. Not only was the safari outstanding, mainly due to the professionalism of our tour guide and reservations guys, but the people were so warm and friendly that each day after the safari we felt as if we had come home to be with our long lost friends. The accommodation was comfortable and left nothing to be desired, yet in a setting that made us feel close to the unspoiled natural habitat of the animals that were around us. We want to do it again and probably will in the nearest future and we make it long. AfricanStarpal, our tour operator is quite professional and will definitely recommend the company to our friends.

It was one of my best safari in Africa
We communicated with africa starpal when we arrival in Nairobi for business for a quick trip to masai mara. The staff replied to our emails very fast which was better for us because we had very short time to arrange the safari.We organized a 3 day Masai Mara safari .The cost was very cheap and affordable for a private safari,the van very clean and very friend drive.We saw the big five at mara.Still thinking of travelling to kenya with my family next year to witness the migration with them.Thank you to all staff starting with Paul who organize all the safari.

Excellent communication. Amazing Safari experience
The entire trip was simply amazing first arranging it online with Paul from Starpal. Starting from accommodating our last minute trip, to being picked from the airport very later to our Nairobi hotel.The Lodge was beautifully appointed and luxurious, the staff was attentive, warm, and welcoming every time we come from our game drive, and the food was delicious. The safari itself was incredible and once in a lifetime.Thanks to the very good planning and support, everything went really smoothly and we had a great time. The value for money is really outstanding.Cant forget to mention how our guide was the best to spot wildlife and be there the first for the best shot.4 days at masai mara was very short with this company.We highly recommend them for your best safari in kenya.

I'm glad this company is no longer allowed on here as in our opinion we have been scammed. Unfortunately I had purchased a safari with them before they were taken off of here. I'm so upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has ruined my honeymoon entirely and am out about $2600 Canadian. Please be more careful when choosing tour companies that can advertise on here.

21 Days Grand Uganda Rwanda Safari
I had a truly wonderful 21 day safari with Bugoli Adventures. It was a last minute decision to visit Uganda and Rwanda. Without much preparation time, the booking process was still very personal. Michael has put together the perfect itinerary taking into account my preferences: a mix of different wildlife and cultural experiences as well as some hiking activities.
My safari then started at the airport in Entebbe, where I was picked up by Michael and my guide Silver. Silver was absolutely great: As a very experienced driver, he knew all the best routes and made my trip safe and comfortable. In addition, he has eagle eyes and could spot wildlife from a great distance. So I saw all the Big Five and collected a lot of amazing photos. My personal wildlife highlight of the trip was definitely visiting the gorillas in Bwindi.
As a solo traveler, I opted for budget accommodations to cut down on my expenses. However, the accommodations selected by Michael really exceeded my expectations: the rooms were spacious and clean, mostly with a great view. Ideal for relaxing after a long day of driving. The 3 course meals at their restaurants were delicious. The meals were carefully selected in personal consultation with their chef.
In closing, I would like to highly recommend Bugoli Adventures to help you create an unforgettable safari experience.

Not professionel
We have booked 2 safaris, the first was planned with 4 nights and the 2nd with 5 nights (so it was in the mail and was also paid). The first safari went well, we have also seen many animals, the guide really tried hard. On the 2nd safari we were told after the 4th day that tomorrow is the last day. Astonished we said that according to the mail the safari lasts 5 nights and 6 days. Suddenly nobody wanted to know anything about that. After a phone call and SMS to George, he then admitted that there is probably a misunderstanding, he actually meant only 4 nights even if there are 5 nights! Astonished and annoyed, we tried to make it clear to him that we expect 5 nights at this price according to the mail. George does not want to know anything about it and there was also no compensation. The end of the safari was accordingly bad, as we desperately tried to get another accommodation at a reasonable price! Thus, we have now paid an extra night and also the full price - which was for 5 nights. From our point of view, this is pure rip-off. Who books here, must clarify beforehand how many days and nights are included in the booking to avoid nasty surprises. We do not recommend this tour operator

Tarangile and Ngorongoro Tour
Mr Mtimbe the professional guide from mothercitysafaris came pick us at the Kilimanjaro International Airport early in hotel which is near at Arusha bus stand and market and the hotel is very clean and value for money.
Mr Mtumbe gave us the program as we planed we started with Tarangile which is three and half hour hours driving from town of Arusha where we saw alot Elephants, Thompson's, Gazelle, Leopards, Zebra, Hynas and many more wildbeest.
The food at the hotel is very delicious no complain..
From there we went to Ngorongoro crater and back to Arusha park which is not far from town of Arusha.

We recommend mothercitysafaris as best operetor in Arusha we will be back with Kilimanjaro tour in the next safari..we enjoyed in Tanzania and is very safe in town we use to walk..
