amazing safari: many animals, beautiful parks, excellent guide
The communication was very clear before the trip. We had a Skype session with Iris to go over the details, and final arrangements for pick up, what to pack, accommodations, itinerary, etc. The trip went off exactly as planned. The van was very comfortable, and able to go through high water, mud, ruts, with no issues. The tent camps and small lodges were all great, with good food, showers, service, friendly staff. The best things, of course, were the places we visited (mostly in serengeti national park) and the guide, James. He was a source of much info about the natural history of the animals, the environment, and the history/current events of Tanzania. He's very gracious and put maximum effort into searching for animals, and patiently waiting for for photos or looking up details about specific bird species. The trip exceeded my expectations--hard to imagine before actually seeing this part of the world how prolific the life is, and how accessible to viewing. It was an unexpected and very meaningful aspect of the to have such a personable and communicative guide as James.

Safari in Kenya in July 2015.
After a long search in Internet someone recommended me Bison safaris . Well I won't regret at all. Very quick in replying emails and attention to details is assured . I had the best trip of my life. We toured sweet waters serena camp, Ashnil Samburu, Lake Nakuru Lodge and Mara Sopa Lodge. Oooh and on the last day we got a surprise gift. The pendants remains so dear to us.

Fantastic trip
Climbed Kili via the Western Breach in early 2016. Trekili guides and staff were very professional and responsive to their clients. They far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about Kili or any other mountain in Kenya/Tanzania.

All our requirements were fulfilled by Trekili. We wanted a personalised itinerary and this was delivered allowing us to accomplish all our 'must do' items. This included summiting Kilimanjaro, a Safari trip to Ngorongoro Crater and climbing Loolmalasin - third highest mountain in Tanzania. All arrangements were put in place by Trekili prior to arrival in Tanzania and our guides, drivers, porters, cooks did everything they could to ensure our trip was a success. Would highly recommend Trekili Eco Expeditions

We have absolutely no complaints - Lily did a great job - there was one last minute hitch but she went out of her way to sort it out. We were 2 couples travelling in a single car, and had a wonderful time together and agreed that we would not have had nearly as nice a time if we had arranged it ourselves which was my original intention.

Superb personalized experience.
Service was excellent and the tour did match my expectation though I did not see plenty of wild life this time. Probably due to the month which I selected. The big cats were mostly lazing around whenever seen.
The guide was very enthusiastic, very communicative and proactive.
I loved every moment of this safari tour.
Communication with the safari tour company was sometimes difficult probably due to connectivity but response on mail was prompt.

5 day Kruger Park trip a great success that exceeded our expectations
The company was flexible when accommodating our dates and locations, made all the arrangements and connections, tours etc. were on schedule. It would have been nice to have a little more details about where we would be staying and what the experience would be like before the trip. Transport outside the park was very good and all the drivers exceptional - Jojo in particular deserves a mention as we learnt so much from him. Accommodations in the park at Skukuza were better than expected, air-conditioning a real treat and maid service tremendous. Outlook was the local operator and provided a well planned itinerary with enough options to give some flexibility. We were very lucky with all our game drives and wide variety of animals we saw, including rare wild dogs and a leopard.

Great experience for 2 days in Mikumi.
I choose Selous due to their great reviews and can only confirm. Upfront communication with Norbert was perfect, any question was answered fully. The pick up was on time, very kind driver Sajjid. Then after the nice lunch in Morogoro, we proceeded to the park. It was great, with only two cars in the entire park and we had our private safari. Our driver was excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He brought us to the most remote corners of the park in order to ensure that all animals are seen by us - which happened. Next morning we were picked up very early to enjoy the sunrise. Again, a great day on safari. Afternoon the ride back to DES. Overall great experience and very happy with the service.
