Amazing experience and things to remember!
We booked a 6 day safari with Jocky tours in the middle of July. Our itinerary included visits to the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and the Amboseli. Though we were absolutely delighted with the sights and animals we saw during the trip, there were some things we feel we need to share with those who are thinking about taking a safari. First of all, among all the companies that organise safaris Jocky tours seems to be the best (it is the largest and the most reliable). All in all, there were no major issues with accommodation or services but you need to know what exactly is included in your
plan and what isn’t, otherwise you are very likely to be charged extra. Second, what driver you get is a matter of luck. Apparently, there are no guidelines for drivers on how they should conduct themselves on safaris so some of them might be more engaged with their tourist groups than others. We were driven by Robert, a rather skilled driver, who turned out to have a background in evolutionary biology so we got to learn a lot about the animals and their habitat. However, we heard from other tourists that other drivers
weren’t so knowledgeable and didn’t bother stopping when they asked them to.
Finally, there were some issues related to old dollar bank notes not being used in the country. Though it isn’t directly related to the company, the company representatives might have informed us in advance about the need to pay with new notes. Apart from the things listed above, everything was great - the safari we had was absolutely fantastic (we got to see all the animals!), the vehicles were fine, the accommodation lived up to our expectations and the food was good as well. All in all, we found our trip an incredibly exciting and fulfilling experience (adventure even) and definitely recommend the company!

Perfect! Well organized
It was a great experience everything was very well planned, the driver agency was super Nice the guide was super Nice as well everything was perfect!
We saw a lot of animals we ate well and the camp was good!
We had a specific timing with our Flight and the agency managed everything perfectly I recommand

Reliable, safe, 5 star treatment at a fair price.
I discovered Serengeti Wakanda through excellent reviews on the platforms, and I wasn't disappointed at all. From the beginning, it was the company that best served me and instilled confidence among those I contacted. On top of that, it offered the best price. Our guide, Lalashe, led us with great safety and patience, which was certainly fundamental for an excellent experience. We saw many cars with mechanical problems stopped on the road and even two accidents, so a guide who drives safely and a reliable car are essential. Agent Goodluck was very attentive and helped us from day one until the end. The reserved hotels were amazing and contributed to making our vacation great.
Unreal - great service, great price
We used The Kruger Safari Co. for a three day getaway with Greenfire Lodge. From the start, the service and communication regarding our booking was fantastic. Wayne (from TKSC), provided clear and timely updates, and organised all the extras (transfers, pick ups etc).
Even a slight hiccup with another service provider was swiftly dealt with by Wayne, which was extremely helpful as a foreigner.
Greenfire Lodge itself was unreal- amazing service, clean and comfortable accommodation, and knowledgeable safari guides.
I’ll definitely be back for another trip with TKSC and Greenfire.

Professionale and helpful
We were in Tanzania with Nihapa Tours, our vacation was excellent, our driver competent and car comfort albe and reliable. Our Cook with very few could prepare good meals. The choice of hotels and camps was simple but confortable and in line with our budget. We reccomend Nihapa for holiday in Tanzania.

I needed assistance planning a trip to Canada with my son, and Shelly from Wayfairer Travel's UK office was absolutely fantastic. She expertly guided us in planning a journey from Vancouver, through British Columbia, across the Rockies, and finally to Toronto. Just a few days before our flight to Vancouver, wildfires broke out in Jasper, which could have disrupted our plans. However, the Wayfairer team, especially their U.S. office, quickly stepped in and seamlessly adjusted our itinerary. We were able to enjoy the Rockies while staying safe and away from the affected areas.
I’m incredibly pleased with the team and want to extend my heartfelt thanks to them for their exceptional support. A special shout-out to Shelly and Toon for making our trip memorable and stress-free!

Great experience 10/10!
Did a 2-day tour with Simon and Alan to Murchison Falls. They both were awesome and went out of their way to ensure it was an amazing experience. They took care of everything, including so many little details that I wasn't expecting but really made the trip special. Simon has a vast knowledge of Murchison, and has contacts all throughout the park, he even arranged for my bf to have a cold Nile beer while on a boat-cruise on the Nile :-) I will definitely contact Lulu Safaris next time I'm in East Africa and will request Simon and Alan!

Outstanding Kenya Safari experience!
Our Kenya safari with Jastro safari was incredible. The 7 days itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us to see variety of animals and immerse ourselves in breathtaking landscapes. Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about wildlife and local culture, adding so much depth to our experience. The accommodations were comfortable and authentic and provided nourishing food.
What impressed me about Jastro safari is their commitment and dedication to make the safari an amazing experience. They were quick to respond to our questions and to cater to our requests. Highly recommend for an unforgettable adventure!

One of the worst.
One of the worst safari companies in the world! I was shocked to see how unprofessional they are as I have never faced this in any other country.
As soon as they have your money they will start showing their true color.
No food on time, all cheap/damaged products and services, entire safari trip was planned wrongly- nobody can do a morning game drive in Nakuru, do 6hrs drive and then an evening game in Masaimara- it’s practically impossible!
The driver was not informed about the itinerary and sounded so lost, long wait to enter the parks as the tickets were not purchased prior, long wait in traffic as they don’t spend a few dollars to purchase express entry passes, literally for every single thing I had to message the so called MD, rose who would send a nasty reply.
